2ECAP对A390铝合金显微组织和拉伸性能的影响(英文)显示文摘研究等径角挤压(ECAP) A390铝合金的抗拉强度和伸长率,揭示其显微组织和拉伸性能之间的关系。采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对样品的显微组织进行分析。力学性能测试结果表明,经过3道次挤压后,材料的极限抗拉强度(UTS)从铸态的142 MPa提高到275 MPa。与铸态样品相比,当ECAP道次增加到4时,材料的伸长率显著提高。研究发现,随着ECAP道次的增加,材料的强度和伸长率提高,这是因为颗粒的均匀分布、颗粒尺寸的减小和空位的消除,尤其是与原始硅颗粒相邻的空位的消除。断口分析结果表明,当ECAP的道次增加到4时,在合金中形成均匀的圆形韧窝,合金断裂机理由铸态时的脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。Esmaeil DAMAVANDI Salman NOUROUZI Sayed Mahmood RABIEE Roohollah JAMAATI 2019Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2019,29,5:7
3Bioactive Materials:A Comprehensive Review on Interactions with Biological Microenvironment Based on the Immune Response显示文摘Application of“bioactive materials”,as a modified version of biomaterials,can optimize the response of the biological system due to their surface reactivity and formation of strong interactions with the adjacent tissue upon implantation.However,choosing an appropriate bioactive material that suits to the application and provides the desired mechanical,physical,chemical and biological functionality,as well as understanding the aspects of biological reaction to the biomaterial,in particular immune response,it plays a key role in successful integration of the implant.In this review,we will discuss different bioactive materials including bioactive ceramics,polymers and composites and their applications in drug delivery and scaffold preparation in order to provide an adequate introduction to the recent studies.Considering the necessity of regulation of implant fate for higher biocompatibility,the comprehensive overview to the immune response will be reviewed with the focus on representing the cell-biomaterial interactions and more importantly,the inflammatory responses.Ultimately,we will also discuss about different approaches namely as immunomodulation to elicit the desired physiochemical properties and mimicking native cellular response using bioactive compounds,functionalizing the implant surface with active molecules and alteration of the surface morphology.With better understanding of bioactive materials and their interactions with body,more novel biomaterials representing desired properties can be designed.Shirin Nour Nafiseh Baheiraei Rana Imam Navid Rabiee Mohammad Khodaei Akram Alizadeh Seyed Mohammad Moazzeni 2019Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,4:4
4Investigation of ex-vessel core catcher for SBO accident in VVER-1000/V528 containment using MELCOR code显示文摘To mitigate consequences of core melting,an ex-vessel core catcher is investigated in this study.Instructions should be obeyed to cool down the corium caused by core melting.The corium destroys the reactor containment and causes radioactive materials to be released into the environment if it does not cool down well.It is important to build a core catcher system for the reception,localization,and cool down of the molten corium during a severe accident resulting from core melting.In this study,the role of a core catcher in the VVER-1000/v528 reactor containment during a station black out(SBO)accident is evaluated using the MELCOR1.8.6 code.In addition,parametric analyses of the SBO for(i)SBO accidents with emergency core cooling system(ECCS)operation,and(ii)without ECCS operation are performed.Furthermore,thermal–hydraulic analyses in dry and wet cavities with/without water are conducted.The investigations include the reduction of gases resulting from molten–corium–concrete interactions(H_(2),CO,CO_(2)).Core melting,gas production,and the pressure/temperature in the reactor containment are assessed.Additionally,a full investigation pertaining to gas release(H_(2),CO,CO_(2))and the pressure/temperature of the core catcher is performed.Based on MELCOR simulations,a core cavity and a perimeter water channel are the best options for corium cooling and a lower radionuclide release.This simulation is also theoretically investigated and discussed herein.The simulation results show that the core catcher system in addition to an internal sacrificial material reduces the containment pressure from 689 to 580 kPa and the corresponding temperature from 394 to 380 K.Furthermore,it is observed that the amount of gases produced,particularly hydrogen,decreased from 1698 to 1235 kg.Moreover,the presence of supporting systems,including an ECCS with a core catcher,prolonged the core melting time from 16,430 to 28,630 s(in an SBO accident)and significantly decreased the gases produced.Farhad Salari Ataollah Rabiee Farshad Faghihi 2021Nuclear Science and Techniques2021,32,4:4

6Characterization of porous Ti-bioglass composite produced by mechanical milling and space holder sintering显示文摘In this study, porous titanium-10 wt% bioglass(BG) composites were fabricated by the process of combining mechanical alloying with space holder sintering. The pore morphology and phase constituents of the milled powders and porous compacts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffractometry(XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The mechanical properties were determined by running compression test. The porosity of the sintered samples shows a downward trend with the increase of milling time. As the porosity increases, both the compressive strength and elastic modulus decrease. 8Investigation of the characteristics of particulate flows through fibrous filters using the lattice Boltzmann method显示文摘A fibrous filter is one of the most common systems used to separate suspended particles from air.Two important factors(i.e.,the pressure drop and capture efficiency) are usually used to evaluate the performance of this type of filter.This study considers three two-dimensional arrangements of fibers(parallel,staggered,and random) to geometrically model fibrous media.The lattice Boltzmann method is employed to numerically simulate fluid flow through the filter.The Lagrangian form of the equation of motion of a particle is numerically solved to track the path of each particle in the flow field,where a one-way interaction between the fluid and particles is considered.The effects of pertinent parameters such as the fiber arrangement,solid volume fraction,particle-to-fiber diameter ratio,particle-to-fluid density ratio,Reynolds number,Stokes number,and size of the fibrous medium on the pressure drop and capture efficiency are studied.The obtained results are compared with existing empirical and theoretical findings and discussed.Marzie Babaie Rabiee Shahram Talebi Omid Abouali Ehsan Izadpanah 2015Particuology2015,13,4:2
9The Release Behavior,Biocompatibility and Physical Properties of Aid-loaded Strontium Doped Calcium Phosphate Cement显示文摘The effect of concurrent attendance of two inhibitors of bone degradation,namely Alendronate(Aid)sodium trihydrate and Strontium(Sr),on Calcium Phosphate Cement(CPC)characteristics was explored.To this aim,5 wt%Strontium and 21 mM Alendronate sodium trihydrate were used in calcium phosphate cement and setting time,ion and drug release were analyzed.RAW264.7 and G cell were cultured on cement samples and Tartrate-Resistant Acid Phosphatase(TRAP),Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity and MTT assay were studied.The results of structural analysis indicated that 21 mM Aid did not let the cement set.Therefore,colloidal silica was added to the cement formula and successfully decreased the setting time.In vitro tests showed Sr-loaded sample had a greater inhibitory effect on biocompatibility of G cells than Aid-loaded and Sr-Ald-loaded samples.In addition,the findings about osteoblast MTT and ALP activity indicated that Sr was more effective in osteogenic activity of G cells.The simultaneous presence of Aid and Sr in Calcium Phosphate Cement(CPC)was not as effective in its biocompatibility as the presence of Sr alone.Maryam Mohammadi Sayed Mahmood Rabiee Saeed Hesaraki 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,6:2
