5SYMBOL-RATE ESTIMATION BASED ON TEMPLATE MATCHING RULES显示文摘For non-cooperative communication, the symbol-rate estimation of digital communication signal is an important problem to be solved. In this letter, A new algorithm for the symbol-rate estimation of single-tone digitally modulated signal (i.e. MPSK/QAM) is proposed. Firstly a section from the received signal is cut as the template, and then the signal is matched sectionwise by making use of the signal selfsimilarity. So a signal con- taining the information of symbol jumping is got, and the symbol-rate can be estimated by DFT (Discrete Fou- rier Transformation). 16Coupled effect of climate change and human activities on the restoration/degradation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau grassland显示文摘Climate change(CC)and human activities(HA)are the main reasons for the restoration/degradation of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)grassland.Many related studies have been conducted thus far,but the impact mechanism of CC coupled with HA on QTP remains unclear.We summarized the two main coupling factors in recent years(specifically,in the past five years)and obtained the following conclusions.(1)CC and HA have positive and negative effects on the QTP grassland ecosystem.CC primarily affects grassland ecology through temperature,humidification,and extreme climate,and HA mainly affects ecosystems through primary,secondary,and tertiary industries and restoration measures.(2)CC coupled with HA affects soil,plants,animals,and fungi/microbes.CC makes the snow line rise by increasing the temperature,which expands the zone for HA.CC also restricts HA through hydrological changes,extreme climate,and outbreak of pikas and pests.Simultaneously,measures are implemented through HA to control and adapt to CC.Hence,the grassland ecosystem is comprehensively influenced by CC and HA.(3)The grassland ecosystem dynamically adapts to the disturbance caused by CC and HA by changing its physiological characteristics,distribution range,diet structure,community structure,and physical state.Simultaneously,it responds to environmental changes through desertification,poisonous weeds,rodent outbreak,release of harmful gases,and other means.This work can be used as a reference for the sustainable development of the QTP grassland.YUAN Qin YUAN Quanzhi REN Ping 2021Journal of Geographical Sciences2021,31,9:6
17Anodal Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation Over the Right Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex Influences Emotional Face Perception显示文摘The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC) is considered to play a crucial role in many high-level functions, such as cognitive control and emotional regulation. Many studies have reported that the DLPFC can be activated during the processing of emotional information in tasks requiring working memory. However, it is still not clear whether modulating the activity of the DLPFC influences emotional perception in a detection task. In the present study, using transcranial direct-current stimulation(tDCS), we investigated(1) whether modulating the right DLPFC influences emotional face processing in a detection task, and(2) whether the DLPFC plays equal roles in processing positive and negative emotional faces. The results showed that anodal tDCS over the right DLPFC specifically facilitated the perception of positive faces, but did not influence the processing of negative faces. In addition, anodal tDCS over the right primary visual cortex enhanced performance in the detection task regardless of emotional valence. 18Soil freezing process and different expressions for the soil-freezing characteristic curve显示文摘The soil-freezing characteristic curve(SFCC),which represents the relationship between unfrozen water content and subfreezing temperature(or suction at ice-water interface)in a freezing soil,can be used for understanding the transportation of heat,water,and solute in frozen soils.In this paper,the soil freezing process and the similarity between the SFCC of saturated frozen soil and soil-water characteristic curve(SWCC)of unfrozen unsaturated soil are reviewed.Based on similar characteristics between SWCC and SFCC,a conceptual SFCC is drawn for illustrating the main features of soil freezing and thawing processes.Various SFCC expressions from the literature are summarized.Four widely used expressions(i.e.,power relationship,exponential relationship,van Genuchten 1980 equation and Fredlund and Xing 1994 equation)are evaluated using published experimental data on four different soils(i.e.,sandy loam,silt,clay,and saline silt).Results show that the exponential relationship and van Genuchten(1980)equation are more suitable for sandy soils.The simple power relationship can be used to reasonably best-fit the SFCC for soils with different particle sizes;however,it exhibits limitations when fitting the saline silt data.The Fredlund and Xing(1994)equation is suitable for fitting the SFCCs for all soils studied in this paper.Jun Ping Ren Sai K.Vanapalli Zhong Han 2017Research in Cold and Arid Regions2017,9,3:3
19Soliton molecules and the CRE method in the extended mKdV equation显示文摘The soliton molecules of the(1+1)-dimensional extended modified Korteweg–de Vries(mKdV)system are obtained by a new resonance condition,which is called velocity resonance.One soliton molecule and interaction between a soliton molecule and one-soliton are displayed by selecting suitable parameters.The soliton molecules including the bright and bright soliton,the dark and bright soliton,and the dark and dark soliton are exhibited in figures 1–3,respectively.Meanwhile,the nonlocal symmetry of the extended mKdV equation is derived by the truncated Painlevémethod.The consistent Riccati expansion(CRE)method is applied to the extended mKdV equation.It demonstrates that the extended mKdV equation is a CRE solvable system.A nonauto-B?cklund theorem and interaction between one-soliton and cnoidal waves are generated by the CRE method.Bo Ren Ji Lin Ping Liu 2020Communications in Theoretical Physics2020,72,5:2
