| 1 | miR-182参与调节胶质母细胞瘤的凋亡、生长和分化(英文)显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)is a lethal,therapy-resistant brain cancer consisting of numerous tumor cell subpopulations,including stem-like glioma-initiating cells(GICs),which contribute to tumor recurrence following initial response to therapy.Here,we identified miR-182 as a regulator of apoptosis,growth,and differentiation programs whose expression level is correlated with GBM patient survival.Repression of Bcl2-like12(Bcl2L12),c-Met,and hypoxia-inducible factor 2α(HIF2A)is of central importance to miR-182 anti-tumor activity,as it results in enhanced therapy susceptibility,decreased GIC sphere size,expansion,and stemness in vitro.To evaluate the tumor-suppressive function of miR-182 in vivo,we synthesized miR-182-based spherical nucleic acids(182-SNAs);i.e.,gold nanoparticles covalently functionalized with mature miR-182 duplexes.Intravenously administered 182-SNAs penetrated the bloodbrain/blood-tumor barriers(BBB/BTB)in orthotopic GBM xenografts and selectively disseminated throughout extravascular glioma parenchyma,causing reduced tumor burden and increased animal survival.Our results indicate that harnessing the anti-tumor activities of miR-182 via safe and robust delivery of 182-SNAs represents a novel strategy for therapeutic intervention in GBM. | Kouri FM Hurley LA Daniel WL Day ES Hua Y Hao L Peng CY Merkel TJ Queisser MA Ritner C Zhang H James CD Sznajder JI Chin L Giljohann DA Kessler JA Peter ME Mirkin CA Stegh AH | 2015 | 中华神经外科疾病研究杂志2015，14，2： | 14 |

| 3 | Tunable and switchable polarization rotation with non-reciprocal plasmonic thin films at designated wavelengths显示文摘We experimentally demonstrate an ultra-thin plasmonic optical rotator in the visible regime that induces a polarization rotation that is continuously tunable and switchable by an external magnetic field.The rotator is a magneto-plasmonic hybrid structure consisting of a magneto-optical EuSe slab and a one-dimensional plasmonic gold grating.At low temperatures,EuSe possesses a large Verdet constant and exhibits Faraday rotation,which does not saturate over a regime of several Tesla.By combining these properties with plasmonic Faraday rotation enhancement,a large tuning range of the polarization rotation of up to 8.4° for a film thickness of 220 nm is achieved.Furthermore,through experiments and simulations,we demonstrate that the unique dispersion properties of the structure enable us to tailor the wavelengths of the tunable polarization rotation to arbitrary spectral positions within the transparency window of the magneto-optical slab.The demonstrated concept might lead to important,highly integrated,non-reciprocal,photonic devices for light modulation,optical isolation,and magnetic field optical sensing.The simple fabrication of EuSe nanostructures by physical vapor deposition opens the way for many potentially interesting magneto-plasmonic systems and three-dimensional magneto-optical metamaterials. | Dominik Floess Jessie Y Chin Akihito Kawatani Daniel Dregely Hanns-Ulrich Habermeier Thomas Weiss Harald Giessen | 2015 | Light(Science & Applications)2015，4，1： | 4 |

| 5 | Drug-induced autoimmune hepatitis:A minireview显示文摘Drug-induced autoimmune hepatitis(DIAIH)is a specific phenotype of druginduced liver injury that may lead to the devastating outcome of acute liver failure requiring liver transplantation.Drugs implicated in DIAIH include antimicrobials such as nitrofurantoin and minocycline,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,statins as well as anti-tumor necrosis agents.The clinical features of druginduced liver injury are indistinguishable from idiopathic autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)as both may have positive AIH-related autoantibodies,elevated immunoglobulin G,as well as similar histopathological findings.In patients who show no clinical improvement,or there is progressive liver injury despite cessation of the suspected drug,a liver biopsy should be considered,whereby the presence of advance fibrosis on histology favors the diagnosis of idiopathic AIH.Empirical treatment with corticosteroids may be required in patients with non-resolving liver injury.A typical clinical scenario supportive of DIAIH includes a history of drug exposure with spontaneous resolution of liver injury after drug withdrawal and the absence of relapse after rapid steroid taper.In this article we report two cases of DIAIH secondary to Sorafenib and Atorvastatin along with a review of currently available literature.Early identification and treatment often lead to a favorable outcome in DIAIH. | Chin Kimg Tan Danielle Ho Lai Mun Wang Rahul Kumar | 2022 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2022，28，24： | 2 |

| 8 | Accuracy of endoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acquisition in the evaluation of lymph nodes enlargement in the absence of on-site pathologist显示文摘AIM To evaluate factors that influence the diagnostic accuracy of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)-guided tissue acquisition for lymph node enlargement in the absence of an on-site pathologist. METHODS A retrospective analysis of patients who underwent EUS-guided tissue acquisition for the pathological diagnosis of lymph node enlargement between April2012 and June 2015 is reported. Tissue acquisition was performed with both cytology and biopsy needles of different calibers. The variables evaluated were lymph node location and size, number of passes and type of needle used. Final diagnosis was based on surgical histopathology or, in non-operated cases, on EUSguided tissue acquisition and imaging assessment with a minimum clinical follow-up of 6 mo. RESULTS During the study period, 168 lymph nodes with a median size of 20.3 mm(range 12.5-27) were sampled from 152 patients. Ninety lymph nodes(53.6%) were located at mediastinum, and 105(62.5%) were acquired with biopsy needles. The final diagnosis was benign/reactive origin in 87 cases(51.8%), malignant in 65 cases(38.7%), and lymphoma in 16 cases(9.5%). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value for the detection of malignancy were 74.1%, 100%, 100% and 80.6%, respectively. The overall accuracy was 87.5%(95%CI: 81.7-91.7). No variables were independently associated with a correct final diagnosis according to the multivariate analysis. CONCLUSION EUS-guided tissue acquisition is a highly accurate technique for assessing lymph node enlargement.
