| 1 | 针刺对体外受精结局的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:本研究旨在评价针灸对于体外受精结局的影响。方法:纳入2009-2010年间来Khomeini医院就诊的164名接受试管婴儿辅助生育的妇女。分为针灸组82例,对照组82例。针灸组在取卵当天、取卵后2日和胚胎移植前百会、腰阳关、太冲、内关、三阴交、归来、足三里、合谷以及耳穴内生殖器和神门进行针灸治疗,对照组不接受针灸治疗。比较两组的受孕阳性试验、临床怀孕和保胎能力。结果:针灸组受孕34例(41.5%),对照组21例(25.6%),两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组第五周可见孕囊人数为31例(37.8%),对照组为17例(20.7%),两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);12周后怀孕人数针灸组和对照组分别为21(21.6%)and 12(14.6%),两组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸可以提高体外受精成功率。 | Sepideh Peyvandi Samaneh Rokhgireh Nadali Esmaeeli | 2016 | World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion2016,26,3: | 5 |
| 2 | DIRECT NUMERICAL SIMULATIONS OF MULTIPHASE FLOWS显示文摘Direct numerical simulations have recently emerged as a viable tool to study finite Reynolds number multiphase flows. The approach parallels direct numerical simulations of turbulent flows, but the unsteady motion of a deformable phase boundary adds considerable complexity. Here, a front tracking method that has been used to study several multiphase flow problems is described. The Navier Stokes equations are solved by a finite difference/front tracking technique that allows the inclusion of fully deformable interfaces and surface tension, in addition to inertial and viscous effects. | 3 | Prevalence survey of infection with Treponema pallidum among HIV-positive patients in Tehran显示文摘Objective:To identify the frequency of syphilis among Iranian HIV-positive patients.Methods:A cross-sectional study on the prevalence of syphilis and HIV co-infection among 450 patients diagnosed with HIV infection was conducted between 2004 and 2008 at Imam Khomeini hospital,Tehran,Iran.The lab tests including CD4 cell count,cerebrospinal fluid,veneral disease research laboratory(VDRL),fluorescent treponema antibody-absorption(FTA-Abs)and viral load were performed for all the patients.Data regarding medical history and their demographics were also collected.Results:Of all 450 HIV-positive patients,24(5.3%)had a positive VDRL test and only two men had a FTA-Abs positive test which means 0.45%of them had a definite co-infection of syphilis.65.3%of the HIV-positive patients were injection drug users that the co-infection prevalence of them was 0.7%.We did not find any patient with neurosyphilis.Conclusions:Considering the increasing prevalence of HIV and also extensive use of highly active antiretroviral therapy in developing nations,the diagnosis of syphilis should be timely established using screening tests among such patients. | Banafsheh Moradmand Badie Zeinab Yavari Shooka Esmaeeli Koosha Paydary Sahra Emamzadeh-Fard SeyedAhmad SeyedAlinaghi Mehrnaz Rasoulinejad | 2013 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,4: | 3 |
| 4 | Breathable,antifreezing,mechanically skin-like hydrogel textile wound dressings with dual antibacterial mechanisms显示文摘Hydrogels are emerging as the most promising dressings due to their excellent biocompatibility,extracellular matrix mimicking structure,and drug loading ability.However,existing hydrogel dressings exhibit limited breathability,poor environmental adaptability,potential drug resistance,and limited drug options,which extremely restrict their therapeutic effect and working scenarios.Here,the current research introduces the first paradigm of hydrogel textile dressings based on novel gelatin glycerin hydrogel(glyhydrogel)fibers fabricated by the Hofmeister effect based wet spinning.Benefiting from the unique knitted structure,the textile dressing features excellent breathability(1800 times that of the commercially available 3 M dressing)and stretchability(535.51±38.66%).Furthermore,the glyhydrogel textile dressing can also withstand the extreme temperature of-80℃,showing the potential for application in subzero environments.Moreover,the introduction of glycerin endows the textile dressing with remarkable antibacterial property and expands the selection of loaded drugs(e.g.,clindamycin).The prepared glyhydrogel textile dressing shows an excellent infected wound healing effect with a complete rat skin closure within 14 days.All these functions have not been achievable by traditional hydrogel dressings and provide a new approach for the development of hydrogel dressings. | Sihan Jiang Jiajia Deng Yuhui Jin Bo Qian Wanqi Lv Qiangqiang Zhou Enhua Mei Rasoul Esmaeely Neisiany Yuehua Liu Zhengwei You Jie Pan | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,3: | 3 |
| 5 | Fabrication method and microstructural characteristics of coal-tar-pitchbased 2D carbon/carbon composites显示文摘The lignin-cellulosic texture of wood was used to produce two-dimensional(2D) carbon/carbon(C/C) composites using coal tar pitch. Ash content tests were conducted to select two samples among the different kinds of woods present in Iran, including walnut, white poplar, cherry, willow, buttonwood, apricots, berry, and blue wood. Walnut and white poplar with ash contents of 1.994wt% and 0.351wt%, respectively, were selected. The behavior of these woods during pyrolysis was investigated by differential thermal analysis(DTA) and thermo gravimetric(TG) analysis. The bulk density and open porosity were measured after carbonization and densification. The microstructural characteristics of samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy. The results indicate that the density of both the walnut and white poplar is increased, and the open porosity is decreased with the increasing number of carbonization cycles. | 10 | Mass transfer coefficient in the eductor liquid-liquid extraction column显示文摘In this research gasoil desalting was investigated from mass transfer point of view in an eductor liquid–liquid extraction column(eductor-LLE device).Mass transfer characteristics of the eductor-LLE device were evaluated and an empirical correlation was obtained by dimensional analysis of the dispersed phase Sherwood number.The Results showed that the overall mass transfer coefficient of the dispersed phase and extraction efficiency have been increased by increasing Sauter mean diameter(SMD)and decreasing the nozzle diameter from 2 to 1 mm,respectively.The effects of Reynolds number(R_(e)),projection ratio(ratio of the distance between venturi throat and nozzle tip to venturi throat diameter,Rpr),venturi throat area to nozzle area ratio(R_(th-n))and two phases flow rates ratio(R_(Q))on the mass transfer coefficient(K)were determined.According to the results,K increase with increasing Re and RQ and also with decreasing Rpr and R_(th-n).Semi-empirical models of drop formation,rising and coalescence were compared with our proposed empirical model.It was revealed that the present model provided a relatively good fitting for the mass transfer model of drop coalescence.Moreover,experimental data were in better agreement with calculated data with AARE value of 0.085. | Bahare Esmaeeli Ahad Ghaemi Mansour Shirvani Mostafa Hosseinzadeh | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,12: | 1 |
