1The application of artificial intelligence and radiomics in lung cancer显示文摘Lung cancer is one of the most leading causes of death throughout the world, and there is an urgent requirement for the precision medical management of it.Artificial intelligence(AI)consisting of numerous advanced techniques has been widely applied in the field of medical care.Meanwhile, radiomics based on traditional machine learning also does a great job in mining information through medical images. With the integration of AI and radiomics, great progress has been made in the early diagnosis, specific characterization, and prognosis of lung cancer, which has aroused attention all over the world. In this study,we give a brief review of the current application of AI and radiomics for precision medical management in lung cancer.Yaojie Zhou Xiuyuan Xu Lujia Song Chengdi Wang Jixiang Guo Zhang Yi Weimin Li 2020Precision Clinical Medicine2020,3,3:1

3The heterogeneous immune landscape between lung adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma revealed by single-cell RNA sequencing显示文摘A thorough interrogation of the immune landscape is crucial for immunotherapy strategy selection and prediction of clinical responses in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)techniques have prompted the opportunity to dissect the distinct immune signatures between lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)and lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC),the two major subtypes of NSCLC.Here,we performed scRNA-seq on 72,475 immune cells from 40 samples of tumor and matched adjacent normal tissues spanning 19 NSCLC patients, and drew a systematic immune cell transcriptome atlas.Joint analyses of the distinct cellular compositions, differentilly expressed genes(DEGs),cell-cell interactions, pseudotime trajectory, transcriptomic factors and prognostic factors based on The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),revealed the central roles of cytotoxic and effector T and NK cells and the distinct functional macrophages(Mo)subtypes in the immune microenvironment heterogeneity between LUAD and LUSC.The dominant subtype of Mo was FABP4-Mp in LUAD and SPP1-Mo in LUSC.Importantly,we identifieda novel lymphocyte-related Mo cluster, which we named SELENOP-Mo,and further established its antitumor role in both types, especially in LUAD.Our comprehensive depiction of the immune heterogeneity and definition of Mp clusters could help design personalized treatment for lung cancer patients in clinical practice.Chengdi Wang Qiuxiao Yu Tingting Song Zhoufeng Wang Lujia Song Ying Yang Jun Shao Jingwei Li Yinyun Ni Ningning Chao Li Zhang Weimin Li 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,9:1
4Inter-facet composition modulation of III-nitride nanowires over pyramid textured Si substrates by stationary molecular beam epitaxy显示文摘InGaN nanowires (NWs) are grown on pyramid textured Si substrates by stationary plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PA-MBE). The incidence angles of the highly directional source beams vary for different pyramid facets, inducing a distinct inter-facet modulation of the In content of the InGaN NWs, which is verified by spatial element distribution analysis. The resulting multi-wavelength emission is confirmed by photoluminescence (PL) and cathodoluminescence (CL). Pure GaN phase formation dominates on certain facets, which is attributed to extreme local growth conditions, such as low active N flux. On the same facets, InGaN NWs exhibit a morphology change close to the pyramid ridge, indicating inter-facet atom migration. This cross-talk effect due to inter-facet atom migration is verified by a decrease of the inter-facet In content modulation amplitude with shrinking pyramid size. A detailed analysis of the In content variation across individual pyramid facets and element distribution line profiles reveals that the cross-talk effect originates mainly from the inter-facet atom migration over the convex pyramid ridge facet boundaries rather than the concave base line facet boundaries. This is understood by first-principles calculations showing that the pyramid baseline facet boundary acts as an energy barrier for atom migration, which is much higher than that of the ridge facet boundary. The influence of the growth temperature on the inter-facet In content modulation is also presented. This work gives deep insight into the composition modulation for the realization of multi-color light-emitting devices based on the monolithic growth of InGaN NWs on pyramid textured Si substrates.Peng Wang Hedong Chen Hao Wang Dan Wang Changkun Song Xingyu Wang Hongjie Yin Lujia Rao Guofu Zhou Richard Nötzel 2021Nano Research2021,14,5:0
