3老年人与交通事故的调查分析(英文)显示文摘目的中国目前正在经历老年人口与交通车辆的同时快速增长。随着人口的老龄化加剧以及社会的发展,老年驾驶者人数将预期明显增加。国际上对老年人交通安全的经验可能对中国即将增加的老年驾驶者有借鉴作用。方法检索并分析了中国以及一些发达国家,如美国等有关老年驾驶者以及交通事故安全的论文及论著。结果尽管老年人较少开车且普遍地使用安全带,但他们交通事故发生数以及死亡率较其他年龄组高。老年人视觉以及感知功能的损害也增加了发生交通事故的危险性,同时也产生了其独特的事故形式。与年轻人相比,在相同的受伤程度下,老年人体格上的衰退和疾病因素可能对会产生更坏的结果。虽然老年驾驶者在中国还是少数,与其他年龄组相比,老年人有较高的交通事故伤害率、步行者死亡率和较高的农村老年人受害率。结论国际上对老年人交通安全的经验,比如更好的道路安全设计,高可视安全标识和安全带法律的实施,安全带使用的公共教育,以及老年驾驶证的更新等对中国的交通安全设计者以及法律的制定者可能会有帮助。这些经验对损伤预防研究者在老年人交通事故危险因素的识别方面,以及对工程师在驾驶环境和车辆设计等方面也有着重要的意义。HENG Kenneth PAN Shuming LAYDE M Peter ZHU Shankuan 2006中华急诊医学杂志2006,15,1:3

8Long-term correction of hemophilia B through CRISPR/Cas9 induced homology-independent targeted integration显示文摘CRISPR/Cas9-mediated site-specific insertion of exogenous genes holds potential for clinical applications.However,it is still infeasible because homologous recombination(HR)is inefficient,especially for nondividing cells.To overcome the challenge,we report that a homology-independent targeted integration(HITI)strategy is used for permanent integration of high-specificity-activity Factor IX variant(F9 Padua,R338L)at the albumin(Alb)locus in a novel hemophilia B(HB)rat model.The knock-in efficiency reaches 3.66%,as determined by droplet digital PCR(dd PCR).The clotting time is reduced to a normal level four weeks after treatment,and the circulating factor IX(FIX)level is gradually increased up to 52%of the normal level over nine months even after partial hepatectomy,demonstrating the amelioration of hemophilia.Through primer-extension-mediated sequencing(PEM-seq),no significant off-target effect is detected.This study not only provides a novel model for HB but also identifies a promising therapeutic approach for rare inherited diseases.Xi Chen Xuran Niu Yang Liu Rui Zheng Lei Yang Jian Lu Shuming Yin Yu Wei Jiahao Pan Ahmed Sayed Xueyun Ma Meizhen Liu Fengxiang Jing Mingyao Liu Jiazhi Hu Liren Wang Dali Li 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,12:0
9(Nd_(0.9)Dy_(0.1))_(16)Co_(5)Fe_(70)Nb_(2)B_(7) PERMANENT MAGNETIC ALLOY AND BEHAVIOUR OF Nb显示文摘The magnetic properties of (Nd_(0.9)Dy_(0.1))_(16)Co_(5)Fe_(70)Nb_(2)B_(7) permanent magnetic alloy prepared by powder metallurgy are:Br=1.08T,_(1)H_(C)=1620kA/m,(BH)_(max)=208kJ/m^(3).The behaviour of Nb in this alloy was studied by joint methods of dynamic observation by high voltage electron microscope(HVEM)and Mossbauer effects.With Nb and Co substituting parts of Fe and adding a little Dy,practical magnetic alloy with excellent properties can be obtained.The thermal stability of it is 80 ℃ higher than that of ternary Nd-Fe-13 magnet.The study shows that adding Nb into Nd-Fe-B can make the intrinsic coercivity appear peak value at about Nb=2%(in mole fraction).Nb mainly enters into Nd-rich and B-rich phases,a little into Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B phase.Pan Shuming Pan Feng Ma Ruzhang 1996Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China1996,6,1:0
10THE RELATION BETWEEN THE TEMPERING EFFECTS AND THE INTRINSIC COERCIVITY OF SINTERED SmCo5 ALLOY AT 750℃显示文摘The relation between the tempering effects of sinterd SmCo^(5)alloy at 750℃and its intrinsic coercivity(i^(Hc))has been studied by the use of photoelectron energy spectrum.X-ray diffraction and high-voltage electron microscope.The result is that the cause of iHc dropping seriously for sintered SmCo_(5)alloy tempered at 750 t is not the eutectoid decomposition of SmCo_(5)and the increase of oxygen.In fact,iHcdropping is caused by that some defect-rich regions in Sm_(2)Co_(17)decomposed form SmC0_(5)from nucleation centers in reversed magnetization course.Pan Shuming 1992Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China1992,2,1:0
11Nocturnal urine 6-hydroxy sulfate melatonin is associated with the outcome of subjects with sepsis显示文摘Background:It is imperative to identify potential biomarkers for early diagnosis and intervention of severe sepsis.This study investigated the relationship between melatonin secretion and outcome of sepsis after 28-day admission.Methods:Patients with sepsis were randomly divided into an eye mask group and a control group.Blood and urine samples were collected from day 0 to 4.Relevant clinical data and 28-day survival data were obtained.Serum melatonin and urine 6-hydroxy sulfate melatonin(6-SMT)levels were measured.Results:The outcome of sepsis did not differ between the eye mask and control groups.Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation(APACHE)II and Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA)scores were significantly higher and monocyte human leukocyte antigen-DR(mHLA-DR),serum melatonin,nocturnal urine 6-SMT,and 24-hour urine 6-SMT levels were significantly lower in the nonsurvivors than in the survivors.The outcome at day 28 after admission was significantly associated with APACHE II and SOFA scores and mHLA-DR,nocturnal urine 6-SMT,and 24-hour urine 6-SMT levels.The areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve were 0.785,0.740,0.774,and 0.858 for APACHE II score,SOFA score,mHLA-DR expression,and nocturnal urine 6-SMT amount,respectively.The optimal thresholds for mHLA-DR and nocturnal urine 6-SMT were 30.13%and 43.60%,respectively.Nocturnal urine 6-SMT level was significantly and positively correlated with mHLA-DR expression.Conclusion:Nocturnal urine 6-SMT level may be a feasible biomarker to predict the outcome of patients with sepsis.The use of a night-time eye mask has no significant effect on the outcome of sepsis.Clinical trials:This study was registered at clinicaltrials.gov(NCT02304224).Wenjie Li Jiameng Chen Shuming Pan Chengjin Gao 2022Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,3:0
