15新型氨基硫羰基次磺酰胺类促进剂显示文摘二硫代氨基甲酸酯类次磺酰胺,特别是N-氧二乙撑硫代氨基甲酰-N′-氧二乙撑次磺酰胺(OTOS),具有十分诱人的硫化性能并已付诸使用十多年。在美国举行的第132次美国化学学会橡胶分会会议期间被列入议程的“新型促进剂发展指南”中,提出了新型促进剂的一系列特性,其中有:基本无毒(特别讨论了亚硝胺类的问题),良好的溶解性能和分散性能,及在常温下能够较快地交联,根据这些要求,开发合成了一种新型氨基硫羰基次磺酰胺促进剂—N-氧二乙撑硫代氨基甲酰-N′-叔丁基次磺酰胺(OTTBS)。我们知道,由伯胺生成的亚硝胺是不稳定的,容易分解,因而看来以伯胺为基础来合成促进剂是比较理想的。在OTTBS中,吗啉在叔丁胺上的排列是这样的:在硫化过程中,叔丁胺与硫之间的键断开,叔丁胺就成为游离胺,它形成了不稳定的亚硝胺,而含有吗啉的残余物则结合在橡胶的主链上。因而OTTBS给我们带来了一种新的促进剂,显而易见,它几乎没有毒性,却具有杰出的分散性和溶解性,它提高了硫化速度而无焦烧之虑,可以代替OTOS而取得相当类似的硫化性能。D.
