2Human avian influenza A (H5N1) virus infection in China显示文摘Highly pathogenic influenza A (H5N1) virus causes a widespread poultry deaths worldwide. The first human H5N1 infected case was reported in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China in 1997. Since then, the virus re-emerged in 2003 and continues to infect people worldwide. Currently, over 400 human infections have been reported in more than 15 countries and mortality rate is greater than 60%. H5N1 viruses still pose a potential pandemic threat in the future because of the continuing global spread and evolution. 3M1 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor in Alzheimer's disease显示文摘The degeneration of cholinergic neurons and cholinergic hypofunction are pathologies associated with Alzheimer's disease(AD). Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors(mAChRs) mediate acetylcholine-induced neurotransmission and five mAChR subtypes(M1–M5) have been identified. Among them, M1 mAChR is widely expressed in the central nervous system and has been implicated in many physiological and pathological brain functions. In addition, M1 mAChR is postulated to be an important therapeutic target for AD and several other neurodegenerative diseases. 4Numerical Simulation of Pressure Fluctuations in a Large Francis Turbine Runner显示文摘The pressure fluctuation caused by unsteady flow in runner is one of the main reasons of vibration for a large Francis hydraulic turbine. It directly affects the steady operation of the hydraulic turbine unit. The existing research of the pressure fluctuation in hydraulic turbine mainly focuses on the unsteady flow in draft tube. Accurate distribution of pressure fluctuations inside a runner is not very clear. In this paper, the numerical method for predicting the pressure fluctuations in runner is investigated and the numerical simulation is performed for a large Francis hydraulic turbine. It is proved that the combination of shear-stress transport(SST) k-w turbulence model and pressure-implicit with splitting of operators(PISO) algorithm could give more reliable prediction of pressure fluctuations in runner. The frequencies of pressure fluctuations in runner are affected by the flow in guide vane and the flow in draft tube. The first dominant frequency is significantly determined by the flow in draft tube, especially at part load condition. This frequency is approximately equal to one-third of the runner rotating frequency. The evident second dominant frequency is exactly equal to the guide vane passing frequency. The peak-to-peak amplitudes of pressure fluctuations in runner at small guide vane open angle are larger than that at large open angle at the same operating head. The amplitudes at points on blade pressure surface are generally greater than that on suction surface. 5Risk of gestational diabetes recurrence and the development of type 2 diabetes among women with a history of gestational diabetes and risk factors: a study among 18 clinical centers in China显示文摘Background:Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)brings health issues for both mothers and offspring,and GDM prevention is as important as GDM management.It was shown that a history of GDM was significantly associated with a higher maternal risk for GDM recurrence.The incidence of GDM recurrence was unclear because of the incidence of second-child was low before 2016 in China.We aim to investigate the prevalence of GDM recurrence and its associated high-risk factors which may be useful for the prediction of GDM recurrence in China.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted which enrolled participants who underwent regular prenatal examination and delivered twice in the same hospital of 18 research centers.All participants were enrolled from January 2018 to October 2018,where they delivered the second baby during this period.A total of 6204 women were enrolled in this study,and 1002 women with a history of GDM were analyzed further.All participants enrolled in the study had an oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)result at 24 to 28 weeks and were diagnosed as GDM in the first pregnancy according to the OGTT value(when any one of the following values is met or exceeded to the 75-g OGTT:0 h[fasting],≥5.10 mmol/L;1 h,≥10.00 mmol/L;and 2 h,≥8.50 mmol/L).The prevalence of GDM recurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus were calculated,and its related risk factors were analyzed.Results:In 6204 participants,there are 1002 women(1002/6204,16.15%)with a history of GDM and 5202 women(5202/6204,83.85%)without a history of GDM.There are significant differences in age(32.43±4.03 years vs.33.00±3.34 years vs.32.19±3.37 years,P<0.001),pregnancy interval(4.06±1.44 years vs.3.52±1.43 years vs.3.38±1.35 years,P=0.004),prepregnancy body mass index(BMI)(27.40±4.62 kg/m^(2)vs.23.50±3.52 kg/m^(2)vs.22.55±3.47 kg/m^(2),P<0.001),history of delivered macrosomia(22.7%vs.11.0%vs.6.2%,P<0.001)among the development of diabetes mellitus(DM),recurrence of GDM,and normal women.Moreover,it seems so important in the degree of abnormal glucose metabolism in the first pregnancy to the recurrence of GDM and the development of DM.There are significant differences in OGTT levels of the first pregnancy such as area under the curve of OGTT value(18.31±1.90 mmol/L vs.16.27±1.93 mmol/L vs.15.55±1.92 mmol/L,P<0.001),OGTT fasting value(5.43±0.48 mmol/L vs.5.16±0.49 mmol/L vs.5.02±0.47 mmol/L,P<0.001),OGTT 1-hour value(10.93±1.34 mmol/L vs.9.69±1.53 mmol/L vs.9.15±1.58 mmol/L,P<0.001),OGTT 2-hour value(9.30±1.66 mmol/L vs.8.01±1.32 mmol/L vs.7.79±1.38 mmol/L,P<0.001),incidence of impaired fasting glucose(IFG)(fasting plasma glucose≥5.6 mmol/L)(31.3%vs.14.6%vs.8.8%,P<0.001),and incidence of two or more abnormal OGTT values(68.8%vs.39.7%vs.23.9%,P<0.001)among the three groups.Using multivariate analysis,the factors,such as age(1.07[1.02-1.12],P=0.006),prepregnancy BMI(1.07[1.02,1.12],P=0.003),and area under the curve of OGTT in the first pregnancy(1.14[1.02,1.26],P=0.02),have an effect on maternal GDM recurrence;the factors,such as age(1.28[1.01-1.61],P=0.04),pre-pregnancy BMI(1.26[1.04,1.53],P=0.02),and area under the curve of OGTT in the first pregnancy(1.65[1.04,2.62],P=0.03),have an effect on maternal DM developed further.Conclusions:The history of GDM was significantly associated with a higher maternal risk for GDM recurrence during follow-up after the first pregnancy.The associated risk factors for GDM recurrence or development of DM include age,high pre-pregnancy BMI,history of delivered macrosomia,the OGTT level in the first pregnancy,such as the high area under the curve of OGTT,IFG,and two or more abnormal OGTT values.To prevent GDM recurrence,women with a history of GDM should do the preconception counseling before preparing next pregnancy.Yumei Wei Juan Juan Rina Su Geng Song Xu Chen Ruiqin Shan Ying Li Shihong Cui Shangrong Fan Ling Feng Zishan You Haixia Meng Yan Cai Cuilin Zhang Huixia Yang 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,6:7
6Calculation of Significant Wave Height Using the Linear Mean Square Estimation Method显示文摘Significant wave height is an important criterion in designing coastal and offshore structures.Based on the orthogonality principle, the linear mean square estimation method is applied to calculate significant wave height in this paper.Twenty-eight-year time series of wave data collected from three ocean buoys near San Francisco along the California coast are analyzed.It is proved theoretically that the computation error will be reduced by using as many measured data as possible for the calculation of significant wave height.Measured significant wave height at one buoy location is compared with the calculated value based on the data from two other adjacent buoys.The results indicate that the linear mean square estimation method can be well applied to the calculation and prediction of significant wave height in coastal regions.GAO Yangyang YU Dingyong LI Cuilin XU Delun 2010Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,4:2
7Freeze-drying-assisted Synthesis of Mesoporous CoMoO4 Nanosheets as Anode Electrode Material for Enhanced Lithium Batteries显示文摘A facile and green freeze-drying-assisted method was proposed to synthesize C0MoO4 mesoporous nano-sheets(MPNSs).The resulting product exhibits a Mgh specific capacity and good rate perfomance when evalimte an anode material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).The reversible specific capacity can be kept at 1105.2 mA·h·g^-1 after 100 cycles at a current density of 0.2 A/g.Even at the current densities of 1 and 4 A/gs the CoMoO4 MPNSs electrode can still retain the reversible capacities of 1148.7 and 540 mA·h·g^-1,respectively.Furthermore,the full cell(LiPePO4 catliode/CoMoO4 MPNSs anode)displays a stable discharge capacity of 146.7 mA·h·g^-1 at 0.1 C(1 C=170 mA/g)together with an initial coulombic efficiency of 98.2%.In addition,the CoMoO4 crystal structure is destroyed and reduced into Co^0 and Mo^0 in the first discharge process.In the subsequent cycles,the attractive Li storage properties come from the reversible conversions between Co/Co^2+and Mo/Mo^6+.The improved electroche-mical performance of CoMoO4 MPNSs is mainly attributed to their unique porous structures,which not only possess a good ion diffusion and electronic conduction pathway,but also provide many cavities to alleviate the volume changes during repeated cycling.This work offers a new perspective to the design of other porous electrode materials with a good energy storage performance.WANG Wei WANG Tao FAN Xuecheng ZHANG Cuilin HU Jinxing CHEN Hui FANG Zhenxing YAN Jiefeng LIU Bing 2019Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,2:1
8Initial corrosion behaviors of AZ91 magnesium alloy in the presence of SO_2显示文摘The effects of SO2 on the initial atmospheric corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy were investigated in laboratory. Metallographic observation, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), XRD (X-ray Diffraction) and XPS (X-ray Proton Spectrograph) were used to analyze and discuss the initial surface morphology of corrosion layers and corrosion products. The corrosion rate of the alloy increases with increasing the content of SO2. The initial attack has the characteristics of localized corrosion and preferentially concentrates on α phase. MgO and Mg(OH)2 form at first, which provide a protective layer, then the existence of SO2 decreases the pH of the thin solution on the alloy, accelerates dissolution process, and promotes the formation of MgSO3·6H20 and MgSO4·6H20,meanwhile cracks were found on the corrosion products with corrosion continuation. 19GAN-GLS:Generative Lyric Steganography Based on Generative Adversarial Networks显示文摘Steganography based on generative adversarial networks(GANs)has become a hot topic among researchers.Due to GANs being unsuitable for text fields with discrete characteristics,researchers have proposed GANbased steganography methods that are less dependent on text.In this paper,we propose a new method of generative lyrics steganography based on GANs,called GAN-GLS.The proposed method uses the GAN model and the largescale lyrics corpus to construct and train a lyrics generator.In this method,the GAN uses a previously generated line of a lyric as the input sentence in order to generate the next line of the lyric.Using a strategy based on the penalty mechanism in training,the GAN model generates non-repetitive and diverse lyrics.The secret information is then processed according to the data characteristics of the generated lyrics in order to hide information.Unlike other text generation-based linguistic steganographic methods,our method changes the way that multiple generated candidate items are selected as the candidate groups in order to encode the conditional probability distribution.The experimental results demonstrate that our method can generate highquality lyrics as stego-texts.Moreover,compared with other similar methods,the proposed method achieves good performance in terms of imperceptibility,embedding rate,effectiveness,extraction success rate and security.Cuilin Wang Yuling Liu Yongju Tong Jingwen Wang 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,10:1
