| 2 | Efficiency improvement of flexible dye-sensitized solar cells by introducing mesoporous TiO_2 microsphere显示文摘Mesoporous TiO2microsphere(MTM)was synthesized via a simple solution route and then mixed with commercial TiO2(P25)to form highly homogeneous and stable TiO2colloid by simple hydrothermal treatment.The TiO2colloid was coated onto the plastic conductive substrate to prepare mesoporous TiO2film for flexible dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs)by low-temperature heat treatment.The influence of MTM content on the physicochemical properties of the flexible TiO2film was characterized by scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer,N2adsorption-desorption isotherms,UV–vis absorption and diffuse reflectance spectra.It is revealed that with increasing the MTM content,the dye-loading capability of TiO2film and light-harvesting efficiency of flexible DSSCs are improved due to MTM having high surface area and acting as a light scattering center,respectively,resulting in the enhancement of photocurrent of flexible DSSCs.However,more and larger cracks having negative effect on the performances of flexible DSSCs are formed simultaneously.Under the optimal condition with MTM content of 20%,a flexible DSSC with overall light-to-electric energy conversion efficiency of 2.74%is achieved under a simulated solar light irradiation of 100 mW cm 2(AM 1.5),with 26%improvement in comparison with DSSCs based on P25 alone. | FAN LeQing CHEN Yuan WU JiHuai LI ZhaoLei XIAO YaoMing HUANG MiaoLiang YU HaiJun | 2013 | Science China Chemistry2013,56,10: | 5 |
| 3 | Pulping performance of transgenic poplar with depressed Caffeoyl-CoA O-methyltransferase显示文摘This paper evaluated pulping performance of 3-year-old field-grown transgenic poplar (Populus tremula × Populus alba). The transgenic poplar with anti-sense CCoAOMT had an about 13% decreased lignin content, in which a slight increment was found in S/G ratio. Chemical analysis showed that the transgenic poplar had significantly less benezene-ethanol extractive than that of control wood, but no significant differences were found in contents of ash, cold water extractive, hot water extractive, 1% NaOH extractive, holocellulose, pentosans and cellulose. Fiber assay demonstrated that down-regulation of CCoAOMT expression improved the fiber quality in transgenic poplar. | 4 | Electrodeposited NiSe2 on carbon fiber cloth as a flexible electrode for high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘A flexible electrode of nickel diselenide/carbon fiber cloth(NiSe_2/CFC) is fabricated at room temperature by a simple and efficient electrodeposition method. Owing to NiSe_2 character of nanostructure and high conductivity, the as-synthesized electrodes possess perfect pseudocapacitive property with high specific capacitance and excellent rate capability. In three-electrode system, the electrode specific capacitance of the NiSe_2/CFC electrode varies from 1058 F g^(-1) to 996.3 F g^(-1) at 2 A g^(-1) to 10 A g^(-1) respectively, which shows great rate capability. Moreover, the NiSe_2 electrode is assembled with an active carbon(AC) electrode to form an asymmetric supercapacitor with an extended potential window of 1.6 V. The asymmetric supercapacitor possesses an excellent energy density 32.7 Wh kg^(-1) with a power density 800 W kg^(-1) at the current density of 1 A g^(-1). | 7 | CNN-BiLSTM-Attention Model in Forecasting Wave Height over South-East China Seas显示文摘Though numerical wave models have been applied widely to significant wave height prediction,they consume massive computing memory and their accuracy needs to be further improved.In this paper,a two-dimensional(2D)significant wave height(SWH)prediction model is established for the South and East China Seas.The proposed model is trained by Wave Watch III(WW3)reanalysis data based on a convolutional neural network,the bidirectional long short-term memory and the attention mechanism(CNNBiLSTM-Attention).It adopts the convolutional neural network to extract spatial features of original wave height to reduce the redundant information input into the BiLSTM network.Meanwhile,the BiLSTM model is applied to fully extract the features of the associated information of time series data.Besides,the attention mechanism is used to assign probability weight to the output information of the BiLSTM layer units,and finally,a training model is constructed.Up to 24-h prediction experiments are conducted under normal and extreme conditions,respectively.Under the normal wave condition,for 3-,6-,12-and 24-h forecasting,the mean values of the correlation coefficients on the test set are 0.996,0.991,0.980,and 0.945,respectively.The corresponding mean values of the root mean square errors are measured at 0.063 m,0.105 m,0.172 m,and 0.281 m,respectively.Under the typhoon-forced extreme condition,the model based on CNN-BiLSTM-Attention is trained by typhooninduced SWH extracted from the WW3 reanalysis data.For 3-,6-,12-and 24-h forecasting,the mean values of correlation coefficients on the test set are respectively 0.993,0.983,0.958,and 0.921,and the averaged root mean square errors are 0.159 m,0.257 m,0.437 m,and 0.555 m,respectively.The model performs better than that trained by all the WW3 reanalysis data.The result suggests that the proposed algorithm can be applied to the 2D wave forecast with higher accuracy and efficiency. | Lina Wang Xilin Deng Peng Ge Changming Dong Brandon J.Bethel Leqing Yang Jinyue Xia | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10: | 2 |

| 12 | Local chemical ordering and its impact on radiation damage behavior of multi-principal element alloys显示文摘Multi-principal element alloys(MPEAs)have attracted much attention as future nuclear materials due to their extraordinary radiation resistances.In this work,we have elucidated the development of local chemical orderings(LCOs)and their influences on radiation damage behavior in the typical CrFeNi MPEA by hybrid-molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo simulations.It was found that considerable LCOs consist-ing of the Cr-Cr and Ni-Fe short-range orders existed in the ordered configuration with optimized system energy.Through modeling the accumulation cascades up to 1000 recoils,we revealed that the size of de-fect clusters and dislocation loops is smaller in the ordered configuration than those in the random one,although the former formed more Frenkel pairs(i.e.,self-interstitials and vacancies).In addition,the dis-tribution of dislocation loops is relatively more dispersed in the ordered configuration,and the stair-rod dislocations related to irradiation swelling are also smaller,implying that the existence of LCOs is con-ducive to enhancing radiation damage tolerance.To understand the underlying mechanism,the effects of LCOs on the formation and evolution of defects and radiation resistance were discussed from the aspects of atomic bonding,migration path,and energy of defect diffusion,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of MPEAs with enhanced radiation resistance. | Leqing Liu Xiongjun Liu Qing Du Hui Wang Yuan Wu Suihe Jiang Zhaoping Lu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,4: | 1 |

| 14 | A dye-sensitized solar cell based on PEDOT:PSS counter electrode显示文摘A counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was prepared by coating poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with high transparency and adhesion on a conducting FTO glass at low temperature. The surface morphology, conductivity, sheet resistance, redox properties and photoelectric properties of the PEDOT:PSS/carbon electrodes were observed using scanning electron microscopy, a four-probe tester and a CHI660D electrochemical measurement system. The experimental results showed that DSSCs had the best photoelectric properties for PEDOT:PSS/carbon counter electrodes annealed at 80°C under vacuum conditions. The overall energy conversion efficiency of the DSSC with PEDOT:PSS/carbon counter electrode and barrier layer reached 7.61% under irradiation from a simulated solar light with intensity of 100 mW/cm2 (AM 1.5). | 18 | Determination of components in traditional Chinese medicines associated with promoting or inhibiting urinary stone formation显示文摘Objective:To measure oxalate,calcium,and sodium contents of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)that are commonly used to prevent and dissolve urinary stones to exclude the possibility that long-term use of such medicines promotes stone formation.The second objective was to measure citrate,potassium,and magnesium contents in the same medicines to provide possible clues about the mechanisms of prevention and dissolution of urinary stones by TCMs.Methods:Ten of the most commonly-used TCMs for preventing and dissolving urinary stones were chosen and subjected to ion chromatography(IC)to measure water-soluble and total oxalate and citrate contents.Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPAES)was used to measure calcium,potassium,magnesium,and sodium contents in a water extract and in digestion liquid.Results:Average contents of water-soluble oxalate,calcium,and sodium in the water extract were 41.92,84.32,and 22.82 mg/100 g,respectively,far below the normal dietary intake of adults in China.The average contents of citrate and magnesium in water extracts were 268.99 and 66.65 mg/100 g,respectively,below the recommended intake for adults.These ion contents are therefore insufficient to inhibit the formation of urinary stones.The average content of potassium in the water extract was 867.71 mg/100 g,which was relatively abundant,so taking the prescription used in this experimental protocol can increase the body’s potassium content to some extent.Conclusions:Long-term use of TCMs would not increase the risk of urinary stone formation.The potassium content in TCMs is high,which is one possible reason for the prevention of urinary stones by TCMs. | Leqing Zhou Qiang Wang Liming Zhang Benxiang Ning Yifang Zhang Xuehua Chen | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2015,2,2: | 0 |
| 19 | Hydrothermal synthesis of CoMoO_4/Co_(1-x)S hybrid on Ni foam for high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘Cobalt molybdate/non-stoichiometric cobalt sulfide(CoMoO_4/Co_(1-x)S) hybrid was in situ grown on nickel foam by a simple two-step hydrothermal process. The as-prepared CoMoO_4/Co_(1-x)S hybrid electrode possessed core-shell nanostructure, large surface area and high specific capacitance of 2250 F g^(-1) at a current density of 1 A g^(-1). Using the hybrid as anode and activated carbon(AC) as cathode, an asymmetric supercapacitor of CoMoO_4/Co_(1-x)S//AC was fabricated. The optimized supercapacitor had large potential window of 1.6 V and high capacitance of 112 F g^(-1), resulting in high power density of 804.5 W kg^(-1) and energy density of 39.8 Wh kg^(-1). Furthermore, the supercapacitor exhibited an excellent long cycle life along with 86.4% specific capacitance retained after 5000 cycles. The superior performances and good stability of the asymmetric supercapacitor can be attributed to the unique structure of the two components in hybrid, and the positive synergistic effects of the hybrid electrodes.
