1Identification and construction of Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity显示文摘Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity have been considered as one class of cryptographically significant functions. It is known that Boolean functions on odd variables have maximum algebraic immunity if and only if a correlative matrix has column full rank, and Boolean functions on even variables have maximum algebraic immunity if and only if two correlative matrices have column full rank. Recently, a smaller matrix was used in the odd case. We find that one or two smaller matrices can be used in the even case and consequently present several sufficient and necessary conditions for Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity. This result advances the ability to identify whether Boolean functions on even variables achieve maximum algebraic immunity. We also present a construction algorithm for n-variable Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity, specially with the Hamming weights of ∑2 n i=0 -1 . It is easily realized for not too large n and helps construct balanced Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity on even variables. 2Retrotransposon-mediated DELLA transcriptional reprograming underlies semi-dominant dwarfism in foxtail millet显示文摘Retrotransposons account for a large proportion of the genome and genomic variation, and play key roles in creating novel genes and diversifying the genome in many eukaryotic species. Although retrotransposons are abundant in plants, their roles had been underestimated because of a lack of research. Here, we characterized a gibberellin Acid (GA)-insensitive dwarf mutant, 84133, in foxtail millet. Map-based cloning revealed a 5.5-kb Copia-like retrotransposon insertion in DWARF1 (D1), which encodes a DELLA protein. Transcriptional analysis showed that the Copia retrotransposon mediated the transcriptional reprogramming of D1 leading to a novel N-terminal-deleted truncated DELLA transcript that was putatively driven by Copia's LTR, namely D1-TT, and another chimeric transcript. The presence of D1-TT was confirmed by protein immunodetection analysis. Furthermore, D1-TT protein was resistant to GA3 treatment compared with the intact DELLA protein due to its inability to interact with the GA receptor, SiGID1. Overexpression of D1-TT in foxtail millet resulted in dwarf plants, confirming that it determines the dwarfism of 84133. Thus, our study documents a rare instance of long terminal repeat (LTR) retrotransposon-mediated transcriptional reprograming in the plant kingdom. 3Concise and efficient direct-view generation of arbitrary cylindrical vector beams by a vortex half-wave plate显示文摘A concise, efficient, and practical direct-view scheme is presented to generate arbitrary cylindrical vector(CV)beams, including CV beams, vortex beams, and cylindrical vector vortex(CVV) beams, by a vortex half-wave plate(VHP). Six kinds of first-order and other high-order CV beams, such as azimuthally polarized(AP) beams, antivortex radial polarization mode beams, and three-order AP beams, are formed by simply rotating a half-wave plate. The Stokes parameters and double-slit interference of multitype CV beams are investigated in detail.The polarization parameters, including degree of polarization, polarization azimuth, and ellipticity, are obtained,which demonstrates the efficient generation of CV beams. In addition, the double-slit interference experiment is introduced in the setup, and fringe misplacement and tilt appear for CVV beams, in which the misplacement number M is 2P+1 for P ≤ 2 and 2P-1 for P ≥ 3, where P is the polarization order number, and the fringe tilt offset is positively related to the topological charge number l of CVV beams. In addition, new types of VHPs can be formed by cascading two or more VHPs when the types of available VHPs are limited, assisting in more flexible generation of multitype CV beams. 4LiPO_(2)F_(2) electrolyte additive for high-performance Li-rich cathode material显示文摘Li-rich layered oxide cathodes have received considerable attention because of the high operating potential and specific capacity. However, the structural instability and parasitic reactions at high potential cause severe degradation of the electrochemical performance. In our studies, the cycling stability of Li_(1.14)Ni_(0.133)Co_(0.133)Mn_(0.544)O_(2) cathode is improved with LiPO_(2)F_(2) electrolyte additive. After 500 cycles, the capacity retention is increased from 53.6% to 85% at 3 C by LiPO_(2)F_(2) modification. This performance is mainly attributed to the enhanced interfacial stability of the Li-rich cathode. Based on systematic characterization, LiPO_(2)F_(2) additive was found to promote a stable interface film on the cathode surface during the cycling and mitigates the interfacial side reactions. 6Comprehensively-modified polymer electrolyte membranes with multifunctional PMIA for highly-stable all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries显示文摘Polyethylene oxide(PEO)-based electrolytes have obvious merits such as strong ability to dissolve salts(e.g.,LiTFSI)and high flexibility,but their applications in solid-state batteries is hindered by the low ion conductance and poor mechanical and thermal properties.Herein,poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)(PMIA)is employed as a multifunctional additive to improve the overall properties of the PEO-based electrolytes.The hydrogen-bond interactions between PMIA and PEO/TFSI-can effectively prevent the PEO crystallization and meanwhile facilitate the LiTFSI dissociation,and thus greatly improve the ionic conductivity(two times that of the pristine electrolyte at room temperature).With the incorporation of the high-strength PMIA with tough amide-benzene backbones,the PMIA/PEO-LiTFSI composite polymer electrolyte(CPE)membranes also show much higher mechanical strength(2.96 MPa),thermostability(4190℃)and interfacial stability against Li dendrites(468 h at 0.10 mA cm-2)than the pristine electrolyte(0.32 MPa,364℃and short circuit after 246 h).Furthermore,the CPE-based LiFePO4/Li cells exhibit superior cycling stability(137 mAh g^-1 with 93%retention after 100 cycles at 0.5 C)and rate performance(123 mAh g^-1 at 1.0 C).This work provides a novel and effective CPE structure design strategy to achieve comprehensively-upgraded electrolytes for promising solid-state battery applications.Lehao Liu Jinshan Mo Jingru Li Jinxin Liu Hejin Yan Jing Lyu Bing Jiang Lihua Chu Meicheng Li 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9:3

8Effect of Annealing Temperature on the Formation of Silicides and the Surface Morphologies of PtSi Films显示文摘The effect of annealing temperature on the formation of the PtSi phase. distribution of silicides and the surface morphologies of silicides films is investigated by XPS. AFM. 9Excellent light-capture capability of trilobal SiNW for ultra-high JSC in single-nanowire solar cells显示文摘Single-.nanowire solar cells with a unique light-concentration property are expected to exceed the Shockley-Queisser limit.The architecture of single nanowire is an important factor to regulate its optical performance.We designed a trilobal silicon nanowire(SiNW)with two cquivalent scales that possesses superior light-absorption efficiency in the whole wavelength range and shows good tolerance for incident angle.The electric field distribution in this geometry is concentrated in the blade with small equivalent scale and pivot with large equivalent scale,respectively,in the short wavelength range and long wavelength range.Corresponding good light absorption of trilobal SiNW in the two wavelength ranges leads to stronger total light absorption capacity than that of cylindrical SiNW.Trilobal single nanowire solar cells can obtain a short-circuit current density(JSC)of 647 mA·cm^2,which provides a new choice for designing single nanowire with excellent light-capture capability.ZHONGLIANG GAO GUILU Lin YUPENG ZHENG NA SANG YINGFENG LI LEI CHEN MEICHENG LI 2020Photonics Research2020,8,6:2
10In-situ Observation of Crack Growth and Domain Switching Around Vickers Indentation on BaTiO_3 Single Crystal Under Sustained Electric Field显示文摘The crack propagation and domain switching process around the indentation on the surface of barium titanate single crystal under the external electric field was investigated by atomic force microscope and polarized light microscope.The evolutions of domain switching and crack propagation were in-situ observed when a 90 a c domain wall moved across the indentation which was driven by external electric field.The results show that the incompatible strain induced by domain switching in the residual stress zone around the indentation is the driving force of the anisotropic crack propagation.The crack propagation results in the changes of the fine domain stripes around the crack tip.Bing JIANG Yusong LIU Meicheng LI 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,6:2

12Achieving high-capacity and long-life K^(+)storage enabled by constructing yolk-shell Sb_(2)S_(3)@N,S-doped carbon nanorod anodes显示文摘As promising anode candidates for potassium-ion batteries(PIBs),antimony sulfide(Sb_(2)S_(3))possesses high specific capacity but suffers from massive volume expansion and sluggish kinetics due to the large K^(+)insertion,resulting in inferior cycling and rate performance.To address these challenges,a yolk-shell structured Sb_(2)S_(3)confined in N,S co-doped hollow carbon nanorod(YS-Sb_(2)S_(3)@NSC)working as a viable anode for PIBs is proposed.As directly verified by in situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM),the buffer space between the Sb_(2)S_(3)core and thin carbon shell can effectively accommodate the large expansion stress of Sb_(2)S_(3)without cracking the shell and the carbon shell can accelerate electron transport and K^(+)diffusion,which plays a significant role in reinforcing the structural stability and facilitating charge transfer.As a result,the YS-Sb_(2)S_(3)@NSC electrode delivers a high reversible K^(+)storage capacity of 594.58 m A h g^(-1)at 0.1 A g^(-1)and a long cycle life with a slight capacity degradation(0.01%per cycle)for 2000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1)while maintaining outstanding rate capability.Importantly,utilizing in in situ/ex situ microscopic and spectroscopic characterizations,the origins of performance enhancement and K^(+)storage mechanism of Sb_(2)S_(3)were clearly elucidated.This work provides valuable insights into the rational design of high-performance and durable transition metal sulfides-based anodes for PIBs.Bensheng Xiao Hehe Zhang Zhefei Sun Miao Li Yingzhu Fan Haichen Lin Haodong Liu Bing Jiang Yanbin Shen Ming-Sheng Wang Meicheng Li Qiaobao Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1:1

17Ultra-compact titanium dioxide micro-ring resonators with sub-10-μm radius for on-chip photonics显示文摘Microring resonators (MRRs) with ultracompact footprints are preferred for enhancing the light-matter interactions to benefit various applications. Here,ultracompact titanium dioxide (TiO2) MRRs with sub-10-μm radii are experimentally demonstrated. Thanks to the large refractive index of TiO_(2),the quality factors up to -7.9×10^(4) and -4.4×10^(4)are achieved for TiO_(2) MRRs with radii of 10μm and 6μm,respectively,which result in large nonlinear power enhancement factors (>113) and large Purcell factors (>56). The four-wave mixing(FWM) measurements indicate that,compared to the large MRR,the FWM conversion efficiency of the ultracompact TiO2 MRRs can be greatly improved (e.g.,-25 dB versus-31 dB),a harbinger of significant superiorities.
