1高表面积MCM-41的合成与性能显示文摘通过易于控制的手段,合成出了超高表面积的MCM-41分子筛,并采用XRD、N2吸附脱附、热重-差热分析、SEM等测试手段对合成样品进行分析表征,主要考察了晶化时间对分子筛表面积的影响.其XRD结果表明,合成的固体产物具有六方排列的孔道结构,结晶度高.氮吸附脱附实验表明,产物具有单一的孔径分布,其BET表面积可达1300m2·g-1左右,合成样品的平均孔径约3.2nm,适宜的晶化时间是50~100h.热重分析表明,样品热稳定性好,吡啶升温脱附曲线表明合成的样品具有弱酸性.宋春敏 阎子峰 Max Lu 2002物理化学学报2002,18,3:5
2Molecule-based kinetic modeling by Monte Carlo methods for heavy petroleum conversion显示文摘A methodology for kinetic modeling of conversion processes is presented.The proposed approach allows to overcome the lack of molecular detail of the petroleum fractions and to simulate the reactions of the process by means of a two-step procedure.In the first step,a synthetic mixture of molecules representing the feedstock is generated via a molecular reconstruction method,termed SR-REM molecular reconstruction.In the second step,a kinetic Monte Carlo method,termed stochastic simulation algorithm(SSA),is used to simulate the effect of the conversion reactions on the mixture of molecules.The resulting methodology is applied to the Athabasca vacuum residue hydrocracking.An adequate molecular representation of the vacuum residue is obtained using the SR-REM algorithm.The reaction simulations present a good agreement with the laboratory data for Athabasca vacuum residue conversion.In addition,the proposed methodology provides the molecular detail of the vacuum residue conversion throughout the reactions simulations.de OLIVEIRA Luís Pereira VERSTRAETE Jan J. 3Arabidopsis EXO70A1 recruits Patellin3 to the cell membrane independent of its role as an exocyst subunit显示文摘The exocyst is a well-known complex which tethers vesicles at the cell membrane before fusion. Whether an individual subunit can execute a unique function is largely unknown. Using yeast-two-hybrid(Y2H) analysis, we found that EXO70A1 interacted with the GOLD domain of Patellin3(PATL3). The direct EXO70A1-PATL3 interaction was supported by in vitro and in vivo experiments. In Arabidopsis, PATL3-GFP colocalized with EXO70A1 predominantly at the cell membrane, and PATL3 localization was insensitive to BFA and Try A23. Remarkably, in the exo70 a1 mutant, PATL3 proteins accumulated as punctate structures within the cytosol, which did not colocalize with several endomembrane compartment markers, and was insensitive to BFA. Furthermore, PATL3 localization was not changed in the exo70 e2, PRsec6 or exo84b mutants. These data suggested that EXO70A1, but not other exocyst subunits, was responsible for PATL3 localization,which is independent of its role in secretory/recycling vesicletethering/fusion. Both EXO70A1 and PATL3 were shown to bind PI4 P and PI(4,5)P2 in vitro. 4A chromosome-level genome assembly of rugged rose (Rosa rugosa) provides insights into its evolution, ecology, and floral characteristics显示文摘Rosa rugosa,commonly known as rugged rose,is a perennial ornamental shrub.It produces beautiful flowers with a mild fragrance and colorful seed pods.Unlike many other cultivated roses,R.rugosa adapts to a wide range of habitat types and harsh environmental conditions such as salinity,alkaline,shade,drought,high humidity,and frigid temperatures.Here,we produced and analyzed a high-quality genome sequence for R.rugosa to understand its ecology,floral characteristics and evolution.PacBio HiFi reads were initially used to construct the draft genome of R.rugosa,and then Hi-C sequencing was applied to assemble the contigs into 7 chromosomes.We obtained a 382.6Mb genome encoding 39,704 protein-coding genes.The genome of R.rugosa appears to be conserved with no additional whole-genome duplication after the gamma whole-genome triplication(WGT),which occurred~100 million years ago in the ancestor of core eudicots.Based on a comparative analysis of the high-quality genome assembly of R.rugosa and other high-quality Rosaceae genomes,we found a unique large inverted segment in the Chinese rose R.chinensis and a retroposition in strawberry caused by post-WGT events.We also found that floral development-and stress response signaling-related gene modules were retained after the WGT.Two MADS-box genes involved in floral development and the stress-related transcription factors DREB2A-INTERACTING PROTEIN 2(DRIP2)and PEPTIDE TRANSPORTER 3(PTR3)were found to be positively selected in evolution,which may have contributed to the unique ability of this plant to adapt to harsh environments.In summary,the high-quality genome sequence of R.rugosa provides a map for genetic studies and molecular breeding of this plant and enables comparative genomic studies of Rosa in the near future.Fei Chen Liyao Su Shuaiya Hu Jia-Yu Xue Hui Liu Guanhua Liu Yifan Jiang Jianke Du Yushan Qiao Yannan Fan Huan Liu Qi Yang Wenjie Lu Zhu-Qing Shao Jian Zhang Liangsheng Zhang Feng Chen Zong-Ming(Max)Cheng 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
