3An efficient green route for hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate synthesis by thermal decomposition of hexamethylene-1,6-dicarbamate over Co3O4/ZSM-5 catalyst: An indirect utilization of CO2显示文摘The utilization of CO_2 as raw material for chemical synthesis has the potential for substantial economic and green benefits. Thermal decomposition of hexamethylene-1,6-dicarbamate(HDC) is a promising approach for indirect utilization of CO_2 to produce hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate(HDI). In this work, a green route was developed for the synthesis of HDI by thermal decomposition of HDC over Co_3O_4/ZSM-5 catalyst, using chlorobenzene as low boiling point solvent. Different metal oxide supported catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation(IWI), PEG-additive(PEG) and deposition precipitation with ammonia evaporation(DP) methods. Their catalytic performances for the thermal decomposition of HDC were tested. The catalyst screening results showed that Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25) catalysts prepared by different methods showed different performances in the order of Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25)(PEG)N Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25)(IWI)N Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25)(DP). The physicochemical properties of Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25) catalyst were characterized by XRD, FTIR, N2 adsorption-desorption measurements, NH3-TPD and XPS.The superior catalytic performance of Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25)(PEG)catalyst was attributed to its relative surface content of Co^(3+), surface lattice oxygen content and total acidity. Under the optimized reaction conditions: 6.5% HDC concentration in chlorobenzene, 1 wt% Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25)(PEG)catalyst, 250 °C temperature, 2.5 h time, 800 ml·min-1 nitrogen flow rate and 1.0 MPa pressure, the HDC conversion and HDI yield could reach 100% and 92.8%respectively. The Co_3O_4/ZSM-5_(25)(PEG)catalyst could be facilely separated from the reaction mixture, and reused without degradation in catalytic performance. 4The adsorption properties of NaY zeolite for separation of ethylene glycol and 1,2-butanediol: Experiment and molecular modelling显示文摘The separation of ethylene glycol(EG)and 1,2-butanediol(1,2-BDO)azeotrope in the synthesis process of EG via coal and biomass is becoming of increasing commercial and environmental importance.Selective adsorption is deemed as the most promising methods because of energy saving and environment favorable.In this paper,NaY zeolite was used to separate 1,2-BDO from EG,and its adsorption properties was then investigated.The isotherms of EG and 1,2-BDO in vapor and liquid phases from 298 to 328 K indicated that they fitted Langmuir model quite well,and the NaY zeolite absorbent favored EG more than 1,2-BDO.The Grand Canonical Monte Carlo(GCMC)and molecular dynamics(MD)simulation techniques were conducted to investigate the competition adsorption and diffusion characteristics in different adsorption regions.It was observed that EG and 1,2-BDO molecules all have the most probable locations of the center of the 12-membered ring near the Na cations.The diffusivities of EG are lower than those of 1,2-BDO at the same adsorption concentration.At last,the breakthrough curves of the binary mixture regressed from the empirical Dose–Response model in fixed-bed column showed that the adsorption selectivity of EG could reach to as high as 2.43,verified that the NaY zeolite could effectively separate EG from 1,2-BDO.This work is also helpful for further separation of other dihydric alcohol mixtures from coal and biomass fermentation.Pei Xiong Peng He Yixin Qu Liguo Wang Yan Cao Shuang Xu Jiaqiang Chen Muhammad Ammar Huiquan Li 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,1:3
5Green and selective hydrogenation of aromatic diamines over the nanosheet Ru/g-C_(3)N_(4)-H_(2) catalyst prepared by ultrasonic assisted impregnation-deposition method显示文摘In this study,nanosheet g-C_(3)N_(4)-H_(2) was prepared by thermal exfoliation of bulk g-C_(3)N_(4) under hydrogen.A series of Ru/g-C_(3)N_(4)-H_(2) catalysts with Ru species supported on the nanosheet g-C_(3)N_(4)-H_(2) were synthesized via ultrasonic assisted impregnation-deposition method.Ultrafine Ru nanoparticles(<2 nm)were highly dispersed on nanosheet g-C_(3)N_(4)-H_(2).Strong interaction due to Ru-Nx coordination facilitated the uniform distribution of Ru species.Meanwhile,the involvement of surface basicity derived from abundant nitrogen sites was favourable for enhancing the selective hydrogenation performance of bi-benzene ring,i.e.,almost complete 4,40-diaminodiphenylmethane(MDA)conversion and>99%4,40-diaminodicyclohexylmethane selectivity,corresponding to a reaction activity of 35.7 mol_(MDA) mol_(Ru)^(-1) h^(-1).Moreover,the reaction activity of catalyst in the fifth run was 36.5 mol_(MDA) mol_(Ru)^(-1) h^(-1),which was comparable with that of the fresh one.The computational results showed that g-C_(3)N_(4) as support was favorable for adsorption and dissociation of H_(2) molecules.Moreover,the substrate scope can be successfully expanded to a variety of other aromatic diamines.Therefore,this work provides an efficient and green catalyst system for selective hydrogenation of aromatic diamines.Huanhuan Yang Liguo Wang Shuang Xu Yan Cao Peng He Jiaqiang Chen Zheng Zheng Huiquan Li 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,6:1
6Isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium for binary system of aniline+methyl-N-phenyl carbamate显示文摘In this study,the quasi-static ebulliometric method was used to measure both of the vapor pressures of methyl N-phenyl carbamate(MPC),and the isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of the aniline and MPC binary system.The measured vapor pressure data of MPC,at different temperature ranging from 369.60 to 389.54 K,fitted well with the Antoine equation.The VLE data for the aniline and MPC system at(2.00,4.00,6.00,7.00 and 8.00) k Pa were correlated by both of nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL) and Wilson models.The parameters of the two models were obtained by regressing the experimental data,with the absolute temperature deviations of 0.54 K and 0.53 K,respectively.The relative volatility of the binary system calculated was all far more than 1,which gives the conclusion that the high purity MPC can be separated from aniline and MPC binary system by rectification or distillation technology.Yuqian Li Liguo Wang Peng He Kelin Huang Huiquan Li Yan Cao 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,10:1
7Efficient hydrogenation of ethylene carbonate derived from CO_(2) to synthesize methanol and ethylene glycol over core-shell Cu@GO catalyst显示文摘The synthesis of sustainable methanol and ethylene glycol(EG)via hydrogenation of ethylene carbonate(EC)has caught researchers’growing interests on account of the indirect chemical utilization of CO_(2).Core-shell Cu@GO catalysts with random nanoporous network of graphite oxide(GO)were synthesized via a simple method of ul-trasonic precipitation.Cu@GO catalysts were analyzed systematically by N_(2) physisorption,TGA measurement,XRD,FT-IR,Raman,TEM,SEM,and XPS(XAES).In particular,the mentioned method was confirmed to be effective to fabricate the high dispersity core-shell Cu@GO catalysts through promoting the specific surface area.The as-prepared Cu@GO catalyst was then successfully applied in the hydrogenation of CO_(2)-derived EC to pro-duce methanol and EG.A high TOF of 1526 mg EC g cat^(-1) h^(-1) could be attained in EC hydrogenation at the reaction temperature of 493K.Accordingly,the correlation of catalytic structure and performance disclosed that the synergistic effect between Cu^(+) and Cu^(0) was responsible for achieving high activity of the catalyst.In addition,the reusability of Cu@GO catalyst suggested that graphite oxide shell structure could decrease the aggregation of Cu particles,thus enhance the stability of Cu-based catalysts.DFT calculation results suggested that the involvement of carbon film on Cu was favorable for the stabilization of the active sites.This study is helpful for developing new and stable catalytic system for indirect chemical utilization of CO_(2) to synthesize commodity methanol and EG.Chanjuan Zhang Liguo Wang Zhuo Han Peng He Yan Cao Jiachen Li Huiquan Li 2022Green Chemical Engineering2022,3,3:1
8Estimating the time interval between transmission generations and the presymptomatic period by contact tracing surveillance data from 31 provinces in the mainland of China显示文摘The global pandemic of 2019 coronavirus disease(COVID-19)is a great assault to public health.Presymptomatic transmission cannot be controlled with measures designed for symptomatic persons,such as isolation.This study aimed to estimate the interval of the transmission generation(TG)and the presymptomatic period of COVID-19,and compare the ftting effects of TG and serial interval(S)based on the SEIHR model incorporating the surveillance data of 3453 cases in 31 provinces.These data were allocated into three distributions and the value of AIC presented that the Weibull distribution fitted well.The mean of TG was 5.2 days(95%C:4.6-5.8).The mean of the presymptomatic period was 2.4 days(95%CI:1.5-3.2).The dynamic model using TG as the generation time performed well.Eight provinces exhibited a basic reproduction number from 2.16 to 3.14.Measures should be taken to control presymptomatic transmission in the COVID-19 pandemic.Zhongxing Ding Kai Wang Mingwang Shen Kai Wang Shi Zhao Wenyu Song Rui Li Zhongjie Li Liping Wang Ganzhu Feng Zhiliang Hu Hongxia Wei Yanni Xiao Changjun Bao Jianli Hu Liguo Zhu Yong Li Xufeng Chen Yi Yin Weiming Wang Yongli Cai Zhihang Peng Hongbing Shen 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,2:1
9Non-phosgene synthesis of hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate from thermal decomposition of hexamethylene-1,6-dicarbamate over Zn–Co bimetallic supported ZSM-5 catalyst显示文摘A non-phosgene route for the synthesis of hexamethylene-1,6-diisocyanate(HDI) was developed via catalytic decomposition of hexamethylene-1,6-dicarbamate(HDC) over Zn–Co bi-metallic supported ZSM-5 catalyst.The catalyst was characterized by FTIR and XRD analyses. Three solvents dioctyl sebacate(DOS), dibutyl sebacate(DBS) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(BMIMBF_4) were investigated and compared; DOS gave better performance. The catalytic performances for thermal decomposition of HDC to HDI using DOS as solvent were then investigated, and the results showed that, under the optimized reaction conditions, i.e.,10 wt%concentration of HDC in DOS, 250 °C temperature, 60 min reaction time, 83.8% yield of HDI had been achieved over Zn–Co/ZSM-5. Decomposition of the intermediate hexamethylene-1-carbamate-6-isocyanate(HMI) over Zn–Co/ZSM-5 in DOS solvent was further studied and the results indicated that yield of HDI from HMI reached to 69.6%(98.6% HDI selectively) at 270 °C, which further increased the yield of the total HDI(HDI_(tol)) to as high as 95.0%. Recycling of catalyst showed that HDI and HMI yield slightly decreased, and by-product yield increased after the catalyst was reused for 4 times. 11Variation and stability analysis of growth traits of poplar clones in the seedling stage in northeast China显示文摘Plant phenotypes are infl uenced by genetic and environmental factors.In this study,the growth traits of 43 one-year-old poplar clones grown at diff erent sites in northeast China(Dongling State-owned Forest Protection Center,DL;Baicheng State-owned forest farm,BC;and Cuohai Forest farm,CH)were evaluated and analyzed across clones and sites.Results show signifi cant diff erences in height and base diameter among sites and clones.Phenotypic and genetic variation coeffi cients ranged from 49.59%(BC)to 58.39%(DL)and from 49.33%(BC)to 58.06%(DL),respectively.Additive main eff ects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI)analysis showed that the eff ects of genotype,environment,and genotype×environment interaction were signifi cantly diff erent.Genetic variation was the main source of variation,accounting for 48.6%.AMMI biplot showed that clone 30 had high and stable yields at the three sites.From an evaluation of multiple traits and GGE biplot that clone 2,clone 30 and clone 25 had higher yield than the other clones at DL,CH and BC,respectively.These clones will provide material for forest regeneration in northeast China.Xiaoting Liu Qiushuang Zhao Peng Yin Hanxi Li Xuesong Li Liguo Wu Yueji Li Yanbo Hu Xiyang Zhao 2023Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,4:0

13Study on the Source Parameters of the Barkam Earthquake Sequence显示文摘Using digital wave data recorded by the Barkam station, source parameters for 93 earthquakes with ML2.5~5.0 in the Barkam area are determined by spectral analysis.
