2丙二醇-氯化钠-水三元溶液相图及其在血小板低温保存中的应用(英文)显示文摘为了获得血小板冰冻保护液 (丙二醇 氯化钠 水 ,PG NaCl H2 O)冰冻降温的数学模型 ,本研究使用差示扫描量热仪分别测定出不同浓度和不同比例条件下丙二醇 氯化钠 水三元溶液的凝固点 (Tf) ,然后将已有的公式和实验所得的数据通过计算机进行拟合。结果获得了一个数学模型 ,该数学模型描述的是在PG NaCl H2 O溶液中Tf变化与溶质浓度和PG NaCl(质量比 )两个参数变化之间的函数关系。结论 :把该方程与血小板的渗透性特性的参数相结合 ,可以描述在平衡冷冻状态下 ,不同PG浓度时血小板的体积变化 ,指导血小板低温保存。刘景汉 Dayong Gao 何立群 Lip Kean Moey Kegang Hua 刘作斌 2003中国实验血液学杂志2003,11,1:1

11Response surface methodology analysis of the photocatalytic removal of Methylene Blue using bismuth vanadate prepared via polyol route显示文摘Visible-light driven photocatalyst bismuth vanadate(BiVO 4) photocatalyst was synthesized by the polyol route using ethylene glycol.The precipitate was washed,dried and calcined at 450℃ for 3 hr.The sample was characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),zeta potential,surface area(BET method) and band gap energy via diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).The synthesized BiVO 4 has a monoclinic phase with a surface area of 4.3 m 2 /g and a band gap energy of 2.46 eV.A majority of the particles were in the range of 90-130 nm as obtained from the particle size distribution histrogram.The efficiency of the sample as a visible-light driven photocatalyst was examined by photodegrading Methylene Blue(MB).The effects of some operational photodegradation parameters such as mass loading,initial dye concentration and pH were also examined.Experimental design methodology was applied by response surface modeling and optimization of the removal of MB.The multivariate experimental design was employed to develop a quadratic model as a functional relationship between the percentage removal of MB and three experimental factors(BiVO 4 loading,MB initial concentration and pH).The percentage removal of MB approached 67.21% under optimized conditions.In addition,a satisfactory goodness-of-fit was achieved between the predictive and the experimental results.Abdul Halim Abdullah Hui Jia Melanie Moey Nor Azah Yusof 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,9:1
123D Reconstruction of Fruit Shape based on Vision and Edge Sections显示文摘The fruit industry has been known as one of the largest businesses in Malaysia,where most of the fruits pass through the peeling process well in advance before the final product as juice in a bottle or slices in a can.The current industrial fruit peeling techniques are passive and inefficient by cutting parts of the pulp of the fruit with peels leading to losses.To avoid this issue,a multi-axis CNC fruit peeler can be used to precisely peel the outer layer with the guidance of a 3D virtual model of fruit.In this work,a new cost-effective method of 3D image reconstruction was developed to convert 36 fruit images captured by a normal RGB camera to a 3D model by capturing a single image every 10 degrees of fruit rotation along a fixed axis.The point cloud data extracted with edge detection were passed to Blender 3D software for meshing in different approaches.The vertical link frame meshing method developed in this research proved a qualitative similarity between the output result and the scanned fruit in a processing time of less than 50 seconds.Nasr Abdalmanan Nasr Ali Kamarulzaman Kamarudin Chee Kiang Lam Muhamad Safwan Muhamad Azmi Abdul Halim Ismail Norasmadi Abdul Rahim Wan Mohd Nooriman Wan Yahya Goh Kheng Sneah Moey Lip Seng Teoh Phaik Hai Ong Thean Lye Noor Zafira Noor Hasnan 2022Journal of Electronic & Information Systems2022,4,1:0
