| 2 | Association of dyslipidemia with vasospastic angina显示文摘Variant angina (VA) has been described the clinical entity whereby a sudden intense, spontaneous and reversible vasoconstriction of a coronary artery branch, subsequently resulted in subtotal or total occlusion during the duration of attack or provocative test.It is used to appear frequently at rest in the absence of any augment of myocardial oxygen demand and associated with STsegment elevation on electrocardiography rather than with the usual ST-segment depression during the attack of exertional angina.Although the development of VA has been suggested to be associated with endothelial dysfunction and primary hyper-reactivity of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) triggered by some stimulating factors, such as smoking, the exact mechanism for this unique coronary disorder is largely unknown. Keywords:vasospastic angina; dyslipidemia; | Hong Lifeng Luo Songhui Li Jianjun | 2014 | Chinese Medical Journal2014,,7: | 2 |
| 3 | Identifying human body states by using a flexible integrated sensor显示文摘Flexible sensors are required to be lightweight, compatible with the skin, sufficiently sensitive, and easily integrated to extract various kinds of body vital signs during continuous healthcare monitoring in daily life. For this,a simple and low-cost flexible temperature and force sensor that uses only two carbon fiber beams as the sensing layer is reported in this work. This simple, flexible sensor can not only monitor skin temperature changes in real time but can also extract most pulse waves, including venous waves, from most parts of the human body.A pulse diagnostic glove containing three such flexible sensors was designed to simulate pulse diagnostic methods used in traditional Chinese medicine.Wearable equipment was also designed in which four flexible sensors were fixed onto different body parts(neck, chest, armpit, and fingertip)to simultaneously monitor body temperature, carotid pulse, fingertip artery pulse, and respiratory rate.Four important physiological indicators—body temperature(BT),blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR),and respiratory rate(RR)—were extracted by the wearable equipment and analyzed to identify exercise, excited, tired, angry, and frightened body states. | Ying Jin Guoning Chen Kete Lao Songhui Li Yong Lu Yufeng Gan Zhundong Li Jiajia Hu Jingcheng Huang Jinxiu Wen Honggui Deng Min Yang Zhiming Chen Xiaoyan Hu Baowen Liang Jianyi Luo | 2020 | npj Flexible Electronics2020,4,1: | 2 |
| 4 | Characterization of Amphidinium(Amphidiniales,Dinophyceae)species from the China Sea based on morphological, molecular, and pigment data显示文摘Amphidinium species are amongst the most abundant benthic dinoflagellates in marine intertidal sandy ecosystems. Some of them are able to produce a variety of bioactive compounds that can have both harmful effects and pharmaceutical potentials. The diversity of Amphidinium in shallow waters along the Chinese coast was investigated by isolating single cells from sand, coral, and macroalgal samples collected from 2012 to 2020.Their morphologies were subjected to examination using light microscopy(LM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).A total of 74 Amphidinium strains were morphologically identified, belonging to 11 species:A.carterae,A.gibbosum,A.operculatum,A.massartii,A.cf.massartii,A.fijiensis,A.pseudomassartii,A.steinii,A.thermaeum,A.theodori,A.tomasii,as well as an undefined species. The last seven species have not been previously reported in Chinese waters.Amphidinium carterae subcladesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅣwere found in the South China Sea,while subcladeⅢwas only found in the Yellow Sea.Threadlike body scales were observed on the surface of subcladesⅢ and Ⅳ,supporting the idea that A.carterae might contain several different species.Large subunit ribosomal RNA(LSU rRNA)sequencesbased phylogeny revealed two groups(GroupsⅠandⅡ)within Amphidinium, which is consistent with the relative position of sulcus(in touch with cingulum or not).In addition, large differences in morphology and molecular phylogeny between A.operculatum(the type species of Amphidinium)and other species, suggest that a subdivision of Amphidinium might be needed. The pigment profiles of all available strains were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Eleven pigments, including peridinin, diadinoxanthin, diatoxanthin, pheophorbide(and pheophorbide a),antheraxanthin,β-carotene,and four different chlorophylls were detected. The high pheophorbide/pheophorbide a ratio in Amphidinium implies that it may be a good candidate as a natural source of photosensitizers,a well-known anticancer drug. | Zhaohe LUO Hua ZHANG Qun LI Lei WANG Hala F MOHAMED Songhui LÜ Haifeng GU | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,3: | 1 |
