| 1 | 外科手术中血液回输在医学界的争论显示文摘1886年首次报导手术中血液的利用(IBS)和自身输血。随着现代化心血管、创伤外科的发展,它的应用明显增多。近20年在这个领域中有许多文献。并存在着争论。作者复习了有关IBS应用的指征、反指征和并发症方面的主要文献,不加评价,以了解IBS的应用尚需进一步研究。本文所指的手术中血液利用(TBS),不包括术中血液稀释和输预先贮存的自体血。肿瘤外科在IBS时获得的肿瘤细胞有回输造成肿瘤转移的可能,所以原发的,没有转移的恶性肿瘤切除作IBS和自体输血是禁忌的;已确定有转移的作姑息性肿瘤切除者更不用IBS。 | Dzik WH 周惠玲 贺明琪 | 1991 | 国外医学(输血及血液学分册)1991，14，6： | 12 |
