14采用电化学极化、DC电阻测量与表面分析研究不锈钢电解酸洗显示文摘不锈钢退火时在表面会形成一层紧密附着的氧化层。在不锈钢生产过程中,去除氧化层和贫铬底层是一个重要的工艺过程。中性硫酸钠电解酸洗广泛用于不锈钢的氧化层去除。介绍了Polarit 725(EN 1.4301)不锈钢在硫酸钠溶液中去除表面氧化层的不同阶段。提出了氧化层溶解机理。指出溶解过程通过氧化层的电化学反应进行,并分为3个连续阶段。在酸洗开始时,外氧化层中的铬和锰优先溶解。当外层铬含量降低后,氧化层变得富铁。电极电位提高,而氧化层厚度急剧减少。最终过程达到稳态,在金属表面留下富铁和硅的薄氧化层。电解酸洗无法去除硅,因此需要在硝酸一氢氟酸中进行后处理。J Hildén J Virtanen O Forsén J Aromaa 齐慧滨(译) 王炜(校) 2008世界钢铁2008,8,3:0
