1Sulfur isotopic composition of the Bainiuchang super-large Ag polymetallic deposit,Yunnan Province,China: Implications for the source of sulfur in ore-forming fluids显示文摘The Bainiuchang deposit in Yunnan Province, China, is located geographically between the Gejiu ore field and the Dulong ore field. In addition to >7000 t Ag reserves, the deposit possesses large-scale Pb, Zn, Sn reserves and a mass of dispersed elements (i.e., In, Cd, Ge, Ga, etc.). Based on systematic studies of sulfur isotopic composition, the authors conclude: The Bainiuchang deposit experienced two epochs of metallogenesis, i.e., the Middle-Cambrian sea-floor exhalative sedimentary metallogenic epoch and the Yanshanian magmatic hydrothermal superimposition metallogenic epoch. In the two metallogenic epochs, the δ34S values of sulfides were all near 0, showing a tendency of being enriched slightly in heavy sulfur. The δ34S values of sulfides in the early metallogenic epoch are within the range of 2‰–5‰ with a peak value range of 2‰–3‰ and an average of 3.0‰, and those of sulfides in the late metallogenic epoch are within the range of 2‰–6‰ with a peak value of 3‰–4‰ and an average of 3.9‰. For the single metallogenic epoch, sulfur in the ore-forming fluids in the early epoch already reached isotopic equilibrium and was derived mainly from underneath the magma chamber or basement metamorphic igneous rocks. 3Paleosol evolution and environmental change in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, China显示文摘Paleosols in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain occur mainly in the Huaibei, Xuhuai, Yischuheand Jiaolai areas. They result from 3 sedimentation-soil formation cycles since the LatePleistocene. Each cycle left calcareous concretions, a dark soil horizon, and a topsoil horizonand/or a stratified soil horizon all derived from loess. This paper examines the composition of theconcretions, compares this with that of the enclosing soil horizons, and draws some environmentalconclusions. Three types occur: embryonic calcareous concretions, mature calcareous concretions,and calcareous hardpans (petrocalcic horizons). The embryonic concretions formed during themid-Holocene (6780±130 yr. B.P.), mature calcareous concretions during the late-Pleistocene(weighted average of 31 samples = 15670±370 yr. B.P.), and calcareous hardpans (petrocalcichorizons) from 16 to 40 ka B.P. The calcium carbonate content increases from 412 g/kg in theembryonic concretions, to 551 g/kg in the mature concretions, and to 691 g/kg in the hardpan,whereas contents of SiO2, Al2O3 and TiO2 decrease accordingly. Spore pollen analysis shows thatthe late-Pleistocene there was dry and cool, whereas the mid-Holocene was warm and humid andlakes were more extensive than today.LIU Liangwu GONG Zitong Institute of Soil Science. 10A9.8-30.1GHzCMOSlow-noise amplifier with a 3.2-dB noise figure using inductor-and transformer-based gm-boosting techniques显示文摘A 9.8–30.1 GHz CMOS low-noise amplifier(LNA)with a 3.2-dB minimum noise figure(NF)is presented.At the architecture level,a topology based on common-gate(CG)cascading with a common-source(CS)amplifier is proposed for simultaneous wideband input matching and relatively high gain.At the circuit level,multiple techniques are proposed to improve LNA performance.First,in the CG stage,loading effect is properly used instead of the conventional feedback technique,to enable simultaneous impedance and noise matching.Second,based on in-depth theoretical analysis,the inductor-and transformer-based gm-boosting techniques are employed for the CG and CS stages,respectively,to enhance the gain and reduce power consumption.Third,the floating-body method,which was originally proposed to lower NF in CS amplifiers,is adopted in the CG stage to further reduce NF.Fabricated in a 65-nm CMOS technology,the LNA chip occupies an area of only 0.2 mm^(2)and measures a maximum power gain of 10.9 dB with−3 dB bandwidth from 9.8 to 30.1 GHz.The NF exhibits a minimum value of 3.2 dB at 15 GHz and is below 5.7 dB across the entire bandwidth.The LNA consumes 15.6 mW from a 1.2-V supply.Hongchen CHEN Haoshen ZHU LiangWU Wenquan CHE Quan XUE 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,4:0
