| 1 | The pulsed high magnetic field facility and scientific research at Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center显示文摘Wuhan National High Magnetic Field Center(WHMFC)at Huazhong University of Science and Technology is one of the top-class research centers in the world, which can offer pulsed fields up to 90.6 T with different field waveforms for scientific research and has passed the final evaluation of the Chinese government in 2014.This paper will give a brief introduction of the facility and the development status of pulsed magnetic fields research at WHMFC.In addition,it will describe the application development of pulsed magnetic fields in both scientific and industrial research. | Xiaotao Han Tao Peng Hongfa Ding Tonghai Ding Zengwei Zhu Zhengcai Xia Junfeng Wang Junbo Han Zhongwen Ouyang Zhenxing Wang Yibo Han Houxiu Xiao Quanliang Cao Yiliang Lv Yuan Pan Liang Li | 2017 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2017,2,6: | 5 |
| 2 | 肝的周期性的巨大的 hemangiomas : 有文学评论的二个稀罕案例的报告显示文摘 Most hepatic hemangiomas(HHs) are small, asymptomatic and do not require clinical intervention.Surgical resection is only indicated for symptomatic hemangiomas. We report here cases of recurrent HHs in 2 women of 37 and 40 years old,who initially presented with abdominal pain and mass.Radiological examination of each tumor revealed a solitary tumor of 14 and 20 cm in diameter, respectively.Surgical liver segmental resections were performed in both, and the diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma was confirmed. Both patients had recurrent tumor on subsequent radiological examination 4-5 years after the initial surgery. In the first patient,a 15 cm recurrent hemangioma was resected, but multiple hemangiomas were again detected 8 years later occupying the other hepatic lobe, which was not amendable for resection. In the second patient,a 16 cm hemangioma was seen on radiogram, and because the lesion was not symptomatic, conservative observation was offered.Recurrence after liver resection of giant hemangioma is extremely rare. The pathogenesis of tumor progression and recurrence is unknown,as is the management of these patients with recurrent hemangioma, particularly when it is extensive and unresectable. | Hongfa Zhu Khaled Obeidat Jie Ouyang Sasan Roayaie Myron E Schwartz Swan N Thung | 2012 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2012,4,11: | 5 |

| 5 | Research on Tectonic Features and Dynamics in the Northwestern Yunnan Extensional Region显示文摘The paper discusses the features of active tectonics, seismicity and neotectonic environment in the Northwestern Yunnan extensional region. The intensity of both tectonic activity and seismicity is strong near the south and north boundaries in the areas, but weak in the middle. The distribution of the strongest subsided areas, lacustrine terrace and Quaternary fold is characterized by the diagonal symmetry.Formation of extensional tectonics in the Northwestern Yunnan can be explained by passive model, experiencing the action of compressional force in the N-S direction and shear force in the SW-NE direction, and classified as a special pull-apart tectonics. The direction of the composite force is NNE,which is coincided with the results acquired by the methods of water-compressed rupture and physical modelling. | Han Zhujun,Xu Jie,Guo Shunming,Yang Zhu’en,Xiang Hongfa, and Wu DaningInstitute of Geology,SSB,Beijing 100029,China | 1995 | Earthquake Research in China1995,9,2: | 1 |
| 6 | Hepatic lipogranulomas in patients with chronic liver disease: Association with hepatitis C and fatty liver disease显示文摘AIM: To study the significance and clinical implication of hepatic lipogranuloma in chronic liver diseases, including fatty liver disease and hepatitis C. METHODS: A total of 376 sequential, archival liver biopsy specimens were reviewed. Lipogranuloma, steatosis and steato-fibrosis were evaluated with combined hematoxylin and eosin and Masson’s trichrome staining. RESULTS: Fifty-eight (15.4%) patients had lipogranuloma, including 46 patients with hepatitis C, 14 patients with fatty liver disease, and 5 patients with other diseases. Hepatic lipogranuloma was more frequently seen in patients with hepatitis C (21%) and fatty liver disease (18%), and its incidence was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.0002 and P < 0.007, respectively). In addition, 39 out of the 58 patients with lipogranuloma were associated with steatosis and/or steato-fibrosis. Of the 18 lipogranuloma patients with clinical information available for review, 15 (83%) had risk factors associated with fatty liver disease, such as alcohol use, obesity, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes mellitus. Although the incidence of these risk factors was greater in patients with lipogranuloma than in control group (60%), it did not reach statistical significance. CONCLUSION: Hepatic lipogranuloma is not limited to mineral oil use and commonly associated with hepatic steatosis, hepatitis C and fatty liver disease. With additional histological features of steato-fibrosis, lipogranuloma can also be used as a marker of prior hepatic steatosis. | Hongfa Zhu Henry C Bodenheimer David J Clain Albert D Min Neil D Theise | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,40: | 1 |
