1灌浆期风灾倒伏对玉米籽粒灌浆特性及品质的影响显示文摘为了评估风灾倒伏造成的玉米产量损失,采用田间试验的方法对灌浆期风灾倒伏后捆扶处理、未倒伏以及倒伏上层和倒伏下层玉米籽粒建成和品质形成规律进行研究。结果表明,倒伏后第6 d玉米倒伏覆盖下层植株籽粒灌浆速率和籽粒含水率分别是对照处理(未倒伏)的26.9%和136.0%,倒伏使籽粒灌浆速率显著降低,后期籽粒脱水速度减慢。在产量上,倒伏后捆扶、倒伏上层、倒伏下层单株产量分别比对照减产11.75%、10.51%和29.88%,倒伏对下层被覆盖玉米植株影响较大,倒伏减产原因主要是由于穗粒数的减少,其次灌浆速率降低造成百粒重下降。田间45个定位点,倒伏最高减产29.68%,平均减产14.75%,进一步验证了灌浆期风灾倒伏对玉米产量的影响较大。相关分析表明,籽粒建成过程中籽粒干重与淀粉、脂肪含量呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.618~0.861和0.580~0.797(P〈0.01),与蛋白含量呈极显著负相关,风灾倒伏对粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量影响较大,而对淀粉含量影响较小。在倒伏后及时进行捆扶处理对降低玉米产量与品质损失有一定的积极作用。曹庆军 曹铁华 杨粉团 Lamine Diallo 李刚 王立春 2013中国生态农业学报2013,21,9:51
2播期对吉林省中部春玉米生长发育、产量及品质的影响显示文摘以郑单958为试验材料,研究不同播期对春玉米生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,播期对拔节期至大喇叭口期单株叶面积、株高影响较大,4月27日和5月6日播期处理株高、单株叶面积大于其他处理;4月19日播期处理开花前干物质积累量(DMA)高于其他处理,开花后导致早衰;5月25日播期处理开花前和开花后DMA均小于其他处理;5月7日播种的玉米产量最高;早播(4月19日)处理百粒重比5月7日播种低9.91%;晚播(5月25日)处理百粒重和穗粒数分别比5月7日播种降低11.27%和13.53%。相关分析表明,不同播期处理玉米产量、脂肪含量分别与日照时数、积温(≥10℃)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),蛋白质含量与日照时数、积温(≥10℃)、降雨量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.798、r=-0.750、r=-0.724)。5月7日播期处理玉米子粒中淀粉和营养成分总含量最高,分别达72.10%和84.60%,为最佳播种日期。曹庆军 杨粉团 陈喜凤 Lamine Diallo 李刚 2013玉米科学2013,21,5:44
3甘肃枣子沟金矿床成矿过程分析——来自矿床地质特征、金的赋存状态及稳定同位素证据显示文摘枣子沟金矿位于同仁-夏河-岷县金成矿带,矿区赋矿地层为三叠纪中统古浪堤组下段细碎屑岩及灰岩,并发育大量闪长质脉岩。矿体既产于地层中,也出现在脉岩或其接触带中,但其产状均严格受NE、NW及近SN向3组断裂构造控制,控矿构造为高角度的张剪性及旋扭性断裂。热液成矿期可划分为黄铁矿-石英阶段,黄铁矿-毒砂-(闪锌矿-方铅矿-黄铜矿-辉银矿-绢云母-绿泥石-)石英阶段,辉锑矿-石英-方解石阶段及石英-方解石阶段。围岩蚀变类型主要为硅化、方解石化及绢云母化。环境扫面电镜及电子探针测试数据表明,金呈显微可见金存在于矿物裂隙和粒间隙中或以纳米不可见金捕获在载金矿物中。成矿期不同硫化物金的质量分数均高出检测限,其范围为0.003%~0.658%,平均值为0.257%。枣子沟金矿床具有卡林型金矿床的典型特征。氢氧同位素数据显示成矿流体主要来自大气水,硫同位素数据则表明硫主要来自沉积地层。其成矿过程可能为深切割断裂导通地下水,在深部被加热循环萃取围岩中成矿物质,并在浅表张性断裂中充填交代围岩,致使成矿物质沉淀富集成矿。金的迁移形式可能存在AuH3SiO04、Au(HS)2-、H2Au(Sb,As)S02和HAu(Sb,As)S3-等多种迁移方式。成矿早阶段可能以金硅络合物的解体为主,成矿晚阶段则可能是硫氢(锑)络合物发生解体,致使金与硫化物同时沉淀,以显微纳米金的形式包含在硫化物中。曹晓峰 Mohamed Lamine Salifou Sanogo 吕新彪 何谋春 陈超 朱江 唐然坤 刘智 张彬 2012吉林大学学报(地球科学版)2012,42,4:35

5Lithological Discrimination of the Mafic-Ultramafic Complex, Huitongshan, Beishan, China: Using ASTER Data显示文摘The Beishan area has more than seventy mafic-ultramafic complexes sparsely distributed in the area and is of a big potential in mineral resources related to mafic-ultramafic intrusions. Many mafic-ultramafic intrusions which are mostly in small sizes have been omitted by previous works. This research takes Huitongshan as the study area, which is a major district for mafic-ultramafic occurrences in Beishan. Advanced spaceborne thermal emission and reflection radiometer(ASTER) data have been processed and interpreted for mapping the mafic-ultramafic complex. ASTER data were processed by different techniques that were selected based on image reflectance and laboratory emissivity spectra. The visible near-infrared(VNIR) and short wave infrared(SWIR) data were transformed using band ratios and minimum noise fraction(MNF), while the thermal infrared(TIR) data were processed using mafic index(MI) and principal components analysis(PCA). ASTER band ratios(6/8, 5/4, 2/1) in RGB image and MNF(1, 2, 4) in RGB image were powerful in distinguishing the subtle differences between the various rock units. PCA applied to all five bands of ASTER TIR imagery highlighted marked differences among the mafic rock units and was more effective than the MI in differentiating mafic-ultramafic rocks. Our results were consistent with information derived from local geological maps. Based on the remote sensing results and field inspection, eleven gabbroic intrusions and a pyroxenite occurrence were recognized for the first time. A new geologic map of the Huitongshan area was created by integrating the results of remote sensing, previous geological maps and field inspection. 6玉米种子定向入土方式与叶片空间分布关系显示文摘为明确玉米定向叶片分布群体构建的可行性,为播种机械设计提供理论依据,选择紧凑型的先玉335(75 000株·hm-2)和平展型的吉单50(55 000株·hm-2)为试验材料,通过设置种子定向入土方式,测定玉米生长过程中玉米叶片的叶基方位角及果穗方位角,对种子定向入土方式和玉米叶片空间分布之间的关系进行探讨。试验共设4个处理,分别为:(A)胚面平行于地面且朝上,种子长轴方向平行于垄向,种尖朝北;(B)胚面平行于地面且朝上,种子长轴方向垂直于垄向,种尖朝东;(C)胚面垂直于垄向且向北,种尖朝下;(D)随机播种。所有处理均为南北行向种植。结果表明,在试验设计密度下,种子定向入土方式对玉米基部叶片的定向效果明显,但在玉米中上部,叶片的定向率减小,相邻叶片间的夹角未表现出差异。在不同处理中,使叶片垂直于垄向的种子入土方式为处理B,即胚面平行于地面且朝上,种子长轴方向垂直于垄向。因此,通过玉米种子定向入土方式的选择可以在一定程度上实现玉米叶片空间的有序排列。杨粉团 曹庆军 姜晓莉 Lamine Dallio 梁尧 李刚 2015浙江农业学报2015,27,3:8

8Type 2 diabetes in a Senegalese rural area显示文摘AIM To estimate the prevalence of diabetes in the rural population of Tessekere(Senegal) and investigate associated risk factors. METHODS Data from a 2015 survey of 500 individuals age 20 and over representative of the population of the municipality of Tessekere were used. Sociodemographic characteristics, health related variables, capillary whole blood glucose, and weight and height measurements of individuals were collected during face-to-face interviews. Statistical analyses used were bivariate tests and binary logistic regressions.RESULTS The percentage of individuals having impaired fasting glucose(IFG) is 6.6%. Those with fasting blood glucose(FBG) levels ≥ 126 mg/dL and/or currently being treated for diabetes is 4.2%. Only mean body mass index(BMI) is significantly higher among diabetic individuals and among those having FBG levels ≥ 110 mg/dL. After adjustment for sex, age, educational level, BMI and hypertension, only BMIis associated with diabetes. CONCLUSION Prevalence of diabetes and IFG in our study correspond to the high range of rural sub-Saharan Africa prevalence. Diabetes is thus becoming a pressing public health concern, even in rural areas. 9灌浆期模拟粘虫危害对春玉米产量和品质的影响显示文摘为了研究粘虫不同危害程度下玉米"源库"变化特征规律、不同叶位叶片对籽粒贡献率以及虫害对玉米品质的影响。以玉米品种先玉335、郑单958、利民33为试验材料,利用去叶留叶脉的方法对灌浆期粘虫不同危害程度进行了模拟,结果表明,粘虫危害后造成"源""库"关系变化,玉米灌浆期不同部位叶以"穗三叶"对玉米籽粒库的贡献率较大,3个品种"穗三叶"平均贡献率达48.08%,其次是"穗三叶"上部2片叶、再次为玉米顶三叶。相关分析表明,粘虫咬食后"源"的减少率与玉米单株生产力减少率呈显著或极显著的正相关关系,不同危害程度下,"穗三叶"以下叶片吃光(危害较轻)、整株剩顶5片叶(危害较重)、整株剩顶3片叶(危害严重)、整株叶片食完(危害特别严重)分别比对照(未咬食)降低4.22%,26.03%,39.26%,48.82%,粘虫咬食玉米减产幅度可达4.22%-48.82%。对梨树和农安两县市受粘虫危害的30个田间定位点统计,最高减产51.23%,平均减产20.83%,证明粘虫咬食对玉米产量影响较大。方差分析进一步证明,不同模拟处理、不同品种以及处理与品种交互作用均存在极显著差异(P〈0.01)。另外,粘虫危害可以影响玉米的商品品质,随着玉米源危害程度的加大,玉米籽粒中蛋白和淀粉含量比对照下降幅度较大,分别降低9.73%-15.91%和6.19%-11.11%,而脂肪含量变异相对较小。曹庆军 杨粉团 梁尧 姜晓莉 Lamine Diallo 李刚 2015华北农学报2015,30,3:2
10Soil temperature estimation at different depths,using remotely-sensed data显示文摘Soil temperatures at different depths down the soil profile are important agro-meteorological indicators which are necessary for ecological modeling and precision agricultural activities. In this paper, using time series of soil temperature(ST) measured at different depths(0, 5, 10, 20, and 40 cm) at agro-meteorological stations in northern China as reference data, ST was estimated from land surface temperature(LST) and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) derived from AQUA/TERRA MODIS data, and solar declination(Ds) in univariate and multivariate linear regression models. Results showed that when daytime LST is used as predictor, the coefficient of determination(R^2) values decrease from the 0 cm layer to the 40 cm layer. Additionally, with the use of nighttime LST as predictor, the R^2 values were relatively higher at 5, 10 and 15 cm depths than those at 0, 20 and 40 cm depths. It is further observed that the multiple linear regression models for soil temperature estimation outperform the univariate linear regression models based on the root mean squared errors(RMSEs) and R^2. These results have demonstrated the potential of MODIS data in tandem with the Ds parameter for soil temperature estimation at the upper layers of the soil profile where plant roots grow in.
