1Preoperative rectosigmoid endoscopic ultrasonography predicts the need for bowel resection in endometriosis显示文摘BACKGROUND Rectosigmoid endometriosis is an underdiagnosed disease responsible for abdominal pain, transit disorders and rectal bleeding. Two surgical approaches,rectosigmoid bowel resection(segmental or patch) or intramuscular layer dissection(shaving), are available.AIM To assess whether the lesion features observed via preoperative rectosigmoid endoscopic ultrasonography(RS-EUS) might predict the need for bowel resection.METHODS This multicentric retrospective study was conducted on patients with rectosigmoid endometriosis who underwent a curative surgical procedure,evaluated by RS-EUS performed by two trained operators, between January 2012 and March 2018. A univariate statistical analysis was performed on nodules' RSEUS features(thickness, width, infiltration of the submucosae, presence of a bump into the digestive lumen and presence of multiple rectosigmoid localizations). A multivariate logistic regression was then performed on the significant results.RESULTS Of the 367 patients, 73 patients with rectosigmoid endometriosis were evaluated by RS-EUS and underwent rectosigmoid surgery. After the univariate analysis was completed, thickness, width and infiltration of the submucosae were identified as potential predictive factors for bowel resection. In a multivariate logistic regression model, only thickness appeared to be a significant [odds ratio(OR) = 1.49, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.04-2.12, P = 0.028] predictive factor for bowel resection. Receiver operating characteristic analysis performed showed that a thickness over 5.20 mm might be used as cut-off with a sensitivity of 76%, a specificity of 81%, and an area under carve = 0.82. The cut-off values for 100%sensitivity and 100% specificity were 0.90 mm and 10.00 mm, respectively. 3反蛋白石结构的g-C_(3)N_(4)可控合成及其优异的光催化产氢性能显示文摘日渐严重的能源短缺和环境失衡问题已经阻碍了人类社会的进一步和长远可持续发展。能够将太阳能转化为可储存化学能的半导体基光催化技术被广泛的理解为一种经济和清洁的解决方式,比如光催化分解水。虽然被认为是有前途的光催化剂,g-C_(3)N_(4)低的比表面积极大地限制了其光催化性能。大孔-介孔结构可以为物质的传输和光的充分利用提供有效通道,从而提高光催化反应效率。本文中,具有反蛋白石(IO)结构的g-C_(3)N_(4)合理地通过紧密堆积的SiO_(2)作为模板来制备得到。并且显示出超高比表面积(450.2 m~2·g^(-1)),表现出更好的光催化产氢速率(21.22μmol·h^(-1)),约为体相g-C_(3)N_(4) (3.65μmol·h^(-1))的六倍。相对于体相g-C_(3)N_(4),IO g-C_(3)N_(4)表现了更好的可见光吸收能力,这得益于3D多孔结构的多重光散射效应。同时,较低的荧光强度、更长的荧光寿命、更小的Nyquist半圆环和更强的光电流响应协同地抑制了光生载流子的复合,降低了界面电荷传输的电阻,促进了光生电子的形成。此外,氮空位的存在能够增强局部电子密度,氮气吸-脱附测试揭示了IO g-C_(3)N_(4)中存在丰富的中孔和大孔,高比表面积暴露更多的活性边界和催化中心。正如光学性质、电子顺磁共振和电化学表征结果所揭示的那样,那些有利因素,包括增强的光利用率、提高的光生电荷的分离、延长的荧光寿命都赋予具有反蛋白石结构的IO g-C_(3)N_(4)优越的光催化性能。这项工作为结构设计和光催化性能调制做出了重要贡献。陈一文 李铃铃 徐全龙 Tina Düren 范佳杰 马德琨 2021物理化学学报2021,37,6:7
4A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 9Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Calculated β Value of a Tetrahedral Zinc (II) Complex——Zn(2-NH_2py)_2Br_2显示文摘A new zinc(II) complex, Zn(2-NH2py)2Br2 (py=pyridine), has been synthesized, and its molecular structure has been confirmed by IR, elemental analysis and -ray crystal structure analysis. Its space group is P21/n with Mr=413.43 (C10H12Br2N4Zn), a=7.435(2), b=12.865(3), c=14.186(4)? b=94.08(2)? V=1353.5(5) 3, Z=4, Dc=2.029 g/cm3, F(000)=328, ?2.378mm-1, R=0.0283, wR=0.0501. The total observed reflections with I≥2?I) were 5314, of which the independent reflections were 3106. The complex structure contains a distorted tetrahedron formed by four atoms coordinated to zinc atom, namely two bromide atoms and two nitrogen atoms. The two ZnBr bond lengths within one molecule, 2.3763(6) and 2.4002(5)? respectively, are not equal; and so are the two ZnN bond lengths, which are 2.031(2) and 2.044(2)?respectively. The calculation results using PM3 method through MOPAC software package in Chem 3D show that its first molecular hyperpolarizability b value is 5.210-30esu, which is comparable with that of p-nitroaniline. 11Association between interleukin-21 gene rs907715 polymorphism and gastric precancerous lesions in a Chinese population显示文摘BACKGROUND The single nucleotide polymorphisms of interleukin-21(IL-21)gene were confirmed to be related to various diseases,but no studies have examined the possible role of IL-21 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)(rs907715,rs2221903,and rs12508721)in gastric precancerous lesions.AIM To explore the associations between SNPs of IL-21 gene(rs907715,rs2221903,and rs12508721)and gastric precancerous lesions in a Chinese population.METHODS Three SNPs of IL-21 were genotyped using polymerase chain reaction–ligase detection reaction in 588 cases and 290 healthy controls from May 2013 to December 2016 in northwestern China.Gastric precancerous lesions were confirmed by endoscopic examination and categorized as non-atrophic gastritis,atrophic gastritis,and intestinal metaplasia.Descriptive statistic and logistic regression were used for data analyses.RESULTS IL-21 rs907715 genotype CC and C frequencies were higher in in patients with gastric precancerous lesions than in the controls(OR=1.59,95%CI:1.06-2.38,P=0.013;OR=1.28,95%CI:1.01-2.22,P=0.044,respectively)after adjusting for confounding factors.For SNP rs907715 in intestinal metaplasia patients,significant differences between cases and controls were observed in the frequencies of genotype CC and C(OR=1.92,95%CI:1.24-2.98,P=0.004;OR=1.53,95%CI:1.04-2.24,P=0.028,respectively);for non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis patients,the CC and C genotypes showed no significant association with risk in all models.No association between either rs2221903 or rs12508721 and gastric precancerous lesions was found in the present study.In the haplotype analysis,the TC haplotype(rs907715 and rs12508721)and TT haplotype(rs2221903 and rs907715)were more frequent in the case group than control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Our findings indicate that SNP rs907715 of IL-21 gene is associated with gastric precancerous lesions.The TC haplotype(rs907715 and rs12508721)and TT haplotype(rs2221903 and rs907715)increased the risk of gastric precancerous lesions.If confirmed,these findings will shed light on the etiology of precancerous lesions.Xiao-Qin Wang Yang Li Paul D Terry Wen-Jing Kou Yue Zhang Zhao-Zhao Hui Xiao-Han Ren Ming-Xu Wang 2020World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2020,12,3:2
