1连续铸造法制备3003/4004铝合金复层圆铸坯显示文摘采用直接水冷连续铸造法制备了3003/4004铝合金复层圆铸坯,使用OM,SEM和EPAM对复层铸锭界面凝固组织及元素分布进行了系统的检测,并对3003/4004铝合金复层铸坯进行拉伸实验,分析其界面结合强度.OM结果表明,直接水冷连续铸造法所制备的3003/4004铝合金复层圆铸坯界面清晰,无气孔、夹杂等缺陷,整个铸锭断面大部分为等轴晶组织.利用EPAM对结合界面进行线扫描分析,结果表明,3003和4004铝合金溶质元素间发生了相互扩散,形成厚度约为30μm的扩散层.复层铸坯拉伸实验结果表明,3个拉伸试样都在强度较低的3003铝合金一侧断裂,试样抗拉强度为107.7 MPa,说明复层铸坯界面结合强度高于3003铝合金抗拉强度,界面结合牢固.李继展 付莹 接金川 赵佳蕾 Joonpyo Park Jongho Kim 李廷举 2013金属学报2013,49,3:9

7ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in Kawasaki disease:A case report and review of literature显示文摘BACKGROUND Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute self-limiting febrile vasculitis that occurs during childhood and can cause coronary artery aneurysm(CAA).CAAs are associated with a high rate of adverse cardiovascular events.CASE SUMMARY A Korean 35-year-old man with a 30-year history of KD presented to the emergency room with chest pain.Emergent coronary angiography was performed as ST-segment elevation in the inferior leads was observed on the electrocardiogram.An aneurysm of the left circumflex(LCX)coronary artery was found with massive thrombi within.A drug-eluting 4.5 mm 23 mm-sized stent was inserted into the occluded area without complications.The maximal diameter of the LCX was 6.0 mm with a Z score of 4.7,suggestive of a small aneurysm considering his age,sex,and body surface area.We further present a case series of 19 patients with KD,including the current patient,presenting with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Notably,none of the cases showed Z scores;only five patients(26%)had been regularly followed up by a physician,and only one patient(5.3%)was being treated with antithrombotic therapy before ACS occurred.CONCLUSION For KD presenting with ACS,regular follow up and medical therapy may be crucial for improved outcomes.Joonpyo Lee Jeongduk Seo Yong Hoon Shin Albert Youngwoo Jang Soon Yong Suh 2022World Journal of Clinical Cases2022,10,26:1

13Near-Net Shape Continuous Casting of Aluminum Alloy Billet Using Electromagnetic Field显示文摘The present study investigates on the continuous casting of near-net shape aluminum billet using electromagnetic casting and stirring technology.Traditional machine for continuous casting process involves round,square and rectangular billets;therefore it requires additional multistep forging process to fabricate final products.A new process for the designed free-shaped billets offers some advantages:the process of extrusion and forging is simplified and the cost of plastic working can be greatly reduced.In order to reduce the peculiar problems such as surface crack and internal defect due to inhomogeneous heat transfer through solidified billets,electromagnetic casting and stirring technique were adopted.Through the numerical computer simulation,we have calculated the slit design of the free-shaped mold.The free-shaped aluminum billet was continuously cast at the various casting speed and coil current of about 1,200A.Breakout velocity and melt pool depth were measured.Surface and microstructure of the free-shape aluminum billet using EMC and EMS techniques were compared with those of the billet using the conventional DC casting.Joonpyo PARK Myounggyun KIM Jongho-KIM Gyuchang LEE 2012Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2012,19,S1:1
14Acute myocardial infarction after initially diagnosed with unprovoked venous thromboembolism: A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Protein C deficiency is typically associated with venous thromboembolism;however,arterial thrombosis has been reported in several cases.We report the case of a patient with pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis following acute myocardial infarction with high thrombus burden.CASE SUMMARY A 40-year-old man was diagnosed with pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis without any provoking factors.The patient was treated with anticoagulants for six months,which were then discontinued.Three months after the discontinuation of anticoagulant therapy,the patient was hospitalized with chest pain and diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction with high thrombus burden.Additional tests revealed protein C deficiency associated with thrombophilia.The patient was treated with anticoagulants combined with dual antiplatelet agents for 1 year after percutaneous coronary intervention,and no recurrent events were reported during a follow-up period of 5 years.CONCLUSION Recurrent thromboembolic events including acute myocardial infarction with thrombus should be considered an alarming sign of thrombophilia.Jeongduk Seo Joonpyo Lee Yong Hoon Shin Albert Youngwoo Jang Soon Yong Suh 2023World Journal of Clinical Cases2023,11,30:0
15Iatrogenic aortic dissection during right transradial intervention in a patient with aberrant right subclavian artery:A case report显示文摘BACKGROUND Aberrant right subclavian artery(ARSA)is the most common congenital anomaly of the aortic arch.When patients having such anomalies receive transradial intervention(TRI),aortic dissection(AD)may occur.Herein,we discuss a case of iatrogenic type B AD occurring during right TRI in an ARSA patient,that was later salvaged by percutaneous angioplasty.CASE SUMMARY A 73-year-old man presented to our hospital with intermittent chest pain.Coronary computed tomography(CT)angiography revealed significant stenosis in the left anterior descending artery.Diagnostic coronary angiography was performed via the right radial artery without difficulty.However,we were unable to advance the guiding catheter past the ostium of the right subclavian artery to the aortic arch for percutaneous coronary intervention,while the guidewire tended to go down the descending aorta.The patient suddenly complained of chest and back pain.Emergent CT aortography revealed type B AD propagating to the left renal artery(RA)with preserved renal perfusion.However,after 2 d,the patient suddenly complained of right lower limb pain where the femoral pulse was suddenly undetectable.Follow-up CT indicated further progression of dissection to the right external iliac artery(EIA)and left RA with limited flow.We performed percutaneous angioplasty of the right EIA and left RA without complications.Follow-up CT aortography at 8 mo showed optimal results.CONCLUSION A caution is required during right TRI in ARSA to avoid AD.Percutaneous angioplasty can be a treatment option.Kyungeun Ha Albert Youngwoo Jang Yong Hoon Shin Joonpyo Lee Jeongduk Seo Seok In Lee Woong Chol Kang Soon Yong Suh 2022World Journal of Clinical Cases2022,10,27:0
