1Atomistic Surface Passivation of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3) Perovskite Single Crystals for Highly Sensitive Coplanar-Structure X-Ray Detectors显示文摘Organic-inorganic halide perovskites(OIHPs)are recognized as the promising next-generation X-ray detection materials.However,the device performance is largely limited by the ion migration issue of OIHPs.Here,we reported a simple atomistic surface passivation strategy with methylammonium iodide(MAI)to remarkably increase the ion migration activation energy of CH_(3)NH_(3)PbI_(3)single crystals.The amount of MAI deposited on the crystal surface is finely regulated by a self-assemble process to effectively suppress the metallic lead defects,while not introducing extra mobile ions,which results in significantly improved dark current stability of the coplanar-structure devices under a large electric field of 100Vmm^(-1).The X-ray detectors hence exhibit a record-high sensitivity above 700,000μC Gy^(-1)_(air) cm^(-2)under continuum X-ray irradiation with energy up to 50 keV,which enables an ultralow X-ray detection limit down to 1.5 nGy_(air)s^(-1).Our findings will allow for the dramatically reduced X-ray exposure of human bodies in medical imaging applications.Yilong Song Liqi Li Weihui Bi Mingwei Hao Yifei Kang Anran Wang Zisheng Wang Hanming Li Xiaohui Li Yanjun Fang Deren Yang Qingfeng Dong 2020Research2020,,1:5
2AQR is a novel type 2 diabetes-associated gene that regulates signaling pathways critical for glucose metabolism显示文摘Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) is a common metabolic disease influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. In this study, we performed an in-house genotyping and meta-analysis study using three independent GWAS datasets of T2 DM and found that rs3743121, located 1 kb downstream of AQR,was a novel susceptibility SNP associated with T2 DM. The risk allele C of rs3743121 was correlated with the increased expression of AQR in white blood cells, similar to that observed in T2 DM models. The knockdown of AQR in HepG2 facilitated the glucose uptake, decreased the expression level of PCK2,increased the phosphorylation of GSK-3β, and restored the insulin sensitivity. Furthermore, the suppression of AQR inhibited the mTOR pathway and the protein ubiquitination process. 6Redefinition of the Odorrana versabilis Group,with a New Species from China(Anura,Ranidae,Odorrana)显示文摘Taxonomic studies of the Odorrana versabilis group have been consistently disorganized,and they have often been incorrectly associated with an abandoned subgenus or genus Bamburana in existing literature.In this study,we conducted an integrative taxonomic analysis using molecular phylogenetic analysis of two mitochondrial gene fragments(16S rRNA and CO1)and morphological examination of 41 specimens collected during herpetological surveys in southern China.Our results confirmed the monophyly of O.versabilis group which exhibited distinct morphological traits.We also identified a cryptic lineage sister with O.exiliversabilis.Additionally,our study revealed that O.trankieni was nested within O.nasuta.Consequently,we redefined the morphological characteristics of the O.versabilis group,described a new species in this group,O.confusa sp.nov.,and proposed that O.trankieni be considered a junior synonym of O.nasuta.One of the most significant findings of this study was the observation of distinct morphological changes in adult males across all species within the O.versabilis group between the non-breeding and breeding seasons.This study contributes to research on various aspects of Asian amphibian fauna,including taxonomy,ecology,evolution,and physiology.Hanming SONG Siyu ZHANG Shuo QI Zhitong LYU Zhaochi ZENG Yongheng ZHU Minghai HUANG FuchenLUAN Zufei SHU Yuening GONG Zhifa LIU Yingyong WANG 2023Asian Herpetological Research2023,14,4:0
7Selected aptamer specially combing 5-8F cells based on automatic screening instrument显示文摘Since the concept of aptamer emerged,many scientists have launched a rich field of research around it.However,few nucleic acids aptamer which use cell as target can be put into practical applications.We believe that a great deal of this lies in the complexity and irreproducibility of aptamer screening experiments themselves.The complexity is due to the cumbersome processes and the technical requirements for laboratory personnel,whereas irreproducibility arises from the fact that the starting point of such screens is nucleic acid libraries with random fragments,and that different libraries directly determine the differences or even the success or failure of screening results.The complexity and irreproducibility mentioned above,in turn,lead to the inability of this experiment to unfold on a large scale,which naturally cannot lead to excellent results for practical applications.In response to this problem,our group has developed an instrument for automated screening of tumor cell nucleic acid aptamers and characterized the properties of nucleic acid aptamers obtained using this instrument in a comprehensive manner.Zhukang Guo Baijiang Jin Yile Fang Yan Deng Zhu Chen Hui Chen Song Li Franklin Wang-Ngan Chow Polly H.M.Leung Hanming Wang Lei Cai Nongyue He 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,9:0
