1Allele-aware chromosome-scale assembly of the allopolyploid genome of hexaploid Ma bamboo(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)显示文摘Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro is a woody clumping bamboo with rapid shoot growth.Both genetic transformation and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)gene editing techniques are available for D.latiflorus,enabling reverse genetic approaches.Thus,D.latiflorus has the potential to be a model bamboo species.However,the genome sequence of D.latiflorus has remained unreported due to its polyploidy and large genome size.Here,we sequenced the D.latiflorus genome and assembled it into three allele-aware subgenomes(AABBCC),representingthe largest genome of a major bamboo species.We assembled 70 allelic chromosomes(2,737 Mb)for hexaploid D.latiflorus using both singlemolecule sequencing from the Pacific Biosciences(Pac Bio)Sequel platform and chromosome conformation capture sequencing(Hi-C).Repetitive sequences comprised 52.65%of the D.latiflorus genome.We annotated 135231 protein-coding genes in the genome based on transcriptomes from eight different tissues.Transcriptome sequencing using RNA-Seq and Pac Bio singlemolecule real-time long-read isoform sequencing revealed highly differential alternative splicing(AS)between non-abortive and abortive shoots,suggesting that AS regulates the abortion rate of bamboo shoots.This high-quality hexaploid genome and comprehensive strand-specific transcriptome datasets for this Poaceae family member will pave the way for bamboo research using D.latiflorus as a model species.Yushan Zheng Deming Yang Jundong Rong Liguang Chen Qiang Zhu Tianyou He Lingyan Chen Jing Ye Lili Fan Yubang Gao Hangxiao Zhang Lianfeng Gu 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,3:6
2Membrane Crystallization for Process Intensification and Control:A Review显示文摘Crystallization is a fundamental separation technology used for the production of particulate solids.Accurate nucleation and growth process control are vitally important but difficult.A novel controlling technology that can simultaneously intensify the overall crystallization process remains a significant challenge.Membrane crystallization(MCr),which has progressed significantly in recent years,is a hybrid technology platform with great potential to address this goal.This review illustrates the basic concepts of MCr and its promising applications for crystallization control and process intensification,including a state-of-the-art review of key MCr-utilized membrane materials,process control mechanisms,and optimization strategies based on diverse hybrid membranes and crystallization processes.Finally,efforts to promote MCr technology to industrial use,unexplored issues,and open questions to be addressed are outlined.Xiaobin Jiang Yushan Shao Lei Sheng Peiyu Li Gaohong He 2021Engineering2021,7,1:1
3Microecological Prevention and Control Technology of Facility Strawberry Continuous Cropping Diseases and Its Application Effects显示文摘In order to actively develop green ecological strawberry, the authors have studied integrated microecological prevention and control technologies of strawberry continuous cropping diseases, including increasing soil biomass and solar high temperature disinfection during strawberry greenhouse leisure period in summer, biological fertilizer (agent) treatment before colonization, root irrigation treatment with biocontrol agent, as well as appropriate amount of fulvic acid and cytex after colonization, forming a supporting technical system for the microecological prevention and control of soil-borne diseases in facilities. 5Synergistic sulfonamides plus clindamycin as an alternative therapeutic regimen for HIV-associated Toxoplasma encephalitis: a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background: The preferred therapeutic regimen for Toxoplasma encephalitis (TE) is a combination of pyrimethamine and sulfadiazine, and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (TMP-SMX) plus azithromycin is the widespread alternative therapeutic regimen. The synergistic sulfonamides tablet contains TMP, sulfadiazine, and SMX and hypothetically could be used for TE treatment. This study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of synergistic sulfonamides plus clindamycin (regimen B) with TMP-SMX plus azithromycin (regimen A) for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) associated TE.Methods: This was an open-labeled, multi-center randomized controlled trial recruited from 11 centers. Each recruited patient was randomly assigned to receive regimen A or regimen B for at least 6 weeks. The overall response was evaluated by assessment of the clinical response of TE-associated clinical features and the radiological response of TE-associated radiological findings. The overall response rate, clinical response rate, radiological response rate, and adverse events were assessed at 2, 6, and 12 weeks. Death events were compared between the two regimens at 6, 12, and 24 weeks.Results: A total of 91 acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)/TE patients were included in the final analysis (44 in regimen Avs. 47 in regimen B). The overall response rate, which refers to the combined clinical and radiological response, was 18.2% (8/44) for regimen A and 21.3 % (10/47) for regimen B at week 6. The results of clinical response showed that, in comparison with regimen A, regimen B may perform better with regards to its effect on the relief of clinical manifestations (50.0% [22/44]vs. 70.2% [33/47],P = 0.049). However, no significant differences in radiological response, mortality events, and adverse events were found between the two regimens at week 6.Conclusions: Synergistic sulfonamides plus clindamycin, as a novel treatment regimen, showed no significantly different efficacy and comparable safety in comparison with the TMP-SMX plus azithromycin regimen. 6Sedimentary filling characteristics and controlling factors of lacustrine microbial carbonates sequence in the Santos Basin,Brazil显示文摘Based on comprehensive analysis of seismic,logging,core,thin section data,and stable isotopic compositions of carbon and oxygen,the sedimentary filling characteristics of the Lower Cretaceous Barra Velha Formation sequence in H oil field,Santos Basin,are studied,and the high-frequency sequence stratigraphic framework is established,and the spatial distribution of reef-shoal bodies are predicted and the controlling factors are discussed.During the depositional period of the Barra Velha Formation,the study area is a slope-isolated platform-slope sedimentary pattern from southwest to northeast and the change of climate background from rift to depression periods has resulted in the variation of sedimentary characteristics from the lower third-order sequence SQ1(BVE 300 Member)of low-energy deep water to the upper third-order sequence SQ2(BVE 200 and 100 members)of high-energy shallow water in the Barra Velha Formation.The activities of extensional faults and strike-slip faults in rift period and the sedimentary differentiation from platform margin to intra-platform in depression period made the sedimentary paleogeomorphology in these two periods show features of“three ridges and two depressions”.The reef-shoal bodies mainly developed in the SQ2-LHST period,with vertical development positions restricted by the periodic oscillation of the lake level,and developed on the top of each high-frequency sequence stratigraphic unit in SQ2-LHST in the platform.The strike-slip fault activity controlled the distribution of the reef-shoal bodies on the plane by changing the sedimentary paleogeomorphology.The positive flower-shaped strike-slip faults made the formation of local highlands at the margins of and inside the shallow water platforms and which became high-energy sedimentary zones,creating conditions for the development of reef-shoal bodies.HE Sai LI Guorong WU Changrong LIU Shugen ZHANG Zhongmin SU Yushan ZHU Yixuan HE Zhao REN Jie WANG Yuchen ZHOU Wei WANG Yajie 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4:0

9Adaptive connected hierarchical optimization algorithm for minimum energy spacecraft attitude maneuver path planning显示文摘Space object observation requirements and the avoidance of specific attitudes produce pointing constraints that increase the complexity of the attitude maneuver path-planning problem.To deal with this issue,a feasible attitude trajectory generation method is proposed that utilizes a multiresolution technique and local attitude node adjustment to obtain sufficient time and quaternion nodes to satisfy the pointing constraints.These nodes are further used to calculate the continuous attitude trajectory based on quaternion polynomial interpolation and the inverse dynamics method.Then,the characteristic parameters of these nodes are extracted to transform the path-planning problem into a parameter optimization problem aimed at minimizing energy consumption.This problem is solved by an improved hierarchical optimization algorithm,in which an adaptive parameter-tuning mechanism is introduced to improve the performance of the original algorithm.A numerical simulation is performed,and the results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.Hanqing He Peng Shi Yushan Zhao 2023Astrodynamics2023,7,2:0
10Genetic Diversity of Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) Cultivars Revealed by ISSR Analysis显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the genetic diversity of 20 lotus( Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn) samples. [Methods]On this optimal ISSR amplification system,16 primers were screened with good polymorphism,and the DNA was used to amplify the 20 plant samples. [Results] The 16 primers produced 225 loci,of which 170 were polymorphic,and the polymorphic loci percentage was up to 75. 56%. The genetic similarity coefficients between the 20 varieties ranged from 0. 577 8 to 0. 951 1,which were calculated by POPGENE32. The 20 varieties by UPMGA analysis could be clustered into 2 groups,the first of which included Baiyangdian red lotus and Donggua lotus,and other varieties was included in the second group.
