1Molecular network-based intervention brings us closer to ending the HIV pandemic显示文摘Precise identification of HIV transmission among populations is a key step in public health responses.However,the HIV transmission network is usually difficult to determine.HIV molecular networks can be determined by phylogenetic approach,genetic distance-based approach,and a combination of both approaches.These approaches are increasingly used to identify transmission networks among populations,reconstruct the history of HIV spread,monitor the dynamics of HIV transmission,guide targeted intervention on key subpopulations,and assess the effects of interventions.Simulation and retrospective studies have demonstrated that these molecular network-based interventions are more cost-effective than random or traditional interventions.However,we still need to address several challenges to improve the practice of molecular network-guided targeting interventions to finally end the HIV epidemic.The data remain limited or difficult to obtain,and more automatic real-time tools are required.In addition,molecular and social networks must be combined,and technical parameters and ethnic issues warrant further studies.Xiaoxu Han Bin Zhao Minghui An Ping Zhong Hong Shang 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,2:7
2Source of ore-forming material for the Huangtuliang gold deposit,Hebei Province and ore prospecting in the deep periphery显示文摘The Huangtuliang gold deposit is characterized by its wide and large ore belt,stable extension and closely spaced orebodies.Unfortunately,no orebody was found by deep drilling.As a result,ore prospecting in this region was once put into dilemma.Detailed analysis of ore-forming and ore-controlling structures in the mining district by the authors has revealed that the ore-forming and ore-controlling structure in this mining district is a steeply dipping(85°-110°/∠70°-85° N-NNE),spade-shaped ductile shear zone,and the ore-controlling structures are a series of nearly erected second-ordered faults which are developed in the upper part of the ductile shear zone,intersecting with the ductile shear zone.Deep cutting of the ductile shear zone made it possible the ascending of ore fluids from the mantle plume at depth and these ore fluids would migrate upwards along the ductile shear zone under certain temperature and pressure conditions.Along their ascending path,the ore fluids would extract ore-forming elements from the country rocks and the extracted ore-forming elements would be deposited as ores in the hanging-wall second-ordered faults.The reason why no orebody was found in early prospecting at depth is that northward-dipping drilling in the southern part of the shear zone extended so deeply as to be beneath the shear zone.Only shallow-level orebodies could be found by southward-dipping drilling practice in the northern part of the shear zone.The location where deep-seated orebodies occurred shifted northwards and the orebodies occurred at greater depth.Therefore,it is natural that no orebody could be found when drill core passed through the shear zone.After the ore-forming and ore-controlling structures were well understood,the focus of ore prospecting was placed on the deep-level,northward-penetrating veins.In this way a number of new blind orebodies of great thickness have been found.On the basis of research development in the mining district,a prospecting plan has been made for ore prospecting in the periphery of eastern mining district.Prospecting practice has shown that there occur generally continuous engineering orebodies at large intervals.So,the Huangtuliang gold deposit has turned at one stroke from a medium sized to a large-sized,even a super-large gold deposit between prospecting lines 30-98.NIU Shuyin SUN Aiqun WANG Baode HAN Yuchou WEI Minghui ZHANG Hai ZHANG Ge SHI Ping WANG Wenxing 2008Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2008,27,3:4
3Reinforcement Learning-Based Sensitive Semantic Location Privacy Protection for VANETs显示文摘Location-based services(LBS)in vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs)must protect users’privacy and address the threat of the exposure of sensitive locations during LBS requests.Users release not only their geographical but also semantic information of the visited places(e.g.,hospital).This sensitive information enables the inference attacker to exploit the users’preferences and life patterns.In this paper we propose a reinforcement learning(RL)based sensitive semantic location privacy protection scheme.This scheme uses the idea of differential privacy to randomize the released vehicle locations and adaptively selects the perturbation policy based on the sensitivity of the semantic location and the attack history.This scheme enables a vehicle to optimize the perturbation policy in terms of the privacy and the quality of service(QoS)loss without being aware of the current inference attack model in a dynamic privacy protection process.To solve the location protection problem with high-dimensional and continuous-valued perturbation policy variables,a deep deterministic policy gradientbased semantic location perturbation scheme(DSLP)is developed.The actor part is used to generate continuous privacy budget and perturbation angle,and the critic part is used to estimate the performance of the policy.Simulations demonstrate the DSLP-based scheme outperforms the benchmark schemes,which increases the privacy,reduces the QoS loss,and increases the utility of the vehicle.Minghui Min Weihang Wang Liang Xiao Yilin Xiao Zhu Han 2021China Communications2021,18,6:3
4Reduced graphene oxide aerogel decorated with Mo_(2)C nanoparticles toward multifunctional properties of hydrophobicity,thermal insulation and microwave absorption显示文摘Reduced graphene oxide(rGO)aerogels are emerging as very attractive scaffolds for high-performance electromagnetic wave absorption materials(EWAMs)due to their intrinsic conductive networks and intricate interior microstructure,as well as good compatibility with other electromagnetic(EM)components.Herein,we realized the decoration of rGO aerogel with Mo_(2)C nanoparticles by sequential hydrothermal assembly,freeze-drying,and high-temperature pyrolysis.Results show that Mo_(2)C nanoparticle loading can be easily controlled by the ammonium molybdate to glucose molar ratio.The hydrophobicity and thermal insulation of the rGO aerogel are effectively improved upon the introduction of Mo_(2)C nanoparticles,and more importantly,these nanoparticles regulate the EM properties of the rGO aerogel to a large extent.Although more Mo_(2)C nanoparticles may decrease the overall attenuation ability of the rGO aerogel,they bring much better impedance matching.At a molar ratio of 1:1,a desirable balance between attenuation ability and impedance matching is observed.In this context,the Mo_(2)C/r GO aerogel displays strong reflection loss and broad response bandwidth,even with a small applied thickness(1.7 mm)and low filler loading(9.0wt%).The positive effects of Mo_(2)C nanoparticles on multifunctional properties may render Mo_(2)C/r GO aerogels promising candidates for high-performance EWAMs under harsh conditions.Yahui Wang Minghui Zhang Xuesong Deng Zhigang Li Zongsheng Chen Jiaming Shi Xijiang Han Yunchen Du 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,3:2

7Mechanism and operation parameters of a plasma-driven micro-particle accelerator显示文摘There is a large amount of micro debris ranging between millimeters and micrometers in space, which has significant influence on the reliability and life of spacecrafts through long-duration integrated impacts and has to be considered in designing a vehicle's suitability to the space environment. In order to simulate the micro-impacts on exposed materials, a plasma-driven micro-particle accelerator was developed. The major processes, including the acceleration, compression and ejection of plasmas, were modeled. By comparing the theoretical simulations with the experimental results, the acceleration mechanism was clarified. 12Potential use of a dried saliva spot(DSS)in therapeutic drug monitoring and disease diagnosis显示文摘In recent years,scientific researchers have increasingly become interested in noninvasive sampling methods for therapeutic drug monitoring and disease diagnosis.As a result,dried saliva spot(DSS),which is a sampling technique for collecting dried saliva samples,has been widely used as an alternative matrix to serum for the detection of target molecules.Coupling the DSS method with a highly sensitive detection instrument improves the efficiency of the preparation and analysis of biological samples.Furthermore,dried blood spots,dried plasma spots,and dried matrix spots,which are similar to those of the DSS method,are discussed.Compared with alternative biological fluids used in dried spot methods,including serum,tears,urine,and plasma,saliva has the advantage of convenience in terms of sample collection from children or persons with disabilities.This review aims to provide integral strategies and guidelines for dried spot methods to analyze biological samples by illustrating several dried spot methods.Herein,we summarize recent advancements in DSS methods from June 2014 to March 2021 and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the key aspects of this method,including sample preparation and method validation.Finally,we outline the challenges and prospects of such methods in practical applications.Yu Han Xi-Ling Li Minghui Zhang Jing Wang Su Zeng Jun Zhe Min 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,6:1
13Enhanced strength-ductility synergy via high dislocation density-induced strain hardening in nitrogen interstitial CrMnFeCoNi high-entropy alloy显示文摘The present work demonstrates that nitrogen doping inhibits the formation of deformation twins in a CrMnFeCoNi high entropy alloy,while significantly increases the strength without sacrificing much duc-tility at 77 K.Microstructural characterization and first-principles calculations were employed to unveil the role of interstitial nitrogen atoms in obtaining such an excellent combination of strength and ductility at 77 K.It is found that nitrogen addition increases generalized stacking fault energy(GSFE)and reduces twinning.However,the pinning of dislocations by nitrogen atoms effectively suppresses dislocation cross-slip and dynamic recovery and in turn,promotes the accumulation of dislocations.The high dislocation density induces a high strain hardening capacity and improves uniform elongation,which compensates for the ductility loss accompanied by solid solution strengthening.The effect of nitrogen doping enriches the design concept of high-and medium-entropy alloys,providing an economical and effective strategy to develop ultra-high-performance alloys that are suitable for cryogenic applications.Huabing Li Yu Han Hao Feng Gang Zhou Zhouhua Jiang Minghui Cai Yizhuang Li Mingxin Huang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,10:0
14Output Prediction of Helical Microfiber Temperature Sensors in Cycling Measurement by Deep Learning显示文摘The inconsistent response curve of delicate micro/nanofiber(MNF)sensors during cycling measurement is one of the main factors which greatly limit their practical application.In this paper,we proposed a temperature sensor based on the copper rod-supported helical microfiber(HMF).The HMF sensors exhibited different light intensity-temperature response relationships in single-cycle measurements.Two neural networks,the deep belief network(DBN)and the backpropagation neural network(BPNN),were employed respectively to predict the temperature of the HMF sensor in different sensing processes.The input variables of the network were the sensor geometric parameters(the microfiber diameter,wrapped length,coiled turns,and helical angle)and the output optical intensity under different working processes.The root mean square error(RMSE)and Pearson correlation coefficient(R)were used to evaluate the predictive ability of the networks.The DBN with two restricted Boltzmann machines(RBMs)provided the best temperature prediction results(RMSE and R of the heating process are 0.9705℃and 0.9969,while the values of RMSE and R of the cooling process are 0.7866℃and 0.9977,respectively).The prediction results obtained by the optimal BPNN(five hidden layers,10 neurons in each layer,RMSE=1.1266℃,R=0.9957)were slightly inferior to those obtained by the DBN.The neural network could accurately and reliably predict the response of the HMF sensor in cycling operation,which provided the possibility for the flexible application of the complex MNF sensor in a wide sensing range.Minghui CHEN Jinjin HAN Juan LIU Fangzhu ZHENG Shihang GENG Shimeng TANG Zhijun WU Jixiong PU Xining ZHANG Hao DAI 2023Photonic Sensors2023,13,3:0
15Detection of Multi-dimensional Driving Forces of Public Environmental Concern in China:Based on Spatial Heterogeneity Perspectives显示文摘Public environmental concern(PEC)is an important bottom-up force in building an environmentally sustainable society.Guided by attitude theory,this paper innovatively constructed a PEC evaluation index system,while introducing entropy weighted-TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)to realize the assessment of PEC.Exploratory spatial data analysis was used to portray the spatio-temporal evolution patterns of PEC in 362 Chinese cities at prefecture-level and above from 2011 to 2018.Furthermore,the Geodetector model was performed to identify the multi-dimensional determinants of PEC from the perspective of spatial heterogeneity.The results indicated that:1)PEC in China exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,consistent with the spatial distribution law of‘Heihe-Tengchong Line’and‘Bole-Taipei Line’;2)the driving effect of each factor varied dynamically,but in general,economic development level,population size,industrial wastewater,and education level were the dominant driving factors explaining the spatial variation of PEC;3)risk detection revealed that four factors,government environmental regulations,PM_(2.5),vegetation coverage,and natural resource endowment,had nonlinear effects on PEC;4)the interactions between factors all demonstrated an enhancement in explaining the spatial differentiation of PEC.PEC was driven by the comprehensive interaction of four-dimensional factors of economy,society,pollutant emissions,and ecology.Among them,population agglomeration accompanied by a high level of regional economy and information technology can explain the increase in PEC to the greatest extent.TONG Yun PANG Li SUN Minghui HAN Junyi 2023Chinese Geographical Science2023,33,6:0

17Perioperative risk factors for delayed gastric emptying after pancreaticoduodenectomy:a meta-analysis of the complications显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the correlation between the incidence of delayed gastric emptying(DGE)in pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)and the perioperative possible risk factors.Methods:We searched PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and Medline for studies describing complications related to PD from 2018 to 2022.Statistical analysis was performed using Stata/SE16.0 software.Results:In 6 retrospective studies,1 systematic review,and 1 randomized controlled trial(RCT)experiment,12,419 patients(2174 and 10,245 patients,respectively,in DGE and no delayed gastric emptying[NDGE]groups).The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)score between DGE and NDGE groups(log odds ratio[OR]=0.23,95%credible interval[CI]:0.11-0.35,P<.01),operation time(mean diff.=21.87,95%CI:15.96-27.78,P<.01),estimated intraoperative blood loss(EIBL;mean diff.=70.67,95%CI:17.75-123.58,P<.05),postoperative pancreatic fistula(POPF)(log OR=0.85,95%CI:0.24-1.46,P<.05)were statistically significant.No significant differences in preoperative body mass index(BMI),preoperative biliary drain-age,and pancreatic texture were observed(P>.05).Conclusion:The incidence of DGE is significantly correlated with the operation time,preoperative ASA score,POPF,and EIBL,which suggests that the surgeon should thoroughly evaluate the patient through adequate preoperative examination before the operation.Finally,standardized practice and perfect technology are undoubtedly necessary to reduce complications.Xiaowei Deng Ting Niu Zhaolong Han Xing Liang Zhiping Fu Liang Tang Guang Yang Judong Li An’an Liu Junfeng Peng Minghui Zheng Chenghao Shao 2023Journal of Pancreatology2023,6,2:0
18Self-assembled interlayer aiming at the stability of NiOx based perovskite solar cells显示文摘Inorganic NiO_(x) based inverted structure perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is reported to be more stable than that with the organic hole transport materials.In this work,NiO_(x)/MAPbI_(3) interface chemical reaction induced instability of perovskite is unveiled:Ni^(3+) and I^(-) exhibit redox reactions and deprotonation of MA^(+) happens,which result in interface defects and perovskite lattice deformation.Thus the defective interface accelerates the degradation of perovskite by defect pathways from the bottom interface to the perovskite surface contacting H_(2)O/O_(2).Self-assembled interlayer of NH_(2)^(-)end silane on NiO_(x)separates the reactive NiO_(x)and MAPbI_(3),tunes the interface energy states by–NH_(2) end group.As a result,the PSC based on the silane treated NiO_(x)achieves enhanced PCE of 20.1%with decent stability under environmental and extreme conditions (high temperature,high humidity,light infiltration).Our work highlights the interface chemical problem induced PSC instability and a simple interface modification to achieve the stable PSCs.Tonghui Guo Zhi Fang Zequn Zhang Zhiqiang Deng Rui Zhao Jing Zhang Minghui Shang Xiaohui Liu Ziyang Hu Yuejin Zhu Liyuan Han 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
19Support vector regression-based operational effectiveness evaluation approach to reconnaissance satellite system显示文摘As one of the most important part of weapon system of systems(WSoS),quantitative evaluation of reconnaissance satellite system(RSS)is indispensable during its construction and application.Aiming at the problem of nonlinear effectiveness evaluation under small sample conditions,we propose an evaluation method based on support vector regression(SVR)to effectively address the defects of traditional methods.Considering the performance of SVR is influenced by the penalty factor,kernel type,and other parameters deeply,the improved grey wolf optimizer(IGWO)is employed for parameter optimization.In the proposed IGWO algorithm,the opposition-based learning strategy is adopted to increase the probability of avoiding the local optima,the mutation operator is used to escape from premature convergence and differential convergence factors are applied to increase the rate of convergence.Numerical experiments of 14 test functions validate the applicability of IGWO algorithm dealing with global optimization.The index system and evaluation method are constructed based on the characteristics of RSS.To validate the proposed IGWO-SVR evaluation method,eight benchmark data sets and combat simulation are employed to estimate the evaluation accuracy,convergence performance and computational complexity.According to the experimental results,the proposed method outperforms several prediction based evaluation methods,verifies the superiority and effectiveness in RSS operational effectiveness evaluation.HAN Chi XIONG Wei XIONG Minghui LIU Zhen 2023Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2023,34,6:0
20Microstructure and Improved Thermal Shock Behaviour of an In Situ Formed Metal-Enamel Interlocking Coating显示文摘A novel metal-enamel interlocking coating was designed and prepared in situ by co-deposition of Ni-enamel composite layer and subsequent air spray of enamel with 10 wt% nanoscale Ni. During the firing process, the external enamel layer was melted and jointed with the enamel particles at the upper part of the Ni-plating layer to form the enamel pegs. Thermal shock tests of pure enamel, enamel with 10 wt% Ni composite and metal-enamel interlocking coatings were conducted at 600 °C in water and static air. The results indicated that the metal-enamel interlocking showed superior thermal shock resistance to both pure enamel and enamel with 10 wt% Ni composite coatings. The enhanced performance was mainly attributed to the advantageous effects of mechanical interlocking of the enamel pegs formed at the enamel/Ni-plating interface.
