| 1 | Accumulation of carotenoids and expression of carotenoid biosynthesis genes in fruit flesh during fruit development in two Cucurbita maxima inbred lines显示文摘Mesocarp color is an important agronomic trait of Cucurbita maxima and is determined mainly by the contents and compositions of the carotenoids.The two inbred lines with significant differences in fruit flesh color were used in the study,the orange’312-1’and white’98-2’.Changes in seven carotenoid contents and compositions in the flesh of fruit produced by inbred lines’312-1’and’98-2’were analyzed during fruit development.The expression of eight key carotenoid biosynthesis genes in the fruit flesh were investigated during five fruit development stage in two inbred lines.As the flesh color intensified,the orange flesh color of’312-1’was determined mainly by the increased contents of lutein,β-carotene and zeaxanthin and the lack of carotenoid accumulation led to the formation of white flesh in’98-2’fruit.The expression of the LCY-e and CHYb genes was significantly stronger in’312-1’than in’98-2’,and their expression was strongly correlated with lutein andβ-carotene contents during fruit development.This study provides a deep understanding of the molecular mechanism of carotenoid biosynthesis in fruit flesh and provides a basis for additional studies on the highly refined improvement of squash quality. | Yusong Luo Chaojie Wang Manman Wang Yunli Wang Wenlong Xu Hongyu Han Zhichao Wang Yujuan Zhong Hexun Huang Shuping Qu | 2021 | Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,6: | 3 |

| 3 | Fluorobenzene diluted low-density electrolyte for high-energy density and high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘The mass fraction of electrolytes is the crucial factor affecting the energy density of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries. Due to the high porosity within the C/S cathode, high concentration of polysulfides, and side reaction in lithiun metal anode under lean electrolyte, it is extremely challenging to improve performance while reducing the electrolyte volume. Here, we report a novel electrolyte with relatively low density(1.16 g cm^(-2)), low viscosity(1.84 m Pa s), and high ionic conductivity, which significantly promotes energy density and cyclability of Li-S batteries under practical conditions. Moreover, such electrolyte enables a hybrid cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI) and solid electrolyte interface(SEI) layer with plentiful Li F, which leads to fast kinetics of ions transport and stable cyclability even under low temperatures.Compared to Li-S batteries in electrolyte employing 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl 2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropyl ether(TTE) diluent, the ultra-thick cathode(20 mg cm^(-2)) shows a high capacity of 9.48 m Ah cm^(-2)and excellent capacity retention of 80.3% over 191 cycles at a low electrolyte-to-sulfur ratio(E/S = 2) and negative-to-positive capacity ratio(N/P = 2.5), realizing a 19.2% improvement in energy density in coin cells(from 370 to 441 Wh kg^(-1)) and a high energy density up to 467 Wh kg^(-1) in pouch cells. | 6 | Networked Protection Scheme with Feeding Section as a Unit for High-speed Railway Traction Power Supply System显示文摘In order to rapidly clear a fault in all-parallel autotransformer(AT)railway system,the existing protection scheme trips both faulted line and healthy line.To solve this problem,a novel unit protection scheme is proposed in this paper.From fault characteristics measured at substation(SS),AT station(ATS)and section post(SP),we can observe that SS protective relays can detect all the faults but could not be selective,and ATS or SP relays can discriminate the faulted line but not sensitively enough;therefore,we make full use of the fault characteristics and propose a novel unit protection scheme.We employ directional distance protections at SS,ATS and SP,and unify them with networked inter-tripping signals and interlocking signals.When a forward distance protection detects a fault and does not receive inter-locking signals from reverse distance protections of other relays in a short setting time,it will trip the relevant circuit breaker and send an inter-tripping signal to other relays in the same protection unit.Field test results show the proposed scheme trips only the faulted line rapidly and never interrupts the power supply of healthy lines;therefore,the proposed protection scheme obtains both selectivity and speed. | Zhengqing Han Rui Shen Shuping Liu Shibin Gao | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,5: | 1 |

| 11 | Biomedical response of femurs in male Wistar rat in chronic hypergravity environments显示文摘Bone is sensitive to mechanical stimulation and plays a loading-bearing role in the human body.However,regulation of bone biomechanical properties in chronic hypergravity environments is still unclear.In this study,male Wistar rats exposed to chronic hypergravity environments(4g,8g,10g,and 20g)for 4 weeks were set as the hypergravity groups,and rats exposed to the normal gravity as the control group.Morphology parameters and bone remodeling factors were obtained by means of micro-CT,Western blot,and q-PCR.Mechanical properties of femurs were measured utilizing three points bending test and creep test and were fitted into a viscoelastic-viscoplastic constitutive equation.The results indicate osteoporosis occurred in femurs of hypergravity groups.Accordingly,the protein and gene expressions of bone remodeling factors(OPG,RANKL,runx2)in hypergravity groups were significantly different from that in the control group,demonstrating that bone formation level increased and bone resorption level decreased.Meanwhile,mechanical properties of femurs in hypergravity groups showed that Young's modulus of femurs in the 20g group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The viscoelastic-viscoplastic properties of bone tissue were changed in hypergravity environments.Among them,the 8g group was closest to the control group in morphology and mechanical properties.To sum up,the biomechanical response regulation of rat femur under 4-20g chronic hypergravity environments was presented.Hypergravity environments could lead to osteoporosis.The balance between bone formation and bone resorption would be disrupted in hypergravity groups due to bone adaptation.20g environment has a significant effect on elastic modulus on femurs.Due to the difference in biomechanical response of femurs,the viscoelastic-viscoplastic characteristics of femurs have a nonlinear relationship with hypergravity values.Bone tissue was least affected by 8g hypergravity in morphology and mechanical properties. | Lu Yu Shuping Wei Biao Han Lilan Gao Yang Zhang Xizheng Zhang | 2022 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4: | 0 |
