| 1 | Break Down of Vertical-Bloch-Line Chains in the First Kind of Dumbbell Domain Walls Subjected to an in-Plane Field显示文摘Experiments were statistically carried out on the behavior of the vertical-Bloch-line(VBL)chains of the first kind of dumbbell domains(IDs)in garnet bubble films subjected to an in-plane field,Hip.It was found that for IDs the critical in-plane field,(Hip)ID,above which their VBL chains disappear,is the same as that of ordinary hard bubbles(OHBs),H'ip.However,for IDS,the critical range of Hip for VBL chain softening is larger than that of OHBs.Besides,we also found some details of the softening process,e.g.,the collapse field range of the remaining IDs shrinks rapidly towards H_(0,mas),and this very narrow range can maintain until all IDs are softened. | GUO Gexin LU Wei SUN Huiyuan NIE Xiangfu MENG Guangqing HAN Baoshan | 1995 | Chinese Physics Letters1995,12,8: | 4 |
| 2 | Investigation of adsorption of surfactant at the air-water interface with quantum chemistry method显示文摘Density functional theory (DFT) of quantum chemistry was used to optimize the configuration of the anionic surfactant complexes CH3(CH2)7OSO?3 (H2O)n (n=0―6) and calculate their molecular frequencies at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level. The interaction of CH3(CH2)7OSO?3 with 1 to 6 water molecules was inves-tigated at the air-water interface with DFT. The results revealed that the hydration shell was formed in the form of H-bond between the hydrophilic group of CH3(CH2)7OSO?3 and 6 waters. The strength of H-bonds belongs to medium. Binding free energy revealed that the hydration shell was stable. | 4 | 大肠癌中Livin和IGF-Ⅱ表达的相关性研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to test the expressions of Livin and insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) in colorectal cancers and discuss their significance of carcinogenesis and progression in colorectal cancers,to provide a new target and theory basement for cancer therapy.Methods:The expressions of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ were detected by immunohistochemistry SABC in 60 cases of colorectal cancer and their associated colorectal tissues,and the associations between the expression levels of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ and clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal carcinomas were 68.33% and 63.33% respectively,higher than those of para-carcinomatous normal tissues and colorectal adenomas.There were no significant correlations between the expressions of Livin,IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal carcinomas and the patient's age,sex,tumor size and location,while distant metastasis,Dukes stage,histological type,lymph node metastasis,and whether the tumors have received radiotherapy and chemotherapy were significantly correlated with the expressions of Livin,IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal carcinomas.Conclusion:Livin and IGF-Ⅱ play important roles in carcinogenesis and progression of colorectal cancer.This study showed obvious correlation between the expressions of Livin and IGF-Ⅱ in colorectal cancers.It could be used as the reference for further researches.Livin is hopeful to be a new molecular target in cancer therapy. | Guanming Bao Changwu Zhang Gexin Wang | 2010 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,8: | 1 |
