1Investigation of Myocardial Stunning after Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in Pigs显示文摘Objective To investigate cardiac function and myocardial perfusion during 48 h after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), further to test myocardial stunning and seek indicators for long‐term survival after CPR. Methods After 4 min of untreated ventricular fibrillation, fifteen anesthetized pigs were studied at baseline and 2 h, 4 h, 24 h, and 48 h after restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). Hemodynamic data, echocardiography and gated‐single photon emission computed tomography myocardial perfusion images were carried out. Results Mean arterial pressure (MAP), coronary perfusion pressure (CPP) and cardiac troponin I (CTNI) showed significant differences between eventual survival animals and non‐survival animals at 4 h after ROSC (109.2±10.7 mmHg vs. 94.8±12.3 mmHg, P=0.048; 100.8±6.9 mmHg vs. 84.4±12.6 mmHg, P=0.011; 1.60±0.13 ug/L vs. 1.75±0.10 ug/L, P=0.046). Mitral valve early‐to‐late diastolic peak velocity ratio, mitral valve deceleration time recovered 24 h; ejection faction and the summed rest score recovered 48 h after ROSC. Conclusion Cardiac systolic and early active relaxation dysfunctions were reversible within survival animals; cardiac stunning might be potentially adaptive and protective after CPR. 2High-efficiency extraction synthesis for high-purity copper nanowires and their applications in flexible transparent electrodes显示文摘Copper nanowires(Cu NWs)are considered an excellent alternative to indium tin oxide(ITO)in flexible transparency electrodes(FTEs).However,the mixed particles and surface oxidation of Cu NWs degrade the transmittance and conductivity of the electrodes.Therefore,highly purified Cu NWs without oxidation are vital for high-performance FTEs.Herein,a facile and effective purification process is introduced to purify Cu NWs in a water and n-hexane system,which takes advantage of the differences in hydrophilicity between Cu NWs and Cu NPs caused by their different adsorption affinities to octadecylamine(ODA).At the same sheet resistance,the transmittance of the purified Cu NW-based FTEs improved approximately 2%compared to that of non-purified Cu NW-based FTEs.Immersion of the electrode in glacial acetic acid removed the surface organics and oxides.After only 40 s of treatment,the sheet resistance dramatically decreased from 10^5 Ohm/sq to 31 Ohm/sq with a transmittance of 85%.In addition,the Cu NW-based FTE conductors showed excellent flexibility(remaining stable after 1000 bending cycles).The Cu NW-based FTEs were further applied to fabricate a flexible transparent heater.At a voltage of 10 V,the temperature of the heater reached 73℃,demonstrating the potential applications of this material in various fields.He Zhang Shang Wang Yanhong Tian Jiayue Wen Chunjin Hang Zhen Zheng Yilong Huang Su Ding Chenxi Wang 2020Nano Materials Science2020,2,2:4
3TBM penetration rate prediction based on the long short-term memory neural network显示文摘Tunnel boring machines(TBMs)are widely used in tunnel engineering because of their safety and efficiency.The TBM penetration rate(PR)is crucial,as its real-time prediction can reflect the adaptation of a TBM under current geological conditions and assist the adjustment of operating parameters.In this study,deep learning technology is applied to TBM performance prediction,and a PR prediction model based on a long short-term memory(LSTM)neuron network is proposed.To verify the performance of the proposed model,the machine parameters,rock mass parameters,and geological survey data from the water conveyance tunnel of the Hangzhou Second Water Source project were collected to form a dataset.Furthermore,2313 excavation cycles were randomly composed of training datasets to train the LSTM-based model,and 257 excavation cycles were used as a testing dataset to test the performance.The root mean square error and the mean absolute error of the proposed model are 4.733 and 3.204,respectively.Compared with Recurrent neuron network(RNN)based model and traditional time-series prediction model autoregressive integrated moving average with explanation variables(ARIMAX),the overall performance on proposed model is better.Moreover,in the rapidly increasing period of the PR,the error of the LSTM-based model prediction curve is significantly smaller than those of the other two models.The prediction results indicate that the LSTM-based model proposed herein is relatively accurate,thereby providing guidance for the excavation process of TBMs and offering practical application value.Boyang Gao RuiRui Wang Chunjin Lin Xu Guo Bin Liu Wengang Zhang 2021Underground Space2021,6,6:4
4Dichotomous roles of neutrophils in modulating pathogenic and repair processes of inflammatory bowel diseases显示文摘Neutrophils are considered as complex innate immune cells and play a critical role in maintaining intestinal mucosal homeostasis.They exert robust pro-inflammatory effects and recruit other immune cells in the acute phase of pathogen infection and intestinal inflammation,but paradoxically,they also limit exogenousmicrobial invasion and facilitate mucosal restoration.Hyperactivation or dysfunction of neutrophils results in abnormal immune responses,leading to multiple autoimmune and inflammatory diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,and inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD).As a refractory intestinal inflammatory disease,the pathogenesis and progression of IBD are associated with complicated immune response processes in which neutrophils are profoundly involved.However,the consensus on potential roles of neutrophils in modulating pathogenic and repair processes of IBD remains not fully understood.Accumulated infiltrating neutrophils cross the epithelial barrier and contribute to microbial dysbiosis,aggravated intestinal architectural damage,compromised resolution of intestinal inflammation and increased risk of thrombosis during IBD.Paradoxically,activated neutrophils are also associated with effective elimination of invaded microbiota,promoted angiogenesis and tissue restoration of gutmucosa in IBD.Here,we discuss the beneficial and detrimental roles of neutrophils in the onset and resolution of intestinalmucosal inflammation,hoping to provide a precise overview of neutrophil functions in the pathogenesis of IBD.Huimin Chen Xiaohan Wu Chunjin Xu Jian Lin Zhanju Liu 2021Precision Clinical Medicine2021,4,4:3
5Architecture design and demand analysis on application layer of standard system for ubiquitous power Internet of Things显示文摘The ubiquitous power Internet of Things(UPIoT)is an intelligent service system with comprehensive state perception,efficient processing,and flexible application of information.It focuses on each link of the power system and makes full use of the mobile internet,artificial intelligence,and other advanced information and communication technologies in order to realize the inter-human interaction of all things in all links of the power system.This article systematically presents to the national and international organizations and agencies in charge of UPIoT layer standardization the status quo of the research on the Internet of Things(IoT)-related industry standards system.It briefly describes the generic standard classification methods,layered architecture,conceptual model,and system tables in the UPIoT application layer.Based on the principles of inheritance,innovation,and practicability,this study divides the application layer into customer service,power grid operation,integrated energy,and enterprise operation,emerging business and analyzes the standard requirements of these five fields.This study also proposes a standard plan.Finally,it summarizes the research report and provides suggestions for a follow-up work.Jing Zhang Yunying Ye Chunjin Hu Bin Li 2021Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,3:3

7Residual stress variation in SiC_(f)/SiC composite during heat treatment and its effects on mechanical behavior显示文摘Residual stress originated from thermal expansion mismatch determines the mechanical properties of ceramic matrix composites(CMCs).Here,continuous SiC fiber reinforced SiC matrix(SiC_(f)/SiC)composites were fabricated by nano-infiltration and transient eutectic-phase(NITE)method,and the residual stress of the composites was investigated using high-temperature Raman spectrometer.With temperature increasing from room temperature to 1400℃,the residual stresses of the matrix and the fiber decrease from 1.29 to 0.62 GPa and from 0.84 to 0.55 GPa in compression respectively,while that of the interphase decreases from 0.16 to 0.10 GPa in tension.The variation of residual stress shows little effect on the tensile strength of the composites,while causes a slight decrease in the tensile strain.The suppression of fiber/matrix debonding and fiber pulling-out caused by the residual stress reduction in the interphase is responsible for the decreasing tensile strain.This work can open up new alternatives for residual stress analysis in CMCs.Xiaowu CHEN Guofeng CHENG Junmin ZHANG Feiyu GUO Haijun ZHOU Chunjin LIAO Hongda WANG Xiangyu ZHANG Shaoming DONG 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,5:3
8Femtosecond laser irradiation induced heterojunctions between carbon nanofibers and silver nanowires for a flexible strain sensor显示文摘We report the direct joining of carbon nanofibers(CNFs)to silver nanowire(Ag NWs)by controlled irradiation with femtosecond(fs)laser pulses.Two separate types of nano-junction dependent on joint geometry,laser fluence and irradiation time are identified in irradiated mixtures.In one type of junction,the tip of an Ag NW is melted and flows to form a bond with an adjacent CNF.The second type of junction occurs without significant heating of the Ag NW and involves the softening and flow of carbon in the CNF in response to the transfer of plasmonic energy from the Ag NW into the CNF.Bonding in a T-type joint configuration can be of either kind depending on the relative orientation of the incident optical field and the long axis of the Ag NW.FDTD simulations were used to explore this effect for different joint geometries and laser polarization.The electrical properties of a heterojunction involving a single Ag NW-CNF structure have been measured,and it is found that the junction resistance can be reduced by six orders of magnitude after laser joining.Finally,we have investigated the properties of a strain sensor based on an Ag NW-CNF hybrid nanowire network and find that this device can exhibit high sensitivity.This sensitivity occurs as nano-junctions induced by fs laser irradiation greatly reduces the initial resistance.This laser-based technique for direct nanojoining of CNF and Ag NWs may enable the design of robust nanowire structures for application in a variety of new devices.Jiayun Feng Yanhong Tian Sumei Wang Ming Xiao Zhuang Hui Chunjin Hang Walter W.Duley Y.Norman Zhou 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,25:2
9Clinical study on the related markers of blood coagulation in the patients with ANFH after SARS显示文摘The aim of this research was to investigate the blood coagulation function in the patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH)after severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).The expression of CD31,CD61,CD62p,CD63 and PAC-1 on platelet membrane was measured respectively by flowcytometry,and the plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(Fbg)were mea-sured by blood clotting instrument in 26 patients with ANFH after SARS and in 17 healthy adults.The expression of CD31,CD61,CD 62p,CD63 and PAC-1 on platelet membrane in 26 patients was all lower than that in 17 healthy subjects(P<0.01).The levels of PT,APTT,TT and Fbg in 26 patients were all normal.There is no significant difference(P>0.05)in those markers between patients and 17 healthy adults.The blood may not be in hypercoagulable state in patients with ANFH after SARS.WU Lianhua GAO Chunjin WANG Guozhong YANG Lin HOU Xiaomin GE Huan XIA Chengqing QI Man 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,4:2
10A new evaluation method for site selection of large underground water-sealed petroleum storage depots显示文摘Scientific site selection is the first step in constructing underground water-sealed petroleum storage depots, but no uniform standard and code for such activity has been established. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to propose an evaluation method for the site selection of an underground water-sealed petroleum storage depot. The first large underground water-sealed petroleum storage depot being built in China served as the background of this study. The following 12 indexes were used as evaluation factors based on comprehensive evaluation criteria and specifications for key project site selection: geographic structure development feature, topographic feature, lithostratic formation feature, crustal stress, strength of rock mass, joint development feature, hydrogeological conditions, long-term water sealing conditions, environmental/ecological vulnerability, regional stability, technical and economic conditions, and meteorological and hydrological conditions. The weight back analysis and power coefficient methods were also used to evaluate the site selected for the first underground water-sealed petroleum storage depot project. Petroleum site classification models based on the two aforementioned methods were established and used to verify the feasibility of the evaluation criteria and methods, and the evaluation results show the grade of the site selected for the underground water-sealed petroleum storage depot in Huangdao, China is good. 12Round-trip oscillation triboelectric nanogenerator with high output response and low wear to harvest random wind energy显示文摘Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)has made significant progress in wind energy harvesting.As the most advantageous rotary TENG among wind energy harvesters,the severe material wear and the output that fluctuates with wind speed seriously hinder the application of TENG wind energy harvesters.In this study,we propose a round-trip oscillation triboelectric nanogenerator(RTO-TENG)consisting of a crank transmission mechanism and a power generation unit.The RTO-TENG utilizes a simple crank transmission mechanism combined with a zigzag-laminated triboelectric nanogenerator(Z-TENG)to achieve high-performance constant output and low material wear.The crank transmission mechanism can realize the transformation from circular motion to arc reciprocating motion,converting the random wind energy into bi-directional kinetic energy,driving the vertical contact and separation of the Z-TENG.Due to the low transmission ratio(1:1)of the crank transmission mechanism and the consistent frequency of the Z-TENG contact–separation with that of the pendulum,the RTO-TENG’s power generation unit(10 Z-TENGs)is insensitive to changes in wind speed,resulting in a constant and stable output response at various speeds.After 480,000 cycles,the output of RTO-TENG decreased by only 0.9%compared to the initial value of 6μC,and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)images of the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film showed no significant wear on the surface of the friction layer,demonstrating excellent output stability and abrasion resistance of the RTO-TENG wind energy collector’s material.The equipped energy management module,based on a gas discharge tube switch,can further enhance the output performance of the RTO-TENG.After optimizing its inductor parameter L to match the load capacitor,it can charge a 220μF load capacitor to 13.4 V in 40 s,resulting in a 298%improvement in charging speed compared to the voltage of 4.48 V without the management module.Therefore,the RTO-TENG can efficiently provide power to low-power small electronic devices for Internet of Things(IoTs),such as road traffic warning signs and thermo-hygrometers.Xinyu Hu Junrui Feng Chuangjian Liang Heng Ning Chunjin Chen Jiayu Li Honggui Wen Huilu Yao Lingyu Wan Guanlin Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:1
