17奶牛饲粮中添加浓缩苜蓿叶蛋白或维生素E对奶牛产奶量、乳成分和牛奶中高纯度多不饱和脂肪酸氧化稳定性的影响显示文摘饲粮中添加类胡萝卜素、浓缩苜蓿叶蛋白(APC)可提高牛奶中高纯度多不饱和脂肪酸的氧化稳定性。试验将6头泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛(平均产奶天数224±18 d)分配到变形的3×3拉丁方阵中(试验期为21 d,预试期14 d),饲粮中添加APC或VE,观察其对产奶量、乳成分及牛奶中高纯度多不饱和脂肪酸的影响。各组试验日粮物重比例不同,CTL组含豆粕9%;VE组含豆粕9%,并添加VE 300 U·kg^(-1);APC组含有APC 9%。奶牛皱胃每天注入亚麻籽油450 g·d^(-1)。试验结果表明,与试验期前相比,试验期牛奶中顺式-9、顺式^(-1)2 18:2脂肪含量从1.08±0.13%增长到3.9±0.40%(X±SD),同时顺式-9、顺式^(-1)2、顺式^(-1)5 18:3脂肪含量从0.40±0.04%增长到14.27±1.81%。APC组牛奶产量为14.7 kg·d^(-1),与CTL组13.4 kg·d^(-1)相比有增高趋势,远高于VE组的13.0 kg·d^(-1)。APC组牛奶中蛋白质含量为518 g·d^(-1),高于VE组的445 g·d^(-1),但与CTL组的483g·d^(-1)相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,奶牛饲料中添加APC,氮的利用效率更高(牛奶中含氮26.1%),而CTL组为23.0%,VE组为22.9%。APC组牛奶脂肪中叶黄素含量增加到252μg·g^(-1),而CTL组为204μg·g^(-1),VE组为190μg·g^(-1)。APC组牛奶脂肪中的VE含量为34.5μg·g^(-1),高于CTL组的19.0μg·g^(-1),但显著低于VE组的44.9μg·g^(-1)。APC组新鲜牛奶中的氧化还原电位为152 m V与VE组的144 m V相近,但低于CTL组的189 m V。各组间溶解氧含量之间差异显著(8.1±1.5 mg·L^(-1)),共轭二烯氢过氧化物无显著变化(2.7±0.5 mmol·L^(-1))。APC组挥发性脂质氧化产物浓度(如丙醛、己醛、顺-4-庚烯醛、1-辛烯-3-酮)与CTL组相比,有降低趋势,VE组除己醛降低40%外,其余结果与APC组相似。试验结果表明,泌乳奶牛饲粮中添加APC可提高日粮中蛋白质的含量;改善日粮中N的利用率,可作为采前技术来提高牛奶抗氧化水平来减少氧化。Fauteux M C Gervais R Rico D E Lebeuf Y Chouinard P Y 2016饲料博览2016,0,5:1
