1Evolution of endovascular mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke显示文摘Acute ischemic stroke(AIS) is a common medical problem associated with significant morbidity and mortality worldwide. A small proportion of AIS patients meet eligibility criteria for intravenous thrombolysis(IVT) with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator, and its efficacy for large vessel occlusion is poor. Therefore, an increasing number of patients with AIS are being treated with endovascular mechanical thrombectomy when IVT is ineffective or contraindicated. Rapid advancement in catheter-based and endovascular device technology has led to significant improvements in rates of cerebral reperfusion with these devices. Stentrievers and modern aspiration catheters have now surpassed earlier generation devices in the degree and rapidity of revascularization. This progress has been achieved with no concurrent increase in risk of major complications or mortality, both when used alone or in combination with IVT. The initial randomized controlled trials comparing endovascular therapy to IVT for AIS failed to show superior outcomes with endovascular treatment, butkey limitations of each trial may limit the significance of these results to current practice. While endovascular devices and operator experience continue to evolve, we are optimistic that this will be accompanied by improvements in patient outcomes. This review highlights the major endovascular devices used in current practice and the trials which have investigated their efficacy.Colin J Przybylowski Dale Ding Robert M Starke Christopher R Durst R Webster Crowley Kenneth C Liu 2014World Journal of Clinical Cases2014,2,11:2

6TOWARDS A THICK DESCRIPTION OF CHINESE FAMILY AND POLITICAL CULTURE: CONFUCIANISM, SOCIALISM AND LIBERALISM IN CHINA显示文摘中国家庭法律的当代的研究通常跟随一条西方的途径,把家庭看作一个民用的合同。 DING Xiaodong Dale (Yuhao) Zhong 2014Frontiers of Law in China-Selected Publications from Chinese Universities2014,9,3:0
7Inflammation of the cerebral arteries: lifting the veil on the pathobiology of intracranial aneurysms显示文摘Cerebral aneurysms(CAs)are the most common cause of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).[1]Despite significant improvements in microsurgical and endovascular aneurysm therapies and in neurocritical care since the turn of the century, the outcomes after CA rupture remain dismal. The mortality associated with aneurysmal SAH is approximately 50%,and of the survivors, approximately one-third have long-term neurocognitive deficits and one-half require permanent assistance.[2,3]Since post-SAH management outcomes have seemingly plateaued in the past decade, the ideal window for improving overall outcomes in CA patients is prior to rupture.[4]Dale Ding 2015Neuroimmunology and Neuroinflammation2015,2,1:0
