1Behavior of noncircular tunnels excavated in stratified rock masses-Case of underground coal mines显示文摘The amount of tunnels excavated along stratified/sedimentary rock masses in Quangninh coal mine area,Vietnam, is gradually increasing. Rock mass in Quangninh is characterized by beddings between rock layers. The behavior of stratified rock masses surrounding the tunnels depends on both the intact rock and the beddings between rock layers. The main characteristics of stratified rock masses that need to be considered are their heterogeneity and anisotropy. Depending on the dip angle of rock layers, movements and failure zones developed surrounding the tunnels can be asymmetrical over the vertical axis of tunnel. This asymmetry causes adverse behaviors of the tunnel structures. The objective of this study is to highlight convergences and yielded zones developed in rock masses surrounding noncircular tunnels in Quangninh coal mine area using a finite element method. The presence of bedding joints is explicitly simulated. The numerical results indicated that with the increase in dip angle of bedding joints, the stress asymmetry over the tunnel vertical axis increases. It gradually leads to an asymmetry of the failure zone surrounding the tunnel. An increase of rock mass quality means a decrease of rock mass sensitivity to the discontinuities. 2Multigene phylogeny of the family Cordycipitaceae (Hypocreales): new taxa and the new systematic position of the Chinese cordycipitoid fungus Paecilomyces hepiali显示文摘The phylogeny and systematics of cordycipitoid fungi have been extensively studied in the last two decades.However,systematic positions of some taxa in the family Cordycipitaceae have not yet been thoroughly resolved.In this study,a new phylogenetic framework of Cordycipitaceae is reconstructed using multigene(nrSSU,nrLSU,tef-1α,rpb1 and rpb2)sequence data with large-scale taxon sampling.In addition,ITS sequence data of species belonging to the Lecanicillium lineage in the family Cordycipitaceae are used to further determine their phylogenetic placements.Based on molecular phylogenetic data together with morphological evidence,two new genera(Flavocillium and Liangia),16 new species and four new combina-tions are introduced.In the new genus Flavocillium,one new species F.bifurcatum and three new combinations previously described as Lecanicillium,namely F.acerosium,F.primulinium and F.subprimulinium,are proposed.The genus Liangia is built by the new species Lia.sinensis with Lecanicillium-like asexual morph,isolated from an entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria yunnanensis.Due to the absence of Paecilomyces hepiali,an economically and medically significant fungus,in the earlier phylogenetic analyses,its systematic position has been puzzling in both business and academic communities for a long time.Here,P.hepiali is recharacterized using the holotype material along with seven additional samples.It is assigned to the genus Samsoniella(Cordycipitaceae,Hypocreales)possessing Cordyceps-like sexual morph and Isaria-like asexual morph,and thus a new combination,namely S.hepiali is proposed.An additional nine new species in Samsoniella are described:S.alpina,S.antleroides,S.cardinalis,S.cristata,S.lanmaoa,S.kunmingensis,S.ramosa,S.tortricidae and S.yunnanensis.Four new species in Cordyceps are described:C.chaetoclavata,C.cocoonihabita,C.shuifuensis and C.sub-tenuipes.Simplicillium yunnanense,isolated from synnemata of Akanthomyces waltergamsii,is described as a new species.Yuan-Bing Wang Yao Wang Qi Fan Dong-E Duan Guo-Dong Zhang Ru-Qin Dai Yong-Dong Dai Wen-Bo Zeng Zi-Hong Chen Dan-Dan Li De-Xiang Tang Zhi-Hong Xu Tao Sun Thi-Tra Nguyen Ngoc-Lan Tran Van-Minh Dao Can-Ming Zhang Luo-Dong Huang Yong-Jun Liu Xiao-Mei Zhang Da-Rong Yang Tatiana Sanjuan Xing-Zhong Liu Zhu L.Yang Hong Yu 2020Fungal Diversity2020,,4:9

5越南西北部Pu Sam Cap高钾碱性岩LA-ICPMS锆石U-Pb年龄与Hf同位素组成及其区域构造意义显示文摘越南西北部Pu Sam Cap高钾碱性杂岩位于哀牢山剪切带南段西侧,由粗面岩、煌斑岩、碱性正长岩与碱性花岗岩组成。其中粗面岩不整合于晚白垩世陆相沉积岩之上,碱性侵入岩侵入到三叠纪陆源沉积岩、侏罗纪流纹岩及40~35Ma含角闪石二长岩-花岗岩中。该杂岩的岩石具有低TiO2(<0.8%)、P2O5(<0.64%)和FeO*(<7.74%),高Na2O(1.41%~4.5%)和K2O(5.22%~9.4%)的地球化学属性,属于高钾碱性玄武质到高钾碱性长英质岩浆岩类型与钾质至超钾质岩浆系列。这套岩石富集大离子亲石元素LILE、轻稀土元素LREE和一组相容元素,具有明显的Ta、Nb和Ti异常,表明Pu Sam Cap高钾碱性杂岩形成于与俯冲带有关的大陆弧和后碰撞弧构造环境。锆石LA-ICPMS U-Pb年代学研究表明碱性正长岩与碱性花岗岩分别形成于32.70±0.24Ma、35.1±0.06Ma,上述年龄代表了Pu Sam Cap高钾碱性杂岩的侵入岩结晶年龄。两个样品中锆石的εHf(t)变化范围分别为-2.8~2.5和-4.9~0.1,在t-εHf(t)相关图上分析点落在下地壳和亏损地幔演化线之间,两阶段模式年龄变化范围为950~1286Ma和1107~1421Ma。该杂岩的εNd(t)变化范围-5.63~-3.26,具有低143Nd/144Nd比值(0.512336~0.512447)和高87Sr/86Sr比值(0.706254~0.707273),Sr-Nd同位素相关图上接近于EM2地幔端元趋势线,与大理地区新生代高钾岩浆岩十分相似,表明PuSamCap高钾碱性杂岩的岩浆是幔源岩浆和壳源岩浆的混合结果,同时可与大理地区新生代高钾岩浆岩对比,它们形成于哀牢山-红河左行走滑活动之前,墨江古特提斯洋盆的消减与印度-欧亚陆陆碰撞活动提供了宏观区域性构造背景。TRAN MyDung 刘俊来 NGUYEN QuangLuat 陈越 纪沫 唐渊 2010岩石学报2010,26,6:7
6Studies on sustainable features of vernacular architecture in different regions across the world:A comprehensive synthesis and evaluation显示文摘Due to the increasing pressure brought by recent global environmental problems,building designers are embracing regionalism and the knowledge of traditional structures,arguing that these structures are energy efficient and highly sustainable.We observe clear evidence of the increasing interest in vernacular architecture among the research community.This study therefore aims to clarify the contents and issues raised in the studies on vernacular architecture and the knowledge and recommendations that can be derived from them.A database of the research is established by collecting many studies from primary sources.Obtained data is carefully refined and categorized into a table where synthesized information is introduced.The results of this study show an uneven geographic and climatic distribution of the studies;the trend in selecting research objectives and research objects;the choice of research methods with a clear shift towards quantitative research methods,and the generic findings from the database of the research.These results can support diverse inquiries about vernacular architecture across the world and be used as a resource or an orientation to support numerous subsequent studies.Anh Tuan Nguyen Nguyen Song Ha Truong David Rockwood Anh Dung Tran Le 2019Frontiers of Architectural Research2019,8,4:6
7Synthesis and characterization of NaYF4:Yb3+,Er3+@silica-N=folic acid nanocomplex for bioimaginable detecting MCF-7 breast cancer cells显示文摘Upconversion nanophosphors are new promising nanomaterials to be used as biolabels for detection and imaging of cancer cells.These nanophosphors absorb long-wavelength excitation radiation in the infrared or near infrared region and emit shorter wavelength,higher energy radiation from ultraviolet to infrared.In this paper,we studied the hydrothermal method and optical properties of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+for biomedical application.After synthesis,these NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+nanophosphors were functionalized with aminosilanes and folic acid.Folic acid binds to the folate receptor on the surface of MCF-7 breast cancer cells and this binding promotes internalization of the nanophosphors via endocytosis.The sizes of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+@silica-N=FA(folic acid)nanophosphors can be controlled with length of the rod about 300-800 nm and diameter of the rod about 100-200 nm.Phase structure of NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+is in hexagonal crystal system.The photo luminescence(PL)spectra of the functionalized NaYF4:Yb^3+,Er^3+@silica-N=FA nanophosphors were measured.These nanophosphors emit in red color with the strongest band at 650 nm under 980 nm excitation.This result can provide NaYF4:Er^3+,Yb^3+@silica-N=FA complex for developing fluorescence label and image tool in cancer biology and medicine.Ha Thi Phuong Tran Thu Huong Le Thi Vinh Hoang Thi Khuyen Do Thi Thao Nguyen Thanh Huong Pham Thi Lien Le Quoc Minh 2019Journal of Rare Earths2019,37,11:5
8Xanthine oxidase inhibitors from Archidendron clypearia(Jack.) I.C. Nielsen: Results from systematic screening of Vietnamese medicinal plants显示文摘Objective: To screen Vietnamese medicinal plants for xanthine oxidase(XO) inhibitory activity and to isolate XO inhibitor(s) from the most active plant. Methods: The plants materials were extracted by methanol. The active plant materials were fractionated using different organic solvents, including n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. Bioassay-guided fractionation and column chromatography were used to isolate compounds. The compounds structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data, including IR, MS, and NMR. Results: Three hundreds and eleven methanol extracts(CME) belonging to 301 Vietnamese herbs were screened for XO inhibitory activity. Among these plants, 57 extracts displayed XO inhibitory activity at 100 μg/m L with inhibition rates of over 50%. The extracts of Archidendron clypearia, Smilax poilanei, Linociera ramiflora and Passiflora foetida exhibited the greatest potency with IC_(50) values below 30 μg/m L. Chemical study performed on the extract of Archidendron clypearia resulted in the isolation of six compounds, including 1-octacosanol, docosenoic acid, daucosterol, methyl gallate, quercitrin and(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan. The compound(-)-7-O-galloyltricetiflavan showed the most potent XO inhibitory activity with an IC_(50) value of 25.5 μmol/L. Conclusions: From this investigation, four Vietnamese medicinal plants were identified to have XO inhibitory effects with IC_(50) values of the methanol extracts below 30 μg/m L. 10越南西北部大象山超高温变质岩的发现及其区域构造意义显示文摘越南西北部大象山群孔兹岩系中发育一套含刚玉+尖晶石+石榴石+夕线石组合的富铝岩石块体,它们呈透镜状包体形式赋存于孔兹岩系内。岩石中刚玉+尖晶石+石榴石+夕线石组合的发育指示岩石经历了超高温变质作用的改造。其中尖晶石和石英的共生组合表明了变质温度高于900℃,而利用岩石退变质矿物组合中的黑云母-石榴石温度计,黑云母-斜长石-石榴石-石英组合温度-压力计估算的变质温度压力条件分别为879~917℃、0.90~0.94GPa。岩石中的早期刚玉+夕线石的组合的存在说明岩石变质作用已经从高角闪岩相进入到了麻粒岩相;而峰期变质矿物组合尖晶石+石英的出现,指示了变质温度高于900℃的超高温变质作用。另一方面,退变质过程中钛铁矿的发育表明岩石经历了快速抬升降压的过程。变质作用的P-T轨迹分析揭示出岩石经历了早期同步升温增压后的快速增温达到峰期条件,后经历快速等温减压过程。这种温压条件的变化与板块会聚过程中由于俯冲板片的断离而使软流圈上涌造成热异常的温压条件变化基本一致。通过对超高温变质岩石进行锆石SIMSU-Pb测年获得的结果大于58Ma,推测这次超高温变质与喜马拉雅运动中印度与欧亚大陆的初期会聚-碰撞作用相关。吴虎峻 刘俊来 TRAN My Dung NGUYEN Quang Luat PHAM Binh 吴文彬 陈文 张招崇 2011岩石学报2011,27,9:4
11COVID-19 vaccination intention among healthcare workers in Vietnam显示文摘Objective:To assess the acceptance of coronavirus disease(COVID-19)vaccine among healthcare workers at two general hospitals in Vietnam when it is available.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted using a convenience sampling from January to February 2021 among 410 healthcare workers at two general hospitals in Vietnam via a selfadministered questionnaire.A multivariable regression analysis was performed to determine predictors of vaccine acceptance including the demographic factors,COVID-19 knowledge,and vaccine beliefs based on the domains of Health Belief Model.Results:Among 410 healthcare workers,76.10%showed vaccination willingness.Predictors of acceptance were determined that the group reporting as“vaccine acceptance”was more likely to be positive towards the perceived susceptibility and severity of COVID-19(OR 2.45;95%CI 1.48-4.06,P<0.05),perceived benefits of vaccination,and cues to action(OR 4.36;95%CI 2.35-8.09,and OR 5.49;95%CI 2.84-10.61,respectively,all P<0.001),but less likely to have the perceived barriers to vaccination(OR 0.19;95%CI 0.09-0.38;P<0.001)compared with the no acceptance group.Besides,people who had a good knowledge regarding the severity of illness were 3.37 times more likely to have identified as vaccine acceptance(OR 3.37;95%CI 1.04-10.86,P<0.05).The demographic factors were also associated with willingness to receive the vaccine,with participants who were staff and received COVID-19 information from relatives were less likely to accept the vaccine over those who were doctors and not receiving information from relatives(OR 0.36;95%CI 0.13-0.96,and OR 0.37;95%CI 0.17-0.78,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusions:A rate of willingness to get vaccinated against COVID-19 was relatively high with discrepancies between occupation,receiving information from relatives,knowledge toward the severity of illness,and the elements of Health Belief Model.The findings will provide information for the management authorities to develop relevant interventions to promote COVID-19 vaccination uptake.Giao Huynh Thien Thuan Tran Han Thi Ngoc Nguyen Le An Pham 2021Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2021,14,4:3
12Anti-inflammatory effects of fatty acids isolated from Chromolaena odorata显示文摘Objective:To identify inhibitors of nitric oxide production and NF-κB activity from Chromolaena odorata(C.odorata).Methods:The compounds isolated from the aerial parts of C.odorata by bioassay-guided fractionation were investigated for their inhibitory effects on the NO production and NF-κB activity in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.Results:Six fatty acids (S)-coriolic acid(1),(S)-coriolic acid methyl ester(2),(5)-15,16-didehydrocoriolic acid(3),(S)- 15,16-didehydrocoriolic acid methyl ester(4),linoleamide(5) and linolenamide(6) were isolated. All compounds inhibited the NO production at concentrations consistent with those required for NF-κB inhibition.Compound 2 was the most active with the IC50 values of 5.22 and 5.73μM. 14Biomass accumulation of Panax vietnamensis in cell suspension cultures varies with addition of plant growth regulators and organic additives显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the impact of plant growth regulators including kinetin(KN),benzyl adenine and naphthalene acetic acid, yeast extract and casein hydrolyzate on biomass accumulation of Vietnamese ginseng Panax vietnamensis(P. vietnamensis) in cell suspension culture.Methods: Cell suspension cultures were established from friable calluses derived from leaves and petioles of 3-year-old in-vitro P. vietnamensis plants. The cell suspension cultures were grown in Murashige and Skoog basal media supplemented with various concentrations of KN, benzyl adenine, naphthalene acetic acid, and yeast extract and casein hydrolyzate.Results: All tested factors generated an increase in the cell biomass of P. vietnamensis in suspension culture, but the impact of each varies depended on the factor type, concentration, and incubation period. Addition of 2.0 mg/L KN resulted in the largest biomass increase after 24 d,(57.0 ± 0.9) and(3.1 ± 0.1) mg/m L fresh and dry weight, respectively,whereas addition of benzyl adenine or naphthalene acetic acid produced optimum levels of Panax cell biomass at 1.0 and 1.5 mg/L, respectively. Addition of the elicitor yeast extract led to a 1.4–2.4 fold increase in biomass of P. vietnamensis, while addition of casein hydrolyzate enhanced biomass accumulation 1.8–2.6 fold.Conclusions: The addition of each factor causes significant changes in biomass accumulation of P. vietnamensis. The largest biomass accumulation is from cultures grown in MS media containing 2.0 mg/L KN for 24 d. 15Effects of C/N ratio on nitrate removal and floc morphology of autohydrogenotrophic bacteria in a nitrate-containing wastewater treatment process显示文摘The effects of C/N ratio of a nitrate-containing wastewater on nitrate removal performed by autohydrogenotrophic bacteria as well as on the morphological parameters of floc such as floc morphology, floc number distribution, mean particle size(MPS), aspect ratio and transparency were examined in this study. The results showed that the nitrate reduction rate increased with increasing C/N ratio from 0.5 to 10 and that the nitrogen removal of up to 95% was found at the C/N ratios of higher than 5(between 0.5–10). Besides, high C/N ratio values reflected a corresponding high nitrite accumulation after 12-hr operation, and a fast decreasing rate of nitrite in the rest of operational time. The final p H values increased with the C/N ratio increasing from 0.5 to 2.5, but decreased with the C/N ratio increasing from2.5 to 10. There were no significant changes in floc morphology with the MPSs ranging from35 to 40 μm. Small and medium-sized flocs were dominant in the sludge suspension, and the number of flocs increased with the increasing C/N ratios. 17富含自体骨髓间充质干细胞的聚ε-己内酯/明胶补片修复大鼠肛门括约肌损伤显示文摘目的构建载有自体骨骼间充质干细胞(MSCs)的聚ε-己内酯(PCL)/明胶补片,观察其对大鼠肛门括约肌损伤的修复作用。方法制备Wistar大鼠肛门括约肌损伤模型,分为3组:A组不做处理,B组直接缝合,C组外科缝合+富含MSCs的PCL/明胶补片。术后30d评估肛门括约肌收缩能力,观察肛管及下端直肠组织形态学改变。结果MSC均匀分布于PCL/明胶支架,MSCs特异性抗原(81.5±7.1)%CD45+,(97.6±1.6)%CD90+,(85.3±5.1)%CD44-,(95.4±1.5)%CD34-,MSCs未发生表型改变;细胞生长较常规方法缓慢[(0.27±0.25)×10^4比(5.12±0.48)×10^4,P〈0.05)。组织学观察C组新生的括约肌区域胶原沉积较少,并有明显的新生血管形成。结论联合MSC-PCL/明胶补片修补肛门括约肌损伤,具有减少瘢痕和促进组织血管生成的作用。丁召 陈炜 袁玉峰 刘志苏 Tran Nguyen 江从庆 2012中华实验外科杂志2012,29,11:2
18A Neural-network-based Approach to Study the Energy-optimal Hovering Wing Kinematics of a Bionic Hawkmoth Model显示文摘This paper presents the application of an artificial neural network to develop an approach to determine and study the energy-optimal wing kinematics of a hovering bionic hawkmoth model.A three-layered artificial neural network is used for the rapid prediction of the unsteady aerodynamic force acting on the wings and the required power.When this artificial network is integrated into genetic and simplex algorithms,the running time of the optimization process is reduced considerably.The validity of this new approach is confirmed in a comparison with a conventional method using an aerodynamic model based on an extended unsteady vortex-lattice method for a sinu soidal wing kinematics problem.When studying the obtained results,it is found that actual hawkmoths do not hover under an energy-optimal condition.Instead,by tilting the stroke plane and lowering the wing positions,they can compromise and expend some energy to enhance their maneuverability and the stability of their flight.Anh Tuan Nguyen Ngoc Doan Tran Thanh Trung Vu Thanh Dong Pham Quoc Tru Vu Jae-Hung Han 2019Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,5:2
19越南O Quy Ho钼矿床的成矿时代及成矿物质来源探讨显示文摘越南西北部O Quy Ho钼矿床为范士版成矿带的典型钼矿床之一,矿体以脉状形式就位于中生代花岗岩中,辉钼矿主要赋存于石英脉及长石石英脉中,与黄铁矿、黄铜矿、磁铁矿等共生。8件样品硫同位素分析结果表明,δ34S介于0.14‰~3.34‰之间,平均值为1.53‰,表明成矿物质具有深源特征。黄铁矿的206Pb/204Pb范围为18.583~22.355,207Pb/204Pb变化于15.632~15.812之间,208Pb/204Pb变化于38.989~39.199;辉钼矿的206Pb/204Pb、207Pb/204Pb、208Pb/204Pb分别为18.686~18.737、15.655~15.660和39.081~39.082,与范士版含角闪石花岗斑岩具有成因联系。辉钼矿Re-Os同位素等时线测年获得了(36±1)Ma的年龄,该年龄与金沙江-红河新生代斑岩铜钼矿成矿带岩浆-成矿活动的年龄一致,提出O Quy Ho钼矿床为金沙江-红河新生代斑岩铜钼矿带的一部分。TRAN My Dung 刘俊来 NGUYEN Quang Luat 陈越 邹运鑫 2010矿床地质2010,29,2:2
20Optimization, equilibrium, adsorption behavior and role of surface functional groups on graphene oxide-based nanocomposite towards diclofenac drug显示文摘Aquatic contamination of diclofenac(DCF),an emergent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug(NSAIDs),can result in adverse effects to many ecosystems through biomagnification.Hence,introducing effective remediation techniques to sequester the pharmaceutical wastes is highly fundamental to prevent their accumulation in the environment.Generally,adsorption has been presented as a green and efficient approach.Herein,we report the characterization and application of the novel magnetic nanocomposite(GO@CoFe2O4)derived from cobalt-based ferrite(CoFe2O4)and graphene oxide(GO)for DCF adsorption.For the optimization procedure,the response surface methodology(RSM)was adopted to investigate the impacts of DCF concentration(1.6-18.4 mg/L),DCF dosage(0.08-0.92 g/L),and solution pH(2.6-9.4)to find the optimum conditions for DCF removal,at 10.5 mg/L,0.74 g/L,and pH 4,respectively.For the adsorption experiments,the kinetic,isotherm,thermodynamic,and intraparticle diffusion models were systematically studied.Moreover,we have elucidated the role of functional groups on the surface of GO@CoFe2O4 in enhancing the adsorption of DCF drug.With good removal efficiency(up to 86.1%),high maximum adsorption capacity(32.4 mg/g),GO@CoFe2O4 can be a potential candidate to eliminate DCF drug from water.Thuan Van Tran Duyen Thi Cam Nguyen Hanh TNLe Dai-Viet NVo Sonil Nanda Trinh Duy Nguyen 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,7:2
