| 2 | Isolation of Swine Corynebacteria and Analysis of 16S rDNA Gene显示文摘A strain of gram-positive bacillus was isolated from suppurative lung organs of nursery pigs in a pig farm,which was further characterized by morphological observation,cultivation test,biochemical test,drug sensitivity test,pathogenicity test and 16 S rDNA gene cloning and sequence analysis. The results showed that the isolate grew well in rabbit blood agar plate and horse serum tryptone soybean agar( TSA) plate under aerobic condition,which could lead to mortality of mice and were susceptible to cephalosporin antibiotics and fluoroquinolone antibiotics. | 3 | Spatiotemporally co-delivery of triple therapeutic drugs via HA-coating nanosystems for enhanced immunotherapy显示文摘There is growing empirical evidence that certain types of chemotherapy and phototherapy trigger immunogenic cell death and enhance the therapeutic anticancer efficacy of genetic immunotherapy. However, the main challenge is spatiotemporally co-delivering different drugs to maximize the therapeutic index of the combination therapy. In this study, a drug delivery system(HTCP-Au/shPD-L1/DOX) was designed with a polysaccharide-wrapped shell and a condensed DNA core. To construct the HTCP-Au vector, dodecyl side chains with a polyethylenimine(PEI) head were grafted onto hyaluronic acid, and Au NPs were grafted via Au-S bonds. During drug loading, PEI arrested shRNA plasmid DNA targeting programmed cell death ligand 1(shPD-L1) via electrostatic interactions. It also formed a PEI-DNA core that was automatically enclosed when aliphatic hydrocarbons pulled the hyaluronic acid backbone. A hydrophobic interlayer consisting of dodecyl bridge chains between the PEI-DNA core and the hyaluronic acid shell was required to accommodate hydrophobic doxorubicin. In vitro and in vivo assays demonstrated that this core-shell drug delivery system could efficiently load and transport three different drugs and effectively target tumors. | 4 | Structural and Optical Properties of Ce^(3+), Yb^(3+) Co-doped YAG Films by Pulsed Laser Deposition显示文摘Ce3+, Yb3+ co-doped Y3Al5O12 films were prepared by pulse laser deposition. X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, photoluminescence spectra were used to characterize their structural and luminescent properties. Near-infrared quantum cutting from the films was observed via a cooperative energy transfer from Ce3+ to Yb3+ ions. | 5 | A Pupil-Positioning Method Based on the Starburst Model显示文摘Human eye detection has become an area of interest in the field of computer vision with an extensive range of applications in human-computer interaction,disease diagnosis,and psychological and physiological studies.Gaze-tracking systems are an important research topic in the human-computer interaction field.As one of the core modules of the head-mounted gaze-tracking system,pupil positioning affects the accuracy and stability of the system.By tracking eye movements to better locate the center of the pupil,this paper proposes a method for pupil positioning based on the starburst model.The method uses vertical and horizontal coordinate integral projections in the rectangular region of the human eye for accurate positioning and applies a linear interpolation method that is based on a circular model to the reflections in the human eye.In this paper,we propose a method for detecting the feature points of the pupil edge based on the starburst model,which clusters feature points and uses the RANdom SAmple Consensus(RANSAC)algorithm to perform ellipse fitting of the pupil edge to accurately locate the pupil center.Our experimental results show that the algorithm has higher precision,higher efficiency and more robustness than other algorithms and excellent accuracy even when the image of the pupil is incomplete. | Pingping Yu Wenjie Duan Yi Sun Ning Cao Zhenzhou Wang Guojun Lu | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8: | 0 |
