1分层功能分级梁的弯曲和自由振动响应:理论模型和试验验证显示文摘通过静力和自由振动响应试验,基于分层功能分级梁模型,结合有效弹性模量的混合修正规则,验证了三阶Zigzag理论。分别采用粉末冶金和热喷雾技术构成的铝/碳化硅和镍/三氧化二铝两个体系来验证。将陶瓷含量为0%~40%分层梁的理论预测与简支和悬臂边界条件下的静挠度以及悬臂和固支边界条件下的自然频率试验结果进行了对比。采用混合修正规则的预测与两个体系的试验结果十分吻合,而基于性能估计的混合线性规则导致结果的误差较高。讨论了层数对理论模型精度的影响。预测结果的精确性证明了两个体系中分层制造时混合修正规则中应力一应变传递系数值是准确可信的,也证明了Zigzag理论在精确模拟分层梁力学性能方面的能力。Kapuria S.
