1Beam Phase Measurement System in SSC显示文摘The beam phase measurement is a key for obtaining an optimization of isochronous magnetic field in accelerator, to improve the beam quality and increase the beam intensity and efficiency of the beam extracted from accelerator. The 15 sets of the capacitive pick-up pha.se probes were mounted at equal distances above and below the median plane of the SSC.The size of the plate is 100×100 mm and the distance between two plates is 40 mm. 2Elementary Application of Schottky Probe in CSRm Commissioning显示文摘Schottky signal analysis plays an important role in the HIRFL-CSR beam diagnostic system. The beam dynamic characteristic in the cooling storage ring is measured with the schottky probes. The relative momentum spreadΔp/p of the beam, the value of the tune Q, the revolution frequency of particles along the ring circumference and particle number can be acquired by the Schottky signal. 3Low Beam Current Measurement System显示文摘An intelligent instrument for low beam current measurement based on the microprocessor MSC1210 has been developed for the Faraday cups in the HIRFL-CSR beam diagnostic system. The system consists of the data acquisition, data analysis, and data display. The low beam current from FC is measured automatically by the system through signal acquisition, signal transformation, signal amplification, pulse signal shape rectification, A/D conversion, data treatment and result display. 4Development of Stepping Motor Controller for Beam Diagnostic System显示文摘Two kinds of movement mode are used for the beam diagnostic probe drive, one is driven by the compressed air and another is driven by the stepping motor. The slits are important for the beam tuning and physics experiments which are used to limit the beam. More than ten sets of slits are installed along the ECRS to CSRm beam transport line. The stepping motor controller for slits and other beam diagnostic probes is developed based on the microprocessor AT89C51. 7电子束探针模拟和初步测试显示文摘Electron beam probe(EBP)is a non-interceptive device for beam profile measurement,which is under heavy development at many accelerator laboratories worldwide,i.e.SNS,FNAL,BINP,etc.,since the principle using charged particles as a probe beam to determine charge distribution is raised since the 1970s[1].EBP is especially suitable for high power accelerators because of its non-interceptability,and mainly devoted to circular machine.An EBP uses the deflection of a low energy electron beam in the target beam electromagnetic field to infer the profile information of the target beam.Measuring the deflection angle as a function of different impacts,one can reconstruct the beam distribution in the x or y direction.Feng Yongchun Mao Ruishi Yin Yan Chen Yucong Dong Xiaoxia Li Juan Ding Jiajian You Yaoyao Liu Tong Kang Xincai Wang Yanmou Ma Weinian Song Haihong Li Weilong Xu Zhiguo Zhao Tiecheng 2017IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1:0
