| 1 | Challenges of 22 nm and beyond CMOS technology显示文摘It is predicted that CMOS technology will probably enter into 22 nm node around 2012. Scaling of CMOS logic technology from 32 to 22 nm node meets more critical issues and needs some significant changes of the technology, as well as integration of the advanced processes. | 4 | Effect of co-existent components in CO2 supercritical fluid extract of Angelica Sinensis Radix on metabolism of Z-ligustilide after oral administration in rats显示文摘Objective:To establish a basis for Angelica Sinensis Radix(ASR)as a dietary supplement for colorectal cancer chemoprevention,the effect of co-existent components in supercritical fluid extract(SFE)of ASR on the pharmacokinetics of Z-ligustilide after oral administration was investigated in vitro and in vivo.Methods:Incubation in gastrointestinal contents and incubation in rat liver tissue homogenates post-mitochondrial supernatant(PMS)experiments were used to study changes in the levels of Z-ligustilide in vitro.Results:Within 4 hours,the level of Z-ligustilide in SFE declined at a slower rate than in its pure form.Clearance of Z-ligustilide after administration in its pure form was significantly slower than that of SFE of ASR(CL,0.96±0.16 mL·min/kg versus 1.24±0.21 mL·min/kg P<0.05;AUC,243.37±16.84 versus 176.69±12.59 mg·min/L).Conclusion:These phenomena may be attributed to the interactions between the co-existent components in SFE of ASR and Z-ligustilide enhancing the stability of Z-ligustilide.These results suggest that the bioavailability of Z-ligustilide in SFE of ASR is improved.However,stabilization of plasma concentration was not sustained,so that the efficacy of active components could not be maintained.Thus,further processing of SFE of ASR is required. | Bochen Zhao Qing Zhang Hongmei Lin Qingguo Ru Qian Kang Hui Li Yewen Zhang Qing Wu | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2014,1,2: | 2 |

| 11 | Correlation between Nrf2‑GPX4 signaling pathway and patients with coronary heart disease显示文摘Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum Nrf2 and GPX4 activity levels with coronary heart disease(CHD)and the severity of coronary artery disease,and to explore the role of ferroptosis mediated by its signaling pathway in the progression of CHD.Methods:A total of 540 patients suspected of CHD were selected for coronary angiography,of which 360 patients were diagnosed with CHD.The activity levels of Nrf2 and GPX4 in the serum of CHD patients were detected by ELISA,and the differences in the activities of Nrf2 and GPX4 in the presence or absence of CHD were statistically analyzed.Western blot detection of Nrf2 protein expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCS)in the control(CON)and CHD groups(90 cases each).The expression and significance of its signaling pathway in CHD patients were analyzed.Results:The activity levels of Nrf2 and GPX4 in the CHD group were lower than those in the CON group(P<0.05),and the expression levels of Nrf2 in PBMCs of the two groups were detected by Western blot.The protein expression level of Nrf2 in the CHD group(0.25±0.05)was down‑regulated compared with CON group(0.87±0.16)(P<0.05),indicating that Nrf2 protein expression level was low in CHD patients.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Nrf2 and GPX4 levels were negatively correlated with Gensini score(Nrf2:r=‑0.347,P<0.001;GPX4:r=-0.423,P=0.001).Nrf2 and GPX4 were negatively correlated with TG(Nrf2:r=-0.284,P<0.001;GPX4:r=-0.275,P=0.001),Nrf2 and GPX4 levels were negatively correlated with LDL(Nrf2:r=-0.418,P<0.001)0.05;(GPX4:r=-0.426,P<0.05),Nrf2 and GPX4 levels were positively correlated with HDL(Nrf2:r=0.318,P<0.05;GPX4:r=0.428,P<0.05),and Nrf2 was positively correlated with GPX4(r=0.456,P<0.01).Conclusion:The ferroptosis pathway mediated by the Nrf2‑GPX4 signaling pathway is closely related to the degree of coronary artery disease and the pathogenesis of CHD,and its mechanism may be related to the down‑regulation of the Nrf2‑GPX4 signaling pathway. | XING Bu‑dian LI Hui QIANG Tian‑tian WEI Ting LU Yuan‑yuan KANG Pin‑fang ZHANG Ning‑ru | 2023 | Journal of Hainan Medical University2023,29,12: | 0 |
