12富含长链n-3多不饱和脂肪酸日粮对荷斯坦奶牛生产与再生产变量的影响显示文摘为确定过瘤胃鱼油补充剂对产后奶牛的生产和再生产变量的影响,试验选取荷斯坦奶牛46头,分为两组,分别在基础日粮中添加多不饱和脂肪酸添加剂n-3[n-3;过瘤胃鱼油;1%的干物质摄入量(DMI);n=23]或n-6(对照组,烘烤黄豆,1.8%DMI;n=23),试验期为两个连续的哺乳期。在产犊到产犊后2个月期间的日粮中添加补充剂来评估其对卵泡生长和发育成熟的影响,排卵发生在受精日。试验对体重(BW)、牛奶产量(MY)和成分、干物质摄取量(DMI)、能量平衡(EB)、皮下脂肪厚度、血浆脂肪酸组成、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、葡萄糖和尿素浓度、卵泡活性、胚胎死亡率和生育率进行了评估。试验结果表明,BW、MY、DMI、血浆游离脂肪酸、葡萄糖和尿素不受饮食的影响。n-3添加组大卵泡(直径≥10 mm)数量有增加趋势(P=0.06),并且在受精后21 d,不育或早期胚胎死亡率降低,n-3组的13.5%与n-6组38.8%比较(P=0.09),在受精后35 d或90 d对受孕率没有影响。表明卵巢变量与生产和代谢参数没有关联,尤其是n-3 PUFA的补充。需要进一步研究来确定DHA或EPA是否能提高哺乳期奶牛的生育能力。Elis S Freret S Desmarchais A Maillard V Cogni J Briant E Dupont J L T M Faverdin P Chajès V Uzbekova S Monger P Dupont J 2016饲料博览2016,0,2:0
