15通过分布式人工智能实现CT结肠成像的计算机辅助慢性息肉辨识显示文摘目的通过计算机辅助诊断技术(CAD),利用分布式人工智能进行CT结肠成像的病理诊断。材料与方法本研究经人体实验保护局(OfficeofHumanSubjectsResearch)批准。研究内容中涉及健康保险流通与责任法案(HIPAA)的患者知情同意要求并未报批。CT数据采集于24名患有至少一块6mm息肉的病人,相关图样的分析通过计算机辅助诊断(CAD)软件完成,共鉴别268处疑似病灶。每处疑似病灶均由20名来自同一众包平台的知识工作者(KnowledgeWorkers,KWs)判断是否是息肉。为了检验本方法的可重复性,共228名知识工作者参与了两轮病灶鉴别工作。本文中,通过比较知识工作者和CAD软件分析结果的受试者工作特征曲线覆盖面积(AUC)来评价本方法的效果。结果知识工作者的检测水平AUC结果为:第1轮0.845±0.045(标准差),第2轮0.855±0.044。计算机辅助诊断软件(CAD)分析结果的AUC为0.859±0.043,两种方法之间并没有显著区别。根据病灶判断难度分析,容易的诊断中知识工作者表现更佳:第1轮AUC为0.951±0.032,第2轮0.966±0.027(P=0.039),CAD的AUC为0.877±0.048。对于两轮检验都参加的知识工作者而言,第2轮的诊断结果有显著的提升:第1轮AUC为0.759±0.052,第2轮为0.839±0.046(P=0.041)。结论在慢性息肉的诊断方面,分布式人工智能和计算机辅助诊断(CAD)技术的结果之间并无显著差异。Tan B.
