| 1 | Effect of annealing treatment on the structural, optical, and electrical properties of Al-doped ZnO thin films显示文摘Highly conductive and transparent Al-doped ZnO (AZO) thin films were prepared from a zinc target containing Al (1.5 wt.%) by direct current (DC) and radio frequency (RF) reactive magnetron sputtering. The structural, optical, and electrical properties of AZO films as-deposited and submitted to annealing treatment (at 300 and 400°C, respectively) were characterized using various techniques. The experimental results show that the properties of AZO thin films can be further improved by annealing treatment. The crystallinity of ZnO films improves after annealing treatment. The transmittances of the AZO thin films prepared by DC and RF reactive magnetron sputtering are up to 80% and 85% in the visible region, re- spectively. The electrical resistivity of AZO thin films prepared by DC reactive magnetron sputtering can be as low as 8.06 × 10?4 ??cm after annealing treatment. | 4 | JOINT ITERATIVE DECODING FOR SIMPLE-ENCODING SYSTEMATIC IRREGULAR-LDPC-BASED CODED COOPERATION IN NON-IDEAL RELAY CHANNEL显示文摘In this paper, a new kind of simple-encoding irregular systematic LDPC codes suitable for one-relay coded cooperation is designed, where the proposed joint iterative decoding is effectively performed in the destination which is in accordance with the corresponding joint Tanner graph characterizing two different component LDPC codes used by the source and relay in ideal and non-ideal relay cooperations. The theoretical analysis and simulations show that the coded cooperation scheme obviously outperforms the coded non-cooperation one under the same code rate and decoding complex. | 10 | The novel transmission scheme with CAT Ethernet cable and SFP for White Rabbit显示文摘Background White Rabbit(WR)is a deterministic Ethernet-based network for general-purpose data transfer and subnanosecond time synchronization in large distributed systems.WR has been used in Large Hadron Collider and Large High-Altitude Air Shower Observatory for physics experiment.Purpose WR mainly uses the optical fiber for data transmission between WR devices.Commercial off-the-shelf Direct Attach Cable is not suitable for WR network at 100m level distance.Considering the lower cost of Category(CAT)Ethernet cable compared to optical fiber and the demand of remote power supply in distributed system at 100m level length,we developed a novel transmission scheme with CAT Ethernet cable for WR.Methods The novel transmission scheme uses the CAT Ethernet cable and small form-factor pluggable connector which is compatible with the optical links.This scheme only uses two pairs of twisted lines in the CAT Ethernet cable for data uplink and downlink.The other two pairs of twisted lines are used for remote power supply.Results and conclusion The novel transmission scheme could use the CAT Ethernet cable to complete remote power supply and time synchronization with expected time offset of less than 100 ps and standard deviation of less than 20 ps in the WR distributed system.The distance of distributed nodes could be 80m with one CAT 7 Ethernet cable or 150m with relay transceiver connecting two CAT 7 Ethernet cables.In the short-distance scenarios,the novel transmission scheme has lower cost than the optical fiber and additional power supply function. | Yanke Cai Jie Zhang Yunhua Sun Fengfan Yang Xiaoshan Jiang Changge Zi Cong He Shanshan Cui | 2021 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,2: | 0 |
