| 3 | Influence of Gd_2O_3 and Yb_2O_3 Co-doping on Phase Stability,Thermo-physical Properties and Sintering of 8YSZ显示文摘The role of multicomponent rare earth oxides in phase stability, thermophysical properties and sintering for ZrO2-based thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) materials is investigated. 8YSZ codoped with 3 mol% Gd2O3 and 3 mol% Yb2O3 (GYb-YSZ) powders are synthesized by solid state reaction for 24 h at various temperatures. As temperature increases, stabilizers are dissolved into zirconia matrix gradually. Synthesized at 1 500 °C, GYb-YSZ is basically composed of cubic phase. GYb-YSZ exhibits excellent phase stability and sinters lower than 8YSZ by nearly three times. The thermal conductivity of GYb-YSZ is much lower than that of 8YSZ, and the thermal expansion coefficient of GYb-YSZ is comparable to that of 8YSZ. | 4 | Formation Mechanism of the High-quality Upper Paleozoic Natural Gas Reservoirs in the Ordos Basin显示文摘The upper Paleozoic natural gas reservoirs in the Ordos basin are generally characterized by a large gas-bearingarea and low reserve abundance. On such a geological background, there still exist gas-enriched zones, with relatively highoutputs, high reserve abundance and stably distributed gas layers. The gas-enriched layers with relatively high permeability (thelower limit permeability is 0.5×10?3 μm2) are key factors for the enrichment and high output of natural gas. | 5 | Spatial and temporal variations of macro-and mesozoo-plankton community in the Huanghai Sea (Yellow Sea) and East China Sea in summer and winter显示文摘The study was conducted during two cruises of June–August 2006 (summer),and January–February 2007 (winter) in the Huanghai (Yellow) Sea and East China Sea.Spatial and temporal variations of zooplankton abundance,biomass and community structure and its relation to currents and water masses over the continental shelf were examined.A total of 584 zooplankton species/taxa and 28 planktonic larvae were identified during the two surveys.Copepods were the most abundant component among these identified groups.Zooplankton abundance and biomass fluctuated widely and showed distinct heterogeneity in the shelf waters.Five zooplankton assemblages were identified with hierarchical cluster analysis during this study,and they were Huanghai Sea Assemblage,Changjiang Estuary Assemblage,Coastal Assemblage,East China Sea Mixed-water Assemblage and East China Sea Offshore Assemblage.Seasonal changes of zooplankton community composition and its geographical distribution were detected,and the locations of the faunistic areas overlap quite well with water masses and current systems.So we suggest that the zooplankton community structure and its changes were determined by the water masses in the Huanghai Sea and East China Sea.The results of this research can provide fundamental information for the long-term monitoring of zooplankton ecology in the shelf of Huanghai Sea and East China Sea. | CHEN Hongju QI Yanping LIU Guangxing | 2011 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,2: | 11 |
| 6 | RLKs orchestrate the signaling in plant male-female interaction显示文摘Different from animals, sessile plants are equipped with a large receptor-like kinase(RLK) superfamily. RLKs are a family of single trans-membrane proteins with divergent N-terminal extracellular domains capped by a signal peptide and C-terminal intracellular kinase. Researches in the last two decades have uncovered an increasing number of RLKs that regulate plant development, stress response and sexual reproduction, highlighting a dominant role of RLK signaling in cell-to-cell communications. Sexual reproduction in flowering plants is featured by interactions between the male gametophyte and the female tissues to facilitate sperm delivery and fertilization. Emerging evidences suggest that RLKs regulate almost every aspect of plant reproductive process, especially during pollination. | 7 | Synthesis and Characterization of Rectorite/ZnO/TiO2 Composites and Their Properties of Adsorption and Photocatalysis for the Removal of Methylene Blue Dye显示文摘As efficient water treatment agents, a novel series of rectorite-based ZnO and TiO_2 hybrid composites(REC/ZnO/TiO_2) were synthesized and characterized in this study. Effects of experimental parameters including TiO_2 mass ratio, solution p H and catalyst dosage on the removal of methyl blue(MB) were also conducted. The presence of a little mass ratio(2%-6%) of TiO_2 highly promoted the photoactivity of REC/ZnO/TiO_2 in removal of MB dye from aqueous solution, in which ZnO and REC played a role of photocatalyst and adsorbent. The promotion effects of TiO_2 may result from the accelerated separation of electron-hole on ZnO. The observed kinetic constant for the degradation of MB over REC/ZnO and REC/ZnO/TiO_2 were 0.015 and 0.038 min^(-1), respectively. The degradation kinetics of MB dye, which followed the Langmuir–Hinshelwood model, had a reaction constant of 0.17 mg/(L min). | 9 | Combustion synthesis of fine TiFe series alloy powder by magnesothermic reduction of ilmenite显示文摘Fine TiFe series alloy powder was fabricated by magnesothermic reduction of ilmenite as main raw material. Adiabatic temperature of the FeTiO3-Mg system was studied through thermodynamic analysis. Meanwhile, the characteristics of TiFe series alloy were described by XRD, SEM and grading analysis. It is shown that combustion synthesis of the FeTiO3-Mg system can carry out due to its strong exothermic reaction through adiabatic temperature calculate. Ultrafine TiFe series alloy powder after leached for 5 h has reasonable phases and morphology with the particle distribution of 0.2 to 1 μm. | 11 | Comparison of Copepod Collection Efficiencies by Three Commonly Used Plankton Nets: A Case Study in Bohai Sea, China显示文摘Selection of net with a suitable mesh size is a key concern in the quantitative assessment of zooplankton, which is crucial to understand pelagic ecosystem processes. This study compared the copepod collecting efficiency of three commonly used plankton nets, namely, the China standard coarse net(505 μm mesh), the China standard fine net(77 μm), and the WP-2 net(200 μm). The experiment was performed at six stations in the Bohai Sea during the autumn of 2012. The coarse net substantially under-sampled small individuals(body widths < 672 μm) and led to the lowest species number in each tow, whereas the fine net collected all small copepod species but failed to collect rare species. The WP-2 net appeared to be a compromise of the two other nets, collecting both small copepods and rare species. The abundance of copepods collected by the coarse net(126.4 ± 86.5 ind m^(-3)) was one to two orders of magnitude lower than that by the WP-2 net(5802.4 ± 2595.4 ind m^(-3)), and the value of the fine net(11117.0 ± 4563.41 ind m^(-3)) was nearly twice that of the WP-2 net. The abundance of large copepods(i.e., adult Calanus sinicus) in the three nets showed no significant differences, but the abundance of small copepods declined with decreasing mesh size. | 13 | The Variation of Stone Cell Content in 236 Germplasms of Sand Pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)and Identification of Related Candidate Genes显示文摘Stone cells have been described to substantially influence pear fruit quality,as lignin and cellulose are the main components of stone cells.However,there are limited studies on the relationship between the variation and molecular basis of stone cells,lignin and cellulose content among different pear varieties.Here,to reveal the variation of stone cell content within different cultivated species,we collected 236 germplasms of sand pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)at 50 days after flower blooming(DAFB),the key stage of stone cell formation.In our results,we measured the content of stone cells,lignin and cellulose and found that these contents ranged from2.82%to 29.00%,8.84%to 55.30%and 11.52%to 30.55%,respectively.Further analysis showed that the variation coefficient of stone cell,lignin and cellulose content was 39.10%,28.03%and 16.71%,respectively.Additionally,a significant correlation between stone cell,lignin and cellulose content were detected,and the correlation coefficient between the contents of stone cell and lignin(0.912)was higher than between the contents of stone cell and cellulose(0.796).Moreover,the average lignin content(29.73%)was higher than the average cellulose content(18.03%)in stone cells in pear fruits,indicating that lignin is the main component of stone cell in pears.Finally,on the basic of the transcriptome data,we identified 10 transcription factors belonging to bHLH,ERF,MYB,and NAC transcript families,which might be involved in lignin formation in stone cells.qRT-PCR experiments verified coincident trends between expression of candidate genes and stone cell content.This research laid foundation for future studies on genetic variation of stone cells in pear fruits and provided important gene resources for stone cell regulation. | Jiaying Zhang Jiaming Li Cheng Xue Runze Wang Mingyue Zhang Kaijie Qi Jing Fan Hongju Hu Shaoling Zhang Jun Wu | 2021 | Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,2: | 3 |
| 14 | Distribution and Abundance of Pelagic Tunicates in the North Yellow Sea显示文摘In this paper, the distribution patterns and abundance of pelagic tunicates in the North Yellow Sea of China during the period 2006-2007 were analyzed. Zooplankton samples were obtained with vertical towing from bottom to surface using a WP2 plankton net(200 μm mesh size; mouth area: 0.25 m2). Five species belonging to two classes were identified: Oikopleura dioica, O. longicauda and Fritillaria borealis belonging to class Appendicularia; Salpa fusiformis and Doliolum denticulatum of class Thaliacea. O. dioica and O. longicauda were the dominant species, occurring in the samples of all four seasons, with different distribution patterns. Their maximum abundance were 1664.7 ind. m-3(spring) and 1031.7 ind. m-3(spring) respectively. Following Oikopleura spp. were D. denticulatum, which was found only in autumn with an average abundance of 149.6 ind. m-3, and S. fusiformis, which was detected all the year long except for autumn with low abundance(max. abundance 289.4 ind. m-3 in summer). Only a very small amount of F. borealis was detected in summer samples, with an average abundance of 2.7 ind. m-3. The relationship between tunicates abundances and the environmental factors was analyzed using the stepwise regression model for each species. The variation of appendicularian abundance showed a significant correlation with the surface water temperature and with the concentration of Chl-a. No relationship was found between tunicates abundance and salinity, likely due to the slight changes in surface salinity of the studied area during the four seasons. Salps abundance and that of doliolids were significantly correlated to bottom water temperature, indicating that these two species(S. fusiformis and D. denticulatum) migrate vertically in the water column. In particular D. denticulatum, known to be a warm water species, showed not only an important correlation with water temperature, but also a spatial distribution connected to the warm currents in the North Yellow Sea. The occurrence of D. denticulatum represents an interesting result never found in past research work. Water temperature, algal distribution and currents were the most relevant environmental factors influencing the tunicate abundance and distribution in the North Yellow Sea. | 15 | Vulnerability and adaptation of an oasis social–ecological system affected by glacier change in an arid region of northwestern China显示文摘The Hexi Inland River Basin in an arid region of northwestern China was chosen as the study area for this research. The authors define the vulnerability of an oasis social-ecological system to glacier change; select 16 indicators from natural and socioeconomic systems according to exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity; and construct a vulnerability-assessment indicator system aimed at an inland river basin in the arid region of Northwestern China. Vulnerability of the oasis socialecological system affected by glacier change in the study area is evaluated by Spatial Principal Component Analysis(SPCA) under the circumstance of glacier change. The key factors affecting the vulnerability are analyzed. The vulnerability of the oasis social-ecological system in the Hexi Inland River Basin affected by glacier change is of more than medium grade, accounting for about 48.0% of the total number of counties in the study area. In terms of the spatial pattern of the vulnerability, the oasis economic belt is the most vulnerable. With the rapid development of the area's society and economy, the exposure of the system to glacial changes is significantly increased; and an increase in glacial meltwater is not enough to overcome the impact of increased exposure, which is the main reason for the high vulnerability. | 18 | LW-NIR hyperspectral imaging for rapid prediction of TVC in chicken flesh显示文摘Total viable count(TVC)is often used as an important indicator for chicken freshness evaluation.In this study,112 fresh chicken flesh samples were acquired after slaughtered and their hyperspectral images were collected in the LW-NIR(900-1700 nm)range.The full LW-NIR spectra(486 wavebands)within the images were extracted and applied to related to reference TVC values measured in different storage periods,using partial least squares regression(PLSR)algorithm,resulting in high correlation coefficients(R)and low root mean square errors(RMSE),for either raw spectra or pretreatment spectra.By using regression coefficients(RC)method,20,18,17 and 20 optimal wavebands were respectively selected from raw spectra,baseline correction(BC)spectra,Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing(SGCS)spectra and standard normal variate(SNV)spectra and applied for the optimization of original full waveband PLSR model.By comparison,RC-PLSR model based on the SGCS spectra showed a better performance in TVC prediction with RC of 0.98 and RMSEC of 0.35 log10 CFU/g in calibration set,and RP of 0.98 and RMSEP of 0.44 log10 CFU/g in prediction set.At last,by transferring the best RC-PLSR model,the dynamic TVC change during the storage was visualized by color maps to indicate the TVC spoilage degree.The overall study revealed that LW-NIR hyperspectral imaging combined with PLSR could be used to predict the freshness of chicken flesh. | Hui Wang Hongju He Hanjun Ma Fusheng Chen Zhuangli Kang Mingming Zhu Zhengrong Wang Shengming Zhao Rongguang Zhu | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,3: | 2 |
| 19 | Quick assessment of chicken spoilage based on hyperspectral NIR spectra combined with partial least squares regression显示文摘Pseudomonas spp.and Enterobacteriaceae are dominant spoilage bacteria in chicken during cold storage(0°C-4°C).In this study,high resolution spectra in the range of 900-1700 nm were acquired and preprocessed using Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing(SGCS),standard normal variate(SNV)and multiplicative scatter correction(MSC),respectively,and then mined using partial least squares(PLS)algorithm to relate to the total counts of Pseudomonas spp.and Enterobacteriaceae(PEC)of fresh chicken breasts to predict PEC rapidly.The results showed that with full 900-1700 nm range wavelength,MSC-PLS model built with MSC spectra performed better than PLS models with other spectra(RAW-PLS,SGCS-PLS,SNV-PLS),with correlation coefficient(RP)of 0.954,root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)of 0.396 log10 CFU/g and residual predictive deviation(RPD)of 3.33 in prediction set.Based on the 12 optimal wavelengths(902.2 nm,905.5 nm,923.6 nm,938.4 nm,946.7 nm,1025.7 nm,1124.4 nm,1211.6 nm,1269.2 nm,1653.7 nm,1691.8 nm and 1693.4 nm)selected from MSC spectra by successive projections algorithm(SPA),SPA-MSC-PLS model had RP of 0.954,RMSEP of 0.397 log10 CFU/g and RPD of 3.32,similar to MSC-PLS model.The overall study indicated that NIR spectra combined with PLS algorithm could be used to detect the PEC of chicken flesh in a rapid and non-destructive way. | Shengqi Jiang Hongju He Hanjun Ma Fusheng Chen Baocheng Xu Hong Liu Mingming Zhu Zhuangli Kang Shengming Zhao | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,1: | 2 |
| 20 | Establishment of Self-incompatibility Gene cDNA Microarray to Identify S-genotypes of Pyrus pyrifolia显示文摘Based on the c DNA sequences from hyper variable(HV) regions of identified 52 S-alleles in Oriental pear cultivars, S-RNase c DNA probes were designed, and a c DNA microarray for S-RNase detections was established. Each microarray contained 240 sites from 55 c DNA probes, including all specific c DNA sequences from the HV regions of the S-alleles. Using the c DNA of pistils of tested pear cultivars as template and Cy3 fluorescently labeling primers by PCR amplification, microarray hybridization detected the S-genotype of each pear cultivar. The genotypes inferred from the c DNA microarray hybridization signals of pear cultivars such as ‘Lijiang Huangsuanli', ‘Xiuyu', ‘Midu Yuli', ‘Baimianli', and ‘Deshengxiang' were similar to the known genotypes of all tested cultivars. The S-RNase c DNA microarrays and the oligonucleotide gene chips were then used to conduct parallel testing of 24 P. pyrifolia cultivars with unknown S-genotypes.
