1Parameter optimization for microwave coupled with hot air drying process of hawthorn slices using response-surface methodology显示文摘The microwave coupled with hot air(MCHA)drying method was used in this test to dry hawthorn slices The effect of initial microwave power density level(6 W/g to 12 W/g),hot air temperature(55℃ to 70℃),and hot air velocity(1 m/s to 3 m/s)on the quality attributes of rehydration ratio(Rf),organic acid(OA)and ascorbic acid(AA)of the dehydrated hawthorn slices was analyzed using a response surface methodology.An orthogonal rotatable central composite with three factors and at five levels was used to develop predictive regression models for the responses.The prediction mathematical model of Rf,OA and AA of the hawthorn slice was determined by analysis of variance.Factor and response variables as well as the prediction mathematical model,the optimal drying process of Rf,OA and AA of the hawthorn slice were determined by using the Design-Expert software.The comprehensive optimal conditions were as follows:initial microwave power density 12 W/g,hot air temperature 55℃ and hot air velocity 1.56 m/s.Yu Haiming Zuo Chuncheng Xie Qiuju 2015International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,2:9
2Mechanical behaviors of alumina ceramics doped with rare-earth oxides显示文摘The effects of three types of additives Y2O3,La2O3,and Sm2O3 on the sintering and mechanical behaviors of alumina ceramics were investigated.The bending strengths of alumina ceramics with Sm2O3 and Y2O3 additions were 455 and 439 MPa,respectively,higher than that with La2O3 addition.The fracture toughness of the ceramics with Sm2O3 and Y2O3 were also higher than that with La2O3 addition.The fracture mode of rare earth oxides doped alumina ceramics exhibited obvious transgranular fractures as well as intergranular fracture.The results of research show that the improvement of bending strength and fracture toughness of alumina ceramics with rare earth oxides was achieved by refining the grain size and strengthening the grain boundary.YAO Yijun LI Chuncheng WANG Ling JIANG Xiaolong QIU Tai 2010Rare Metals2010,29,5:8
3Photocatalytic debromination of decabromodiphenyl ether by graphitic carbon nitride显示文摘The graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4) is found to be an efficient photocatalyst for the reductive degradation of decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE209) under UV irradiation(>360 nm).g-C3N4 was prepared by heating dicyandiamide.X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and UV-vis spectra were used to characterize the properties of as-prepared catalysts.The photoreductive degradation kinetics of BDE209 was further investigated under different reaction conditions.The degradation of BDE209 is a stepwise process,and the bromines at meta positions are much more susceptible to remove than those at the ortho and para positions.A possible photoreductive mechanism was also proposed.SUN ChunYan CHEN ChunCheng MA WanHong ZHAO JinCai 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,12:8

5Optimization of dosage ratio of chlorogenic acid and gardenia glycosides in the treatment of rats with fatty liver disease induced by high-fat feed显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the optimal dosage ratio of chlorogenic acid and gardenia glycosides in treating the rates with fatty liver disease induced by high-fat feed.METHODS: A rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) was established by using a high-fat diet. According to mathematical model 'uniform design', varying doses of chlorogenic acid and gardenia glycosides have been combined to form 6 medications for the treatment of NAFLD.Samples were then taken to observe pathological changes of the liver tissue(HE staining); changes in the fat metabolism pathway e.g. triglyceride(TG)and free fatty acid(FFA) content; alterations in liver function, i.e. serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) activity; and differences in Malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) content in the liver tissue. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the optimal dosage ratio of chlorogenic acid and gardenia glycosides.RESULTS: Fatty degeneration and vacuole-like changes of different degrees occurred in hepatic cells of the model group. Markers for fat metabolism, serum ALT and AST activities, and expression of MDA in liver tissue significantly increased, while SOD decreased. 7Effect of temperature on electric-thermal properties of semiconductive shielding layer and insulation layer for high-voltage cable显示文摘A semi‐conductive shielding layer plays an important role in the uniform electric field for a high‐voltage cable.The electric‐thermal properties of the semi‐conductive layer and insulation layer directly affect the overall insulation performance of the cable.The physicochemical performances of semi‐conductive composites are firstly analysed herein.Furthermore,electric‐thermal properties of the semi‐conductive layer and insulation layer are discussed.The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of the commercial semi‐conductive layer is about twice that of the insulation layer,owing to the effect of carbon black.The thermal expansion coefficient of the insulation layer rises from 1.86×10^(−4)/K at 25℃ to 3.20×10^(−4)/K at 90℃.By contrast,the semi‐conductive layer begins to slowly decline at a certain temperature,and decreases signif-icantly to 2.25×10^(−4)/K at 80℃,owing to the effect of ethylene‐vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA).The electrical experiments show that the resistivity of semi‐conductive composite gradually rises with an increase in temperature,and gradually declines with an increase in the carbon black content.The dc breakdown strength of the composite structure of the semi‐conductive layer/insulation layer decreases significantly with an increase in tem-perature,decreasing from 307 kV/mm at 25℃ to 203 kV/mm at 90℃.At four typical temperatures,the breakdown strength reaches the maximum value when the carbon black content is 25 phr.It is about 15%and 19%higher than carbon black contents of 20 and 30 phr.These findings have reference significance for high‐voltage cable breakdown fault analysis and material selection in cable design.Yanhui Wei Mingyue Liu Xuejing Li Guochang Li Naiyi Li Chuncheng Hao Qingquan Lei 2021High Voltage2021,6,5:3
8Effect of dye-metal complexation on photocatalytic decomposition of the dyes on TiO_2 under visible irradiation显示文摘The photocatalytic degradation of dyes(Acid Chrome Blue K(ACBK) and Alizarin Red(AR)) with strong complexation ability was investigated in the presence of metal ions under visible light irradiation.It was found that,at low dye-metal ratio,the photodegradation of ACBK was markedly inhibited by the addition of high oxidative potential Cu2+.However,at high dye-metal ratio,the presence of Cu2+ enhanced the photodegradation of ACBK.The negtive effect of Cu2+ on the photodegradation of AR was observed for all dye-metal ratios.The relative chemical inert Zn2+ tended to enhance the photodegradation of both anionic dyes.The mechanism underlying the different effect of Cu2+ was discussed from the different roles of surface-adsorbed and dye-coordinated Cu2+ in the photodegradation of dyes.MAHMOOD Tariq CHEN Chuncheng LIU Lili ZHAO Dan MA Wanghong LIN Jun ZHAO Jincai 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,2:3
9Supported noble metal nanoparticles as photo/sono-catalysts for synthesis of chemicals and degradation of pollutants显示文摘This review summarizes the utilization of supported noble metal nanoparticles (such as Au/TiO2, Au/ZrO2, Ag/AgCl) as efficient photo/sono-catalysts for the selective synthesis of chemicals and degradation of environmental pollutants. Supported noble metal nanoparticles could efficiently catalyze the conversion of solar energy into chemical energy. Under UV/visible light irradiation, important chemical transformations such as the oxidation of alcohols to carbonyl compounds, the oxidation of thiol to disulfide, the oxidation of benzene to phenol, and the reduction of nitroaromatic compounds to form aromatic azo compounds, are effectively achieved by supported noble metal nanoparticles. Under ultrasound irradiation, supported noble metal nanoparticles could efficiently catalyze the production of hydrogen from water. Moreover, various pollutants, including aldehydes, alcohols, acids, phenolic compounds, and dyes, can be effectively decomposed over supported noble metal nanoparticles under UV/visible light irradiation. 10A static-dynamic energy harvester for a self-powered ocean environment monitoring application显示文摘Ocean intelligent buoy is important for ocean environment monitoring.With the increase of requisite sensors and transportable data,a long power supply has become a problem to be solved urgently.In this work,a hybrid nanogenerator integrating triboelectric,piezoelectric,electromagnetic,photovoltaic,and thermotropic units is proposed to maximize ocean ambient energy harvesting,which includes static energy(solar and thermal energy)and dynamic energy(wave energy).Compared with a device with a single energy conversion mechanism,this structural design breaks the limit of harvesting time and natural conditions during the energy harvesting process,thereby increasing the harvested energy.Static energy harvesting is realized by the thermoelectric(TG)and photovoltaic(PV)units located inside the device and the PV unit attached to the device surface.Results show that the maximum open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current are 5 V and 41 mA in the external PV and 1.33 V and 49 mA in the internal PV under 30000 Lux illumination,respectively.The open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current of the TG unit are 5 V and 15 m A,respectively.The core component of the dynamic generation unit is the gimbal used to harvest wave energy by the triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG),piezoelectric generator(PENG),and electromagnetic generator.When the frequency is 2.4 Hz,the maximum peak-to-peak power of the TENG,PENG,and EMG are 0.25,1.58,and 13.8 mW,respectively.Finally,an intelligent ocean buoy is fabricated by the integration of an energy harvester,a power management circuit,sensors,a microcontroller,and a wireless communication module.Driven by static and dynamic energy,temperature signal,humidity signal,GPS signal,and sound signal are sent to the receiving terminal wirelessly.The ocean energy harvester proposed in this work is of great significance for ocean energy harvesting and ocean wireless monitoring systems.XUE Feng CHEN Liang LI ChunCheng REN Jing YU JunBin HOU XiaoJuan GENG WenPing MU JiLiang HE Jian CHOU XiuJian 2022Science China(Technological Sciences)2022,65,4:2
11Association of assisted reproductive technology, germline de novo mutations and congenital heart defects in a prospective birth cohort study显示文摘Emerging evidence suggests that children conceived through assisted reproductive technology(ART)have a higher risk of congenital heart defects(CHDs)even when there is no family history.De novo mutation(DNM)is a well-known cause of sporadic congenital diseases;however,whether ART procedures increase the number of germline DNM(gDNM)has not yet been well studied.Here,we performed whole-genome sequencing of 1137 individuals from 160 families conceived through ART and 205 families conceived spontaneously.Children conceived via ART carried 4.59 more gDNMs than children conceived spontaneously,including 332 paternal and 1.26 maternal DNMs,after correcting for parental age at conception,cigarette smoking,alcohol drinking,and exercise behaviors.Paternal DNMs in offspring conceived via ART are characterized by C>T substitutions at CpG sites,which potentially affect protein-coding genes and are significantly associated with the increased risk of CHD.In addition,the accumulation of non-coding functional mutations was independently associated with CHD and 87.9% of the mutations were originated from the father.Among ART offspring,infertility of the father was associated with elevated paternal DNMs;usage of both recombinant and urinary follicle-stimulating hormone and high-dosage human chorionic gonadotropin trigger was associated with an increase of maternal DNMs.In sum,the increased gDNMs in offspring conceived by ART were primarily originated from fathers,indicating that ART itself may not be a major reason for the accumulation of gDNMs.Our findings emphasize the importance of evaluating the germline status of the fathers in families with the use of ART.Cheng Wang Hong Lv Xiufeng Ling Hong Li Feiyang Diao Juncheng Dai Jiangbo Du Ting Chen Qi Xi Yang Zhao Kun Zhou Bo Xu Xiumei Han Xiaoyu Liu Meijuan Peng Congcong Chen Shiyao Tao Lei Huang Cong Liu Mingyang Wen Yangqian Jiang Tao Jiang Chuncheng Lu Wei Wu Di Wu Minjian Chen Yuan Lin Xuejiang Guo Ran Huo Jiayin Liu Hongxia Ma Guangfu Jin Yankai Xia Jiahao Sha Hongbing Shen Zhibin Hu 2021Cell Research2021,31,8:2
12Research progress of semiconductive shielding layer of HVDC cable显示文摘As an indispensable part of high-voltage direct current(HVDC)cable,the semiconductive shielding layer plays the role of uniforming electric field in the cable.However,cable shielding materials>35 kV mainly rely on foreign imports in China,which belongs to the technical weak issues in the field of electrical materials.At present,there are few systematic reports on semiconductive shielding material of HVDC cable.In the work,the mechanisms of charge conduction and thermal conduction of semiconductive material have been introduced.Effect of raw material,carbon black content and the second conductive filler on the resistance characteristics of the semiconductive layer,the charge accumulation characteristics of the insulating layer and the interface characteristics have been studied.A kind of semiconductive layer as a high voltage terminal charge emission method has been proposed to study charge emission from the semiconducting layer to the insulation layer.This work can provide theoretical guidance for the research of semiconductive shielding materials.Yanhui Wei Wang Han Guochang Li Qingquan Lei Mingli Fu Chuncheng Hao Guanjun Zhang 2020High Voltage2020,5,1:2
13Electro-catalytic degradation of sulfisoxazole by using graphene anode显示文摘Graphite and graphene electrodes were prepared by using pure graphite as precursor. The electrode materials were characterized by a scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and cyclic voltammetry(CV) measurements. The electro-catalytic activity for degradation of sulfisoxazole(SIZ) was investigated by using prepared graphene or graphite anode. The results showed that the degradation of SIZ was much more rapid on the graphene than that on the graphite electrode. Moreover, the graphene electrode exhibited good stability and recyclability. The analysis on the intermediate products and the measurement of active species during the SIZ degradation demonstrated that indirect oxidation is the dominant mechanism, involving the electro-catalytic generation of OH and O_2^- as the main active oxygen species. 14Boosting multi-hole water oxidation catalysis on hematite photoanodes under low bias显示文摘The accumulation of multiple surface holes is considered to be the key to efficient photoelectrochemical(PEC)water oxidation.Previous PEC water oxidation studies commonly apply high potentials(>1.2 VRHE)to achieve this key.But how to complete multi-hole transfer under low bias(<1.2 VRHE)remains unknown.Herein,we find that,on a typical visible-light photoanode,hematite(α-Fe_(2)O_(3)),UV excitation plays a indispensable role in driving multi-hole water oxidation under low bias.Compared with the visible-light excitation,the UV excitation promotes the formation of adjacent surface-trapped holes onα-Fe_(2)O_(3) at 0.9VRHE,thereby increasing the reaction order of surface holes from~1 to~2 and improving the PEC water oxidation activity by one order of magnitude.The UV irradiation reduces the formation probability of self-trapped excitons and results in~3 to 5-fold increase of surface holes.These advantages enable the UV excitation to contribute about 40%to the total photocurrent under 1 solar illumination,even though its energy only occupies 6%of the incident light.This mechanism is also applicable to boost selective two-hole oxidation of thioether at 0.1 VFc/Fc+and nitrite at 0.9 VRHE.Lei Wu Daojian Tang Jing Xue Shuobo Wang Hongwei Ji Chuncheng Chen Yuchao Zhang Jincai Zhao 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,3:2
15Novel 2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]hexahydropyridine derivatives: Synthesis, crystal structure, fluorescence properties and cytotoxicity evaluation against human breast cancer cells显示文摘A series of novel 2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]hexahydropyridine derivatives (II) have been designed and synthesized. The target compounds have been identified by elemental analysis and spectral ( 1 H NMR, IR, and MS) data and the absolute configuration of compound (II 1 ) was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The cytotoxicity of the target compounds have been evalu- ated in vitro against two human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 by MTT assay. Most compounds exhibited good inhibition, and compounds II 21 (IC 50=4.7μM for MCF-7 and IC 50=9.3μM for MDA-MB-231), II 33 (IC 50=2.4μM for MCF-7 and IC 50=4.2μM for MDA-MB-231) and II 40 (IC 50=3.3μM for MCF-7 and IC 50 =8.6μM for MDA-MB-231) displayed better inhibitory activity than 5-fluorouracil (IC 50=4.8μM for MCF-7 and IC 50=9.6μM for MDA-MB-231, respectively). Flow cytometric analysis and DNA fragmentation suggest that II 33 is cytotoxic and able to induce the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.
