| 1 | Measurement of Rural Inclusive Financial Development and Analysis of Spatial Effects on Anti-poverty显示文摘Based on two dimensions of supply and demand,we use six indicators to establish a rural inclusive financial development index and evaluate the development of China's rural inclusive finance. We use spatial panel data model to examine the relationship between financial inclusion and rural poverty. Results show that:( i) both the rural inclusive finance and rural residents' per capita consumption present spatial clustering feature and show significant spatial correlation;( ii) the development of rural inclusive finance has significant spatial effect on poverty alleviation along time and space dimensions. | 2 | Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis of Luffa Germplasm Resources in Zhejiang Province显示文摘In this study,32 Luffa germplasm resources were collected from various regions in Zhejiang Province as experimental materials,to investigate 22 agronomic traits including fruit bearing habit,leaf margin,fruit ribbing and percentage of nodes with female flowers to total node. Based on the obtained experimental data,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out using DPS software. The results showed that 22 agronomic traits could be integrated into 5principal components,with the cumulative contributive percentage of 81. 308%. According to the correlations between the first five principal components and traits,14 traits with great influences were screened. On the basis of principal component analysis,cluster analysis of 32 Luffa germplasm resources was conducted,which divided Luffa cylindrica and Luffa acutangula into two categories and six subcategories by Euclidean genetic distances. | 3 | Quality assessment of processed Eucommiae Cortex based on the color and tensile force显示文摘Eucommiae Cortex(EC),the dried stem bark of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv,has been traditionally used to strengthen the muscle and bone tissues and improve liver and kidney functions in East Asian countries,including China,Japan,and Korea.Salty-fried EC(SFEC)is made by using mixing EC and saline together based on the protocol of Chinese Materia Medica Processing(CMMP)for clinical use.However,the clinical effectiveness of SFEC is directly impacted by the frying temperature and time.But precise techniques for evaluating the caliber of SFEC have yet to be developed.Thus,this study aimed to establish a fast and accurate quality-check method for SFEC decoction pieces.According to the frying temperature and time,four different categories of SFEC had been got according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method as Raw(R),Under(U),Moderately(M),and Overly(O).The red(R),green(G),blue(B),and light(L)color values of the decoction pieces were quantitated using the Photoshop software to determine the standard value range of the L color(raw[104.44±15.06],under[67.28±8.20],moderately[39.94±6.40],and over[15.02±5.03]).Additionally,the tensile strengths and pinoresinol diglucoside(PDG)levels of EC gum-silks were measured using the mechanical tensile test and HPLC,respectively.We also conducted Pearson correlation analysis on the L color value,EC gum-silk tension(FbcN),and PDG level,and established the following muliple-linear regression equation:the decline in PDG level(w)=0.829-0.001×FbeN-0.009×I.In conclusion,the L color value and FbeN could be used for cluster analysis of four categories of SFEC.Additinally,based on the correlation among the L color value,gum-silk tensile test,and PDG level,a rapid and accurate quality-control method for SFEC decoction pieces with different frying temperatures and durations was estab-lished.This method facilitates the manufacturing of efficacious SFEC. | Haiying Xu Lanqing Li Chunmei Tan Juanjuan Han Linghang Qu Jiyuan Tu Xianqiong Liu Kang Xu | 2022 | Medicine in Novel Technology and Devices2022,,4: | 0 |
| 4 | The presence of foci of Rickettsia conorii infection in China显示文摘China is not considered as an endemic area of Rickettsia conorii,so there is no routine clinical way to diagnose this infection.This study aims to determine whether 2 febrile patients who had a tick bite in East China were indeed infected with R.conorii.The citrate synthase gene(gltA)was amplified with universal rickettsial primers by real-time fluorescent PCR from the patients’blood samples.Nested PCR was used to amplify the outer membrane protein A gene(ompA)for positive specimens.PCR products were further identified and analyzed through nucleic acid sequencing.Positive amplification of the gltA and ompA genes was found in both patients.The nucleotide sequences(303 bp)of the ompA gene of the 2 patients had high homology(99%)with the R.conorii Indian tick typhus strain in GenBank.A more than 4-fold increase in IgG against R.conorii provided supportive evidence of SFG Rickettsia infection.And the rapid recovery after doxycycline treatment also supported a rickettsial cause for the disease.Physicians in East China should be aware of human infections with R.conorii.PCR-based diagnostic methods offer a rapid and precise way to diagnose rickettsiosis,improving patient identification and management. | Nannan Xu Hui Liu Chunmei Qu Sai Wen Wenlu Zou Caiyun Chang Gang Wang | 2023 | Infectious Medicine2023,2,4: | 0 |
