Cloning and characterization of squalene synthase and cycloartenol synthase from Siraitia grosvenorii显示文摘Mogrosides and steroid saponins are tetracyclic triterpenoids found in Siraitia grosvenorii.Squalene synthase(SQS) and cycloartenol synthase(CAS) are key enzymes in triterpenoid and steroid biosynthesis. In this study,full-length cDNAs of SgSQS and SgCAS were cloned by a rapid amplification of cDNA-ends with polymerase chain reaction(RACE-PCR) approach. The SgSQS cDNA has a 1254 bp open reading frame(ORF) encoding 417 amino acids, and the SgCAS cDNA contains a 2298 bp ORF encoding 765 amino acids.Bioinformatic analysis showed that the deduced SgSQS protein has two transmembrane regions in the C-terminal.Both SgSQS and SgCAS have significantly higher levels in fruits than in other tissues, suggesting that steroids and mogrosides are competitors for the same precursors in fruits.Combined in silico prediction and subcellular localization, experiments in tobacco indicated that SgSQS was probably in the cytoplasm or on the cytoskeleton, and SgCAS was likely located in the nucleus or cytosol. These results will provide a foundation for further study of SgSQS and SgCAS gene functions in S.grosvenorii, and may facilitate improvements in mogroside content in fruit by regulating gene expression.Huan Zhao Qi Tang Changming Mo Longhua Bai Dongping Tu Xiaojun Ma 2017Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2:10
Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of influenza: a systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To justify the clinical use of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in the treatment of influenza.METHODS: MEDLINE, EMBASE, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Wanfang Database and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews were searched from thedate of inception until January 1,2013, for the literature on treatment of influenza with TCM.RESULTS: A total of 7 randomized controlled trials were identified and reviewed. 3Influence of Range Gate Width on Detection Probability and Ranging Accuracy of Single Photon Laser Altimetry Satellite显示文摘The influence of the single photon laser altimeter range-gate width on the detection probability and ranging accuracy is discussed and analyzed, according to the LiDAR equation, single photon detection equation and the Monte Carlo method to simulate the experiment. The simulated results show that the probability of detection is not affected by the range gate, while the probability of false alarm is relative to the gate width. When the gate width is 100 ns,the ranging accuracy can accord with the requirements of satellite laser altimeter. But when the range gate width exceeds 400 ns,ranging accuracy will decline sharply. The noise ratio will be more as long as the range gate to get larger,so the refined filtering algorithm during the data processing is important to extract the useful photons effectively. In order to ensure repeated observation of the same point for 25 times,we deduce the quantitative relation between the footprint size, footprint, and frequency repetition according to the parameters of ICESat-2.The related conclusions can provide some references for the design and the development of the domestic single photon laser altimetry satellite.Guoyuan LI Fanghong YE Xinming TANG Dongping XIE Jiapeng HUANG Genhua HUANG 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,2:4
Cloning and expression of SgCYP450-4from Siraitia grosvenorii显示文摘CYP450 plays an essential role in the development and growth of the fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii. However, little is known about the SgCYP450-4 gene in S. grosvenorii. Here, based on transcriptome data, a full-length c DNA sequence of SgCYP450-4 was cloned by reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and rapid-amplification of c DNA ends(RACE) strategies. SgCYP450-4 is 1677 bp in length(Gen Bank accession No. AEM42985.1) and contains a complete open reading frame(ORF) of 1422 bp. The deduced protein was composed of 473 amino acids, the molecular weight is 54.01 kDa, the theoretical isoelectric point(PI) is 8.8, and the protein was predicted to possess cytochrome P450 domains. SgCYP450-4 gene was highly expressed in root, diploid fruit and fruit treated with hormone and pollination. At 10 days after treatment with pollination and hormones, the expression of SgCYP450-4had the highest level and then decreased over time, which was consistent with the development of fruits of S.Grosvenorii. Hormonal treatment could significantly induce the expression of SgCYP450-4. These results provide a reference for regulation of fruit development and the use of parthenocarpy to generate seedless fruit, and provide a scientific basis for the production of growth regulator application agents.Dongping Tu Xiaojun Ma Huan Zhao Changming Mo Qi Tang Liuping Wang Jie Huang Limei Pan 2016Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2016,6,6:3

Versatile sensing devices for self-driven designated therapy based on robust breathable composite films显示文摘Flexible wearable electronics were developed for applications such as electronic skins,human-machine interactions, healthcare monitoring, and anti-infection therapy. But conventional materials showed impermeability, single sensing ability, and no designated therapy, which hindered their applications. Thus it was still a great challenge to develop electronic devices with multifunctional sensing properties and self-driven anti-infection therapy.Herein, flexible and breathable on-skin electronic devices for multifunctional fabric based sensing and self-driven designated anti-infection therapy were prepared successfully with cellulose nanocrystals/iron(Ⅲ)ion/polyvinyl alcohol(CNC/Fe^(3+)/PVA)composite.The resultant composite films possessed robust mechanical performances, outstanding conductivity, and distinguished breathability(3.03 kg/(m^(2)·d)),which benefited from the multiple interactions of weak hydrogen bonds and Fe^(3+) chelation and synergistic effects among CNC,polyaniline(PANI),and PVA.Surprisingly, the film could be assembled as a multifunctional sensor to actively monitor real-time physical and infection related signals such as temperature,moisture,pH,NH3,and human movements even at sweat states.More importantly, this multifunctional device could act as a self-driven therapist to eliminate bacterial by the release of Fe^(3+),which was driven by the damage of metal coordination Fe-O bonds due to the high temperature caused by infection at wound sites. Thus, the composite films had potential versatile applications in electronic skins, smart wound dressings,human-machine interactions, and self-driven anti-infection therapy.Zhaofeng Ouyang Songbo Cui Houyong Yu Dewen Xu Chuang Wang Dongping Tang Kam Chiu Tam 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:1

Control Method for Additional Damper in Hydro-turbine Speed Governor of Hydro-dominant Power Systems显示文摘With the rapid development of the national interconnected power grid, fast automatic excitation regulators and fast turbine governors are being widely used.In the current systems, some power plants adjust their responses for turbine governor systems to a very sensitive level to meet the primary frequency regulation assessment index, which actively brings about negative damping.Under these circumstances, the ultralow frequency oscillation(ULFO)phenomenon emerged in hydrodominant power systems. In order to solve the problem of ULFO,the hydro-turbine governor additional damper(GAD)based on phase compensation, which adapts to ULFO,is developed. The design of the control system is relatively simple. As a phase compensation based on the field testing and modeling of the turbine governor,GAD can provide the power system with positive damping, which contributes to the stability and security of the system.According to the impact of the mechanism of the turbine governor on the dynamic stability of the power system and the research of modeling and parametric testing, the proposed method not only supports positive damping, but also eliminates the negative damping of the speed governing system, which can significantly suppress the ultralow frequency oscillation and make it feasible to configure the GAD parameters according to field testing.Guanhong Wang Yong Tang Ying Li Dongping Ai Gang Chen Wei Wei 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,2:0
