| 2 | Effect of Laser Welding Process Parameters on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties on Butt Joint of New Hot-Rolled Nano-scale Precipitation-Strengthened Steel显示文摘A 4 kW fiber laser was chosen to weld the new hot-rolled nano-scale precipitation-strengthened steel with a thickness of 4.5 mm. The effect of laser power, defocusing distance, and welding speed on the welded joint appearance was examined, and the microstructure and mechanical properties on the typical butt joints were investigated. Results showed that increasing laser welding power may cause faster downward flow of molten metal to produce greater root humping. With the welding speed increasing, the average welding seam(WS) width decreased, and the average WS and heat-affected zone(HAZ) hardness increased. The microstructures of WS, fusion line, and coarse grain heat-affected zone were lath martensite, but the growth direction of the original austenite grain boundaries was significantly different. The microstructures of fine grain heat-affected zone were ferrite and martensite, and the microstructure of mixed grain heataffected zone contained ferrite, massive M/A island, and a small amount of martensite. The micro-hardness values of WS,HAZ, and base metal(BM) were 358, 302, and 265 HV, respectively. | 4 | Molecular Cytogenetic Characterization of a Wheat-Leymus mollis 3D(3Ns) Substitution Line with Resistance to Leaf Rust显示文摘Leymus mollis(Trin.)Pilger(NsNsXmXm,2n?28),a wild relative of common wheat,possesses many potentially valuable traits that could be transferred to common wheat during breeding programs.In this study,the karyotypic constitution of a wheat e L.mollis 3D(3Ns#1)disomic substitution line isolated from the F5progeny of octoploid Tritileymus M842-16 Triticum durum cv.D4286,which was designated as 10DM57,was determined using genomic in situ hybridization(GISH),fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH),SSR markers,and ESTSTS markers.Screening of mitosis and meiosis showed that 10DM57 had a chromosome karyotype of 2n?42?21II.GISH indicated that10DM57 was a line with 40 chromosomes from wheat and two of the Ns chromosomes from L.mollis,which formed a ring bivalent in pollen mother cells at metaphase I.FISH analysis showed that the chromosome 3D may be replaced by 3Ns#1 in 10DM57.DNA markers,including SSR and EST-STS primers,showed that the pair of wheat chromosome 3D in 10DM57 was substituted by the pair of chromosome 3Ns#1from L.mollis.Evaluation of the agronomic traits showed that,compared with its common wheat relative 7182,10DM57 was resistant to leaf rust while the spike length and number of spikes per plant were improved significantly,which correlated with a higher wheat yield.The new germplasm,10DM57,could be exploited as an intermediate material in wheat genetic and breeding programs. | Yuhui Pang Xinhong Chen Jixin Zhao Wanli Du Xueni Cheng Jun Wu Yanli Li Liangming Wang Jing Wang Qunhui Yang | 2014 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2014,41,4: | 6 |

| 6 | Electrodeposition and Characterization of Ni/Ti_3Si(Al)C_2 Composite Coatings显示文摘Pure nickel and Ni/Ti3Si(Al)C2 composite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition method from an additive-free nickel Watt's bath and were characterized by X-ray diffraction, laser confocal microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The e?ect of current and Ti3Si(Al)C2 concentration in the solution on the composition, grain size, preferred orientation and surface morphology of the electrodeposited coatings were investigated. (200)-oriented Ni coatings could be deposited at high current (62.5 mA), while (220)-oriented Ni coatings could be obtained at low current (25 mA). However, the presence of Ti3Si(Al)C2 particles disturbed the surface texture of Ni crystallites in the composite coatings. Based on the simulated morphology and the observed microstructure, the mechanisms for the change of preferred orientation and crystallite shapes in the presence of Ti3Si(Al)C2 particles were discussed. | 7 | Development and identification of a dwarf wheat-Leymus mollis double substitution line with resistance to yellow rust and Fusarium head blight显示文摘Leymus mollis (Trin.) Pilger (2n = 4x = 28, NsNsXmXm,), a wild relative of common wheat, possesses many potentially valuable traits for genetic improvement of wheat, including strong, short stems, long spikes with numerous spikelets, tolerance to drought and cold stresses, and resistance to many fungal and bacterial diseases. In the present study, a wheat-L. mollis double substitution line DM96 was selected from a F6 progeny of a cross between M842-16 (an octoploid Tritileymus line) and D4286 (a Triticum durum line) using genomic in situ hybridization (GISH), simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers, and expressed sequence tagged sequence site (EST-STS) markers. Chromosome analysis at mitosis and meiosis showed that DM96 had a chromosome constitution of 2n = 42 = 21II. GISH analysis indicated that DM96 carried 38 chromosomes from wheat and two homologous pairs of Ns chromosomes from L. mollis. Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) showed that chromosomes 2Ns and 3Ns from L. mollis had replaced wheat chromosomes 2D and 3D in DM96, which was confirmed by SSR and STS markers. The newly developed substitution line DM96 has shorter height, longer spikes and more kernels than its parents and showed high resistance to stripe rust and Fusarium head blight (FHB). | 8 | A Low Power,High Sensitivity SiGe HBT Static Frequency Divider up to 90 GHz for Millimeter-Wave Application显示文摘A layout and connection optimization for static frequency divider is presented. The layout optimization provides a new circle topology transistors placement and reasonable connection structure, which reduces the parasitic effectively and enables self-oscillation frequency enhancement. Besides, bandwidth enhancement techniques based on a center-tap capacitor in input balun design and inductive peaking in latch design are adopted to improve further high frequency performance with low power consumption. As a proof of concept, design of a divide-by-2 static frequency divider in 0.13 μm SiGe BiCMOS technology is reported. With single-ended input clock signal, the divider is measured to be operated from 40 to 90 GHz. Phase noise measurements of a 90 GHz input clock signal indicate ideal behavior with no measurable noise contribution from the divider. The divider followed by a buffer that can deliver more than-10 dBm output power, which is sufficient to drive succeeding stage.
