| 1 | Vision,application scenarios,and key technology trends for 6G mobile communications显示文摘With the global commercialization of the fifth-generation(5G)network,many countries,including China,USA,European countries,Japan,and Korea,have started exploring 6G mobile communication network,following the tradition of“planning the next while commercializing one generation”.Currently,studies on 6G networks are at the infancy stage.Research on the vision and requirements for 6G is still ongoing,and the industry is yet to clarify the key enabling technologies for 6G.However,6G will certainly build on the success of 5G.Therefore,developing high-quality 5G networks and seamlessly integrating 5G with verticals are the priorities before 2030,when 6G is projected to be commercialized.Also,global 5G standards will keep evolving to better support vertical applications.As a milestone,the Third-Generation Partnership Project(3GPP)published Release 16 in July 2020,which continuously enhanced the capabilities of mobile broadband service based on Release 15 and realized the support for low-delay and high-reliability applications,such as Internet of Vehicles and industrial Internet.Currently,3GPP is working on Releases 17 and 18,focusing on meeting the demands of medium-and high-data-rate machine communication with low-cost and high-precision positioning,which will be published in June 2022.Thus,6G networks will further expand the application fields and scope of the Internet of Things to accommodate those services and applications that are beyond the capabilities of 5G networks.Herein,we present our vision,application scenarios,and key technological trends for 6G networks.Furthermore,we propose several future research opportunities in 6G networks with regard to industrialization and standardization. | Zhiqin WANG Ying DU Kejun WEI Kaifeng HAN Xiaoyan XU Guiming WEI Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Jianglei MA Jun WANG Guangjian WANG Xueqiang YAN Jiying XIANG He HUANG Ruyue LI Xinhui WANG Yingmin WANG Shaohui SUN Shiqiang SUO Qiubin GAO Xin SU | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5: | 17 |
| 2 | In Silico search and biological validation of MicroR171 family related to abiotic stress response in mulberry(Morus alba)显示文摘miR171 belongs to a highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed micro RNA gene family across species that play a critical role in controlling plant growth and development through the regulation of the miR171-SCL(scarecrow-like proteins)module.There is limited research available on the evolutionary relationship and functional diversification of miR171 members.In this study,we identified eight miR171 genes in the mulberry genome by bioinformatics analysis that were subsequently used to compare the evolutionary levels and explore abiotic stress mechanisms mediated by mno-miR171s(Morus notabilis miR171s).The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that the mature mno-miR171 sequences have strong sequence conservation,but their critical sites also exhibit high variation leading to functional diversification.Through quantitative real-time PCR,the expression profile of each mno-miR171 was analyzed under different stress treatments.All mno-miR171s,apart from mnomiR171h,were found to be significantly up-regulated under salt and drought stress conditions.The target genes of mno-miR171a namely,Morus020885 and Morus011800,were predicted and verified using the plural RNA method.5-rapid amplification of complementary DNA ends assays further to reveal that the target genes could be degraded by mno-miR171a post-transcriptionally.Overexpression of mno-miR171a in Arabidopsis improved the percentage of seed germination when the seeds were grown in NaCl-and mannitol-containing media.Transgenic plants were observed to grow better under drought conditions.The expression of various stress genes was significantly higher in transgenic plants than in wild type,except ERF11.Taken together,our study confirmed that mno-miR171a enhanced plant resistance to adverse stress environments via the regulation of the SCL targets. | Zhichao Sun R.M.Saravana Kumar Jisheng Li Guiming Yang Yan Xie | 2022 | Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,2: | 2 |

| 6 | An Investigation into the Needs of Community Health Service for Residents in Tianjin显示文摘This article will investigate on the current needs of community service for residents in Tianjin city by providing nursing services at a targeted community.The demands for community nursing services in Tianjin city were investigated by sending questionnaire to targeted general residents and communities.As collected from the questionnaire,the most common diseases that were mentioned are hypertension(33.2%),coronary heart disease(27.8%),and diabetes(15.7%).63.0%of the residents have health records and 79.7%of the residents have seen a doctor in community hospitals.As results,the highest demands on general nursing services in the community are a regular physical examination,health consultations,and regular home visits.Moreover,the control and management service demands specifically for chronic diseases are a regular heart rate examination,blood pressure examination,blood sugar examination,drug administration,and a diet management.In conclusion,as the age structure of community is higher,a higher demand is needed in providing health services such as caring for chronic disease patients and geriatric,which is conducive in improving the quality and the satisfactory needs of health services for residents in Tianjin,China. | Yan Guiming Zhao Lin Xia Li Wu Jie Sun Li | 2018 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2018,2,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Efficiency of community health centers in China during 2013-2015:A synchronic and diachronic study显示文摘Objective:We aimed to explore the efficiency of community health centers(CHCs)in China from 2013 to 2015,providing policy suggestions for optimizing the allocation of health resources.Methods:Data on the efficiency of CHCs in 30 provinces/autonomous regions/municipalities in China's Mainland(except Tibet)from 2013 to 2015 were collected from China’s Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook 2014,China’s Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook 2015,and China’s Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook 2016.Data envelopment analysis and Malmquist index analysis were performed to investigate the efficiency of sampled CHCs during this period at the national level and the regional level.The applied input indicators include the numbers of CHCs,community health workers,and beds,and the output indicators consist of the numbers of visits and inpatients,the occupancy rate of beds,and the average length of stay.Results:In 2015,the average annual overall technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency of CHCs in 30 regions at the national level were 0.715,0.705,and 0.972,respectively.Eight regions(Guangdong,Guizhou,Hainan,Ningxia,Qinghai,Shanghai,Zhejiang,and Chongqing,accounting for 26.7%of the total)had efficient CHCs with overall technical ef-ficiency of 1.000,and the other 22 regions had surpluses of 131 CHCs,5573 community health workers,and 2086 beds on average.In 2015,the average annual technical change index,pure technical efficiency change index,total factor productivity,technical efficiency change index,and scale efficiency change index of CHCs at the national level were 1.034,1.002,1.024,0.990,and 0.988,respectively.Compared with 2013,the former three increased by 3.4%,0.2%,and 2.4%,respectively,while the latter two decreased by 1.0%and 1.2%,respectively.Conclusion:On the whole,efficiency improvements of CHCs were achieved at the national level from 2013 to 2015,but with obvious interregional differences.In regions with inefficient CHCs identified by data envelopment analysis,there was a problem of coexistence of shortage and wastage of community health resources.In view of this,targeted measures should be taken to optimize the allocation of community health resources,and the management of CHCs should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of these institutions. | Lin Zhao Yao Zhang Yabing Hou Guiming Yan | 2018 | Family Medicine and Community Health2018,6,4: | 0 |
