1Carbonaceous aerogel and CoNiAl-LDH@CA nanocomposites derived from biomass for high performance pseudo-supercapacitor显示文摘Conversion of waste biomass to valuable carbonaceous material is a sustainable and environmental benign method for energy and reduction of greenhouse gas emission. Herein, a two-step hydrothermal method was developed to fabricate high performance electrode material from pomelo peels. In the first step, the pomelo peels were transformed to carbonaceous aerogel(CA), which constructed of threedimensional, sponge-like brown monolith with hierarchical pores, low-density(0.032 g/cm^3) and excellent mechanical flexibility. Then, the cobalt nickel aluminum layered double hydroxide(CoNiAl-LDH) was in situ loaded on the surface of CA to form exquisite core-shell structure(CoNiAl-LDH@CA) through the second hydrothermal step. 2Catalytic microwave assisted pyrolysis of aspen显示文摘The effect of catalysts on the microwave pyrolysis of aspen pellets was studied.A range of chlorides,nitrates and metal-oxides were added at 2%of the aspen mass(air dry aspen pellet weight basis).Chlorides in particular were found to favor liquid yield,especially the yield of water phase residue.Average liquid yield with added chlorides was 41%mass of the total biomass input,compared to 35%mass without catalyst.Metal-oxides were found to favor pyrolysis heavy oil,and thus total oil yield,since the yield of light oils seemed to be fairly constant.Nitrates were found to favor pyrolysis gas production.Pure light oils and light oils blended with diesel were found to be a potential diesel fuel substitute.Johannes Moen Changyan Yang Bo Zhang Hanwu Lei Kevin Hennessy Yiqin Wan Zhiping Le Yuhuan Liu Paul Chen Roger Ruan 2009International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009,2,4:5

4Differential mRNA expression profiling of oral squamous cell carcinoma by high-throughput RNA sequencing显示文摘Differentially expressed genes are thought to regulate the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC).The purpose of this study was to screen differentially expressed mRNAs in OSCC and matched paraneoplastic normal tissues,and to explore the intrinsic mechanism of OSCC development and progression.We obtained the differentially expressed mRNA expression profiles in 10 pairs of fresh-frozen OSCC tissue specimens and matched paraneoplastic normal tissue specimens by high-throughput RNA sequencing.By using Gene Ontology enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses,the functional significance of the differentially expressed genes were analyzed.We identified 1,120 significantly up-regulated mRNAs and 178 significantly down-regulated mRNAs in OSCC,compared to normal tissue.The differentially expressed mRNAs were involved in 20 biological processes and 68 signal pathways.Compared to adjacent normal tissue,the expression of MAGEA11 was up-regulated;TCHH was down-regulated.These findings were verified by real-time PCR.These differentially expressed mRNAs may function as oncogenes or tumor suppressors in the development and progression of OSCC.This study provides novel insights into OSCC.However,further work is needed to determine if these differentially expressed mRNAs have potential roles as diagnostic biomarkers and candidate therapeutic targets for OSCC.Liangyu Ge Siyu Liu Long Xie Lei Sang Changyan Ma Hongwei Li 2015The Journal of Biomedical Research2015,29,5:4

6Isolation, cDNA sequence analysis and tissue expression profile of a novel swine gene differentially expressed in the Longissimus dorsi muscle tissues from Large White x Meishan cross combination显示文摘In order to study the molecular mechanism of heterosis in pigs, the mRNA differential display technique was performed to investigate the differences in gene expression in the Longissimus dorsi muscle tissues from Large White × Meishan cross combination.One novel gene differentially expressed between the hybrids and the purebreds was isolated and subsequently identified using semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and its complete cDNA sequence was obtained using the rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) method. The nucleotide sequence of the gene is not homologous to any of the known porcine genes. The sequence prediction revealed that the open reading frame of this gene encodes a protein of 188 amino acids that contains the putative conserved domain of the PRA1 family protein and this protein has high homology with the PRA1 family protein 3 of three species-rat (88 % ), human(88 % ), and mouse (87 % ), -so that it can be defined as swine PRA1 family protein 3. The phylogenetic tree analysis revealed that the swine PRA1 family protein 3 has a closer genetic relationship with the human PRA1 family protein 3 than with those of mouse and rat.The tissue expression analysis indicated that swine PRA1family protein 3 gene is highly-expressed in muscle and fat, moderately in spleen,weakly in heart, kidney, ovary, lung, and almost not expressed in small intestine and liver. 10Core-shell structured nanospheres with mesoporous silica shell and Ni core as a stable catalyst for hydrolytic dehydrogenation of ammonia borane显示文摘Core-shell structured nanospheres with mesoporous silica shell and Ni core(denoted as Ni@meso-SiO2) are prepared through a three-step process. Monodispersed Ni precursors are first prepared, and then coated with mesoporous SiO2. Final Ni@meso-SiO2spheres are obtained after calcination. The products are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and N2adsorption-desorption methods. 14Analysis of microseismic activity in rock mass controlled by fault in deep metal mine显示文摘Aiming at evaluating the stability of a rock mass near a fault,a microseismic(MS) monitoring system was established in Hongtoushan copper mine.The distribution of displacement and log(/),the relationship between MS activity and the exploitation process,and the stability of the rock mass controlled by a fault were studied.The results obtained from microseismic data showed that MS events were mainly concentrated al the footwall of the fault.When the distance to the fault exceeded 20 m,the rock mass reached a relatively stable state.MS activity is closely related to the mining process.Under the strong disturbance from blasting,the initiation and propagation of cracks is much faster.MS activity belongs in the category of aftershocks after large scale excavation.The displacement and log(C/) obtained from MS events can reflect the difference in physical and mechanical behavior of different areas within the rock mass,which is useful in judging the integrity and degradation of the rock mass.Liu Jianpo Liu Zhaosheng Wang Shaoquan Shi Changyan Li Yuanhui 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,2:1
15Ce(Ⅲ)-modulation over non-enzymatic Pt/CeO_(2)/GO biosensor with outstanding sensitivity and stability for lactic acid detection显示文摘A series of non-enzymatic graphene functionalized biosensors was developed via deposition precipitation method for lactic acid(LA) detection,which we re characterized by transmission electron micro scopy(TEM),Raman spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography-mass spectro metry,and proton nuclear magnetic re sonance(~1H NMR).The electrochemical performances of the non-enzymatic biosensors were measured by means of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and cyclic voltammetry(CV) method.The comprehensive analysis of structures shows that Pt,CeO_(2),and GO components interact with each other.During the storing and releasing oxygen,the valence ratio of Ce^(3+)/Ce^(4+) and the number of oxygen vacancies in CeO_(2) change accordingly,which can be conducive to increasing electronic transmission capacity and finally leads to the improvement of electrocatalytic performance.Among them,the Pt/CeO_(2)/GO biosensor containing 0.47 at% platinum exhibits an excellent electrochemical detection performance with high sensitivity of 12.3 μA·L/(mmol·cm^(2)) and a low limit of detection(LOD) of 5.12 μmol/L in a wide linear range from 10 to 900 μmol/L.In addition,the proposed biosensor possesses a promising anti-interference capability,as well as high stability and good reproducibility,which was assessed by testing the cyclic voltammogram in 0.1 mol/L lactic acid one year later.The underlying mechanism was proposed for electrochemical oxidation of LA to carbon dioxide and acetic acid with the synergistic effect among Pt,CeO_(2),and GO.Furthermore,the results of the standard addition method in real samples(human serum and urine samples) reveal that the lactic acid detection of the non-enzymatic Pt/CeO_(2)/GO biosensor is accompanied by high reliability.Thus,it will be a valuable biosensor for in vitro detection of lactic acid level in clinical samples.Luyao Zhang Fuli Tian Huan Li Jiangman Meng Qi Liu Xiaoqian Guo Yun Qiu Jun Zhang Changyan Li 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,9:0

18Correlation Analysis and Principal Component Analysis of Eight Agronomic Traits of Autumn Broad Beans (Vicia faba L.)显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to give play to the yield-increasing potential of new broad bean varieties. [Methods] The correlation analysis and principal component analysis of eight main agronomic traits of 15 autumn-sown broad bean varieties in 2017-2018 were carried out. [Results] There were extremely complicated correlations between the agronomic traits. Among the various agronomic traits, the number of pods per plant showed a significant negative correlation from the number of seeds per pod(P<0.05), and significant negative correlations with pod length and 100-grain weight(P<0.01). The number of seeds per pod was significantly positively correlated with pod length(P<0.01). The 100-grain weight of broad beans was significantly positively correlated with the pod length(P<0.01), and was significantly negatively correlated with the number of pods per plant(P<0.01). Three principal components were established by principal component analysis, and the contribution rate of the first principal component was the highest, which was 40.18%. The contribution rates of the second principal component and the third principal component to the total variance were 24.08% and 13.55%, respectively. The score equations of the principal components were derived. 19Growth and Development of Callosobruchus chinensis L.(Coleoptera:Bruchidae) on Different Beans显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the growth and development characteristics of Callosobruchus chinensis L. on different beans,and to explore the resistance of different beans to C. chinensis. [Method] The egg hatchability,growth and development of larva and adult of C. chinensis L. on different beans were observed in the laboratory at 30℃. [Result]All the eight kinds of beans were spawned,but there were differences in egg hatchability among different beans. The egg hatchability on Vigna radiate was the highest of(78. 47 ± 6. 70) %. After hatching,larvae only drilled into grains of V. radiate,Vigna umbellate,Vicia faba,Pisum sativum and Cicer arietinum,but there were significant differences in generation survival rate. The generation survival rate on V. radiate was the highest of(68. 75 ± 9. 08) % and that on V. faba was the lowest of(26. 93 ± 10. 28) %. The development duration of C. chinensis on V. radiate was the shortest of(34. 78 ± 2. 02) d; the intrinsic rate of increase and finite rate of increase were greater of 0. 041 09 and 1. 041 95,respectively. 20A Large Acute Gastroenteritis Outbreak Associated with Both Campylobacter coli and Human Sapovirus—Beijing Municipality,China,2021显示文摘Summary What is already known about this topic?Campylobacter is a significant foodborne pathogen that leads to global outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis(AGE)usually affecting less than 30 individuals.Human sapovirus(HuSaV)is an enteric virus responsible for sporadic cases and outbreaks of AGE worldwide.In a study conducted in Beijing,HuSaV detection ranked second after norovirus.What is added by this report?We present a discussion of the first large-scale outbreak of AGE caused by both Campylobacter coli(C.coli)and HuSaV.The outbreak involved a total of 996 patients and exhibited two distinct peaks over a period of 17 days.Through case-control studies,we identified exposure to raw water from a secondary water supply system as a significant risk factor.Among 83 patients,49 samples tested positive for C.coli,39 samples tested positive for HuSaV,and 27 samples tested positive for both pathogens using real-time polymerase chain reaction detection.Furthermore,whole-genome sequencing of 17 C.coli isolates obtained from 17 patients revealed that all isolates belonged to a highly clonal strain of C.coli.What are the implications for public health practice?Outbreaks of AGE resulting from multiple pathogen infections warrant increased attention.This report emphasizes the significance of ensuring the safety of drinking water,particularly in secondary supply systems.Lin Zou Ying Li Guilan Zhou Zhenzhou Huang Changyan Ju Chunyan Zhao Xiang Gao Bojun Zhen Ping Zhang Xiaochen Guo Jing Zhang Yang Zhang Bo Liu Shaolei Zhou Aixia Yan Ying Kang Yanchun Wang Hongmei Ma Xiaohui Li Maojun Zhang 2023China CDC weekly2023,5,52:0
