1Effects of flavonoids from Allium mongolicum Regel on growth performance and growth-related hormones in meat sheep显示文摘This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different doses of flavonoids from Allium mongolicum Regel on the production performance and neuroendocrine hormones in meat sheep and to determine the optimum dosage of Allium mongolicum Regel flavonoids to add to the basal diet of dry lotfeeding meat sheep. Sixty meat sheep(initial body weight = 39.9 ± 3.2 kg; 6-month-old) were randomly assigned to 4 groups(15 sheep per group). The sheep in the control group were fed a basal diet, and the 3 experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with flavonoids at 11.22 and 33 mg/kg. Blood samples were collected via the jugular vein at d 0.15, 30, 45, and 60 to determine the neuroendocrine hormone levels. The fasting weight of the sheep was measured during the experimental period, and feed offered and refusals were recorded daily. The basal diet supplemented with flavonoids from 11 to 33 mg/kg significantly increased the daily weight gain and average daily feed intake(P<0.05) and significantly decreased the feed conversion ratio(P<0.05), but there were no differences among the supplementation groups(P>0.05). Starting on d 30, the growth hormone(GH) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels in the sera of the sheep in the supplementation groups increased significantly(P<0.05), and the increases occurred in a time-dependent manner. Compared with control group, after d 30, the serum corticosterone(CORT) levels were reduced in the sheep that consumed the basal diet supplemented with22 mg/kg flavonoids(P<0.05), but among the other experimental groups, there was a non-significant effect(P>0.05). The serum adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) levels were increased by the supplementation of flavonoids, but compared with the control group, the effect was not significant. The basal diet supplemented with flavonoids at levels from 11 to 33 mg/kg had a significant effect on the production performance and neuroendocrine hormone levels of meat sheep, and the effect occurred in a time-dependent manner. 2Highly selective catalytic reduction of NO_x by MnO_x–CeO_2–Al_2O_3 catalysts prepared by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis显示文摘We first present preparation of MnOx–CeO_2–Al_2O_3 catalysts with varying Mn contents through a self-propagating high-temperature synthesis(SHS) method, and studied the application of these catalysts to the selective catalytic reduction of NOxwith NH3(NH_3-SCR).Using the catalyst with 18 wt.% Mn(18 MnCe1Al2), 100% NO conversion was achieved at 200°C and a gas hourly space velocity of 15384 hr-1, and the high-efficiency SCR temperature window, where NO conversion is greater than 90%, was widened to a temperature range of 150–300°C. 18 MnCe1Al2 showed great resistance to SO_2(100 ppm)and H_2O(5%) at 200°C. The catalysts were characterized using X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET) analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and H_2 temperature programmed reduction. The characterization results showed that the surface atomic concentration of Mn increased with increasing Mn content, which led to synergism between Mn and Ce and improved the activity in the SCR reaction. 18 MnCe1Al2 has an extensive pore structure,with a BET surface area of approximately 135.4 m^2/g, a pore volume of approximately 0.16 cm^3/g, and an average pore diameter of approximately 4.6 nm. The SCR reaction on 18 MnCe1Al2 mainly followed the Eley-Rideal mechanism. 3Pore network modeling of water block in low permeability reservoirs显示文摘A pore network model was used in this paper to investigate the factors, in particular, throat radius, wettability and initial water saturation, causing water block in low permeability reservoirs. A new term–‘relative permeability number’ (RPN) was firstly defined, and then used to describe the degree of water block. Imbibition process simulations show that the RPN drops in accordance with the extension of the averaged pore throat radius from 0.05 to 1.5 μm, and yet once beyond that point of 1.5 μm, the RPN reaches a higher value, indicating the existence of a critical pore throat radius where water block is the maximum. When the wettability of the samples changes from water-wet to weakly water-wet, weakly gas-wet, or gas(oil)-wet, the gas RPN increases consistently, but this consistency is disturbed by the RPN dropping for weakly water-wet samples for water saturations less than 0.4, which means weakly water-wet media are more easily water blocked than water-wet systems. 4Reuse of Fenton sludge as an iron source for NiFe_2O_4 synthesis and its application in the Fenton-based process显示文摘The potentially hazardous iron-containing sludge from the Fenton process requires proper treatment and disposal, which often results in high treatment cost. In this study, a novel method for the reuse of Fenton sludge as an iron source for the synthesis of nickel ferrite particles(NiFe_2O_4) is proposed. Through a co-precipitation method followed by sintering at 800°C, magnetic NiFe_2O_4 particles were successfully synthesized, which was confirmed by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electronic microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and Raman spectroscopy. The synthesized NiFe_2O_4 could be used as an efficient catalyst in the heterogeneous Fenton process. In phenol degradation with H_2O_2 or NiFe_2O_4 alone, the phenol removal efficiencies within the reaction time of 330 min were as low as 5.9% ± 0.1% and 13.5% ±0.4%, respectively. However, in the presence of both NiFe_2O_4 and H_2O_2, phenol removal efficiency as high as 95% ± 3.4% could be achieved, indicating the excellent catalytic performance of NiFe_2O_4 in the heterogeneous Fenton process. Notably, a rapid electron exchange between_Ni II and_Fe III ions in the NiFe_2O_4 structure could be beneficial for the Fenton reaction. 5Characterization of particulate products for aging of ethylbenzene secondary organic aerosol in the presence of ammonium sulfate seed aerosol显示文摘Aging of secondary organic aerosol(SOA) particles formed from OH– initiated oxidation of ethylbenzene in the presence of high mass(100–300 μg/m^3) concentrations of(NH_4)_2SO_4seed aerosol was investigated in a home-made smog chamber in this study.The chemical composition of aged ethylbenzene SOA particles was measured using an aerosol laser time-of-flight mass spectrometer(ALTOFMS) coupled with a Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) clustering algorithm.Experimental results showed that nitrophenol,ethyl-nitrophenol,2,4-dinitrophenol,methyl glyoxylic acid,5-ethyl-6-oxo-2,4-hexadienoic acid,2-ethyl-2,4-hexadiendioic acid,2,3-dihydroxy-5-ethyl-6-oxo-4-hexenoic acid,1H-imidazole,hydrated N-glyoxal substituted1H-imidazole,hydrated glyoxal dimer substituted imidazole,1H-imidazole-2-carbaldehyde,N-glyoxal substituted hydrated 1H-imidazole-2-carbaldehyde and high-molecular-weight(HMW) components were the predominant products in the aged particles.Compared to the previous aromatic SOA aging studies,imidazole compounds,which can absorb solar radiation effectively,were newly detected in aged ethylbenzene SOA in the presence of high concentrations of(NH_4)_2SO_4seed aerosol.These findings provide new information for discussing aromatic SOA aging mechanisms.Mingqiang Huang Jiahui Zhang Shunyou Cai Yingmin Liao Weixiong Zhao Changjin Hu Xuejun Gu Li Fang Weijun Zhang 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:6

7Influence of CeO2 loading on structure and catalytic activity for NH3-SCR over TiO2-supported CeO2显示文摘A series of supported CeO2/TiO2 catalysts were prepared to explore the influence of CeO2 loading on these catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction of NO3 by NH3(NH3-SCR).The catalysts were investigated in detail by means of XRD,Raman,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,in situ DRIFTS,and NH3-SCR reaction.The activity of the catalyst is closely related to the content of CeO2.When the loading of CeO2 is near the dispersion capacity(1.16 mmol Ce4+/100 m^2 TiO2),the catalytic activity is better.This may be because that the dispersed CeO2 is the active species and the catalyst has appropriate redox property,along with the larger amounts of surface Ce content and surface adsorbed oxygen species.Finally,a possible reaction mechanism via the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism is tentatively proposed to further understand the NH3-SCR reaction.Hongliang Zhang Long Ding Hongming Long Jiaxin Li Wei Tan Jiawei Ji Jingfang Sun Changjin Tang Lin Dong 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,8:5
8Reductive transformation and detoxification mechanism of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in combined zero valent iron and anaerobic-aerobic process显示文摘A combined zero valent iron (ZVI) and anaerobic-aerobic process was adopted for the treatment of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-containing wastewater. The transformation pathway, reduction of acute toxicity and enhancement of biodegradability were investigated. After pretreatment by ZVI, DNCB in wastewater could be completely converted into 2,4-diaminochlorobenzene (DACB). The ratio of BOD5/COD increased from 0.005±0.001 to 0.168±0.007, while EC 50, 48 hr (V/V) increased from 0.65% to 5.20%, indicating the enhancement of biodegradability and reduction of acute toxicity with the pretreatment by ZVI. DACB was further dechlorinated to m-phenylenediamine during the anaerobic process using methanol as electron donor, with EC50, 48 hr increasing from 5.20% to 48.2%. After the subsequent anaerobic-aerobic process, m-phenylenediamine was degraded completely, with effluent COD of 67.5±10.8 mg/L. This effluent of the subsequent anaerobic-aerobic process was not toxic to zebrafish. 9Size distribution and chemical composition of secondary organic aerosol formed from Cl-initiated oxidation of toluene显示文摘Secondary organic aerosol (SOA) formed from Cl-initiated oxidation of toluene was investigated in a home-made smog chamber. The size distribution and chemical composition of SOA particles were measured using aerodynamic particle sizer spectrometer and the aerosol laser time-of-flight mass spectrometer (ALTOFMS), respectively. According to a large number of single aerosol diameter and mass spectra, the size distribution and chemical composition of SOA were obtained statistically. Experimental results showed that SOA particles created by Cl-initiated oxidation of toluene is predominantly in the form of fine particles, which have diameters less than 2.5 μm (i.e., PM2.5), and glyoxal, benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, benzoquinone, benzoic acid, benzyl hydroperoxide and benzyl methyl nitrate are the major products components in the SOA. 10Bifurcation control of a fractional-order delayed competition and cooperation model of two enterprises显示文摘The competition and cooperation among enterprises has become a hot topic and focus issue in today’s world. How to manage the enterprise well so as to achieve the maximum output is an important problem for enterprise managers. Optimizing output of two enterprises plays a key role in operating enterprises. Many scholars pay much attention to this aspect. However, the reports on the stability and Hopf bifurcation for fractional-order delayed competition and cooperation model of two enterprises are very few. This paper is concerned with the stability, the existence of Hopf bifurcation and the bifurcation control issue of fractionalorder delayed competition and cooperation model of two enterprises. Firstly, some new sufficient conditions that guarantee the stability and the existence of Hopf bifurcation for fractional-order delayed competition and cooperation model of two enterprises are obtained by regarding the delay as bifurcation parameter. Then a suitable time delayed feedback controller is designed to control the Hopf bifurcation for involved model. The study shows that the delay and the fractional order have an important effect on the stability and Hopf bifurcation of involved model. Some simulations justifying the validity of the derived analytical results are given. At last, we end this paper with a concise conclusion. 11Milk fatty acids profiles and milk production from dairy cows fed different forage quality diets显示文摘Thirty lactating Holstein cows were used to investigate the effects of different forages quality on milk fatty acids(FA) profiles and production. The cows were assigned to 3 dietary treatments(n = 10 per treatment) in a randomized block design with 3 repeated measures. They were fed the experimental diets for 90 d with 3 days of collection of samples for analysis at about 27 d intervals(samples were collected on days 28,29,30, 58, 59, 60.88, 89 and 90). The treatments were(DM basis): 1) mixed forages diet(MF) consisting of 3.7% Chinese wild rye, 26.7% corn silage and 23.4% alfalfa hay; 2) corn stalk diet 1(CS1) where corn stalk was used to formulate a similar chemical nutrient level to MF; 3) corn stalk diet 2(CS2) which used corn stalk to formulate a similar forage level to MF for the diet. Dry matter intake and BW were similar between treatments, but daily milk yield, milk fat and protein yield decreased(P < 0.05)in CS1 and CS2 compared with MF, with CS2 being the lowest(P < 0.05). In total FA of milk, the compositions of C18:1 c9, C18:3 and unsaturated FA increased(P < 0.05) in CS1 and CS2 compared with MF,and C18:0 and trans-C18:1 were trended to increase(P < 0.10), but C4:0-C16:0 were decreased(P < 0.05).Compared with cows fed CS2, cows receiving CS1 increased the compositions of C4:0 to C12:0 and C18:2(P < 0.05). 12Effects of infusing milk precursors into the artery on rumen fermentation in lactating cows显示文摘This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of infusing milk precursors into the external pudic artery on rumen fermentation in lactating dairy cows. Eight multiparous Holstein cows were randomly assigned to Group A(experimental group) and Group B(control group) with 4 cows each. A2×4 complex factor crossover design was used. Cows in Group A were fed corn straw as the only roughage, and cows in Group B were fed mixed roughage. The experiment was divided into two periods.In the first period, cows in Group A, received treatments: 1) a basal infusate as a control(CSC); 2) a milk fat precursor infusion including C16:0, C18:0, C18:1 c9, C18:2 c6, C18:3 n3, acetic acid(CSF); 3) a milk protein precursor infusion including 16 amino acids(CSA); 4) the mixed infusion of milk fat and protein precursors(CSFA). And meanwhile, cows in Group B were infused the basal infusate as a control group. In the second period, the cows in both Groups A and B were crossed over, which cows in Group A were named as Group B and the cows originally in Group B were in Group A. The experimental results showed that cows in experimental group had higher ruminal pH compared with the control, and ruminal pH in CSC, CSF, CSA were significantly higher than those in their respective control group(P < 0.05). The concentration of ammonia nitrogen(NH_3-N) was significantly higher in CSA and CSFA compared with Group B(P < 0.05). We also observed that the infusion of mixed amino acids significantly increased the bacterial protein(BCP) content in rumen(P < 0.05) and influenced the rumen acetic acid concentration as well as the acetic to propionic ratio(P < 0.05). Milk fat precursors infusion significantly affected butyric acid concentration(P < 0.05). In addition, the content of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in CSA was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). It is concluded that the milk precursors infused into external pudic artery caused feedback effects on ruminal fermentation under the corn straw roughage conditions. 13Selective Introduction of Carbazole and Diphenylamine into Spirofluorenexanthene Core for Different Phosphorescent Hosts显示文摘Built on the spiro[fluorene-9,9'-xanthene] (SFX) core and two frequently-used hole-transporting groups such ascarbazole and diphenylamine, two SFX derivatives, namely SFXCz and SFXDPA, have been synthesized byone-step reaction for red, green and blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices (PHOLEDs). Though theproperties of these two groups are very similar, the devices based on SFXCz and SFXDPA exhibit distinct perfor-mances. In blue PHOLEDs, the device based on SFXCz exhibited much better performances than that based onSFXDPA. However, the latter was superior to the former in green and red PHOLEDs. And the red PHOLED basedon SFXDPA exhibited maximum current efficiency (CE) of 27.1 cdoA^-l, power efficiency (PE) of 25.01m·W^-1, andexternal quantum efficiency (EQE) of 15.0%. 16Enhancing low-temperature NH_(3)-SCR performance of Fe-Mn/CeO_(2)catalyst by Al_(2)O_(3)modification显示文摘In the work,supported catalysts of FeO_(x) and MnO_(x) co-supported on aluminum-modified CeO_(2)was synthesized for low-temperature NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction(NH_(3)-SCR)of NO.Impressively,the SCR activity of the obtained catalyst is markedly influenced by the adding amount of Al and the appropriate Ce/Al molar ratio is 1/2.The activity tests demonstrate that Fe-Mn/Ce1 Al2 catalyst shows over 90%NO conversion at 75-250℃and exhibits better SO_(2)resistance compared to Fe-Mn/CeO_(2).Fe-Mn/Ce1 Al2 shows the expected physicochemical characters of the ideal catalyst including the larger surface and increased active reaction active sites by controlling the amount of Al doping.Also,the better catalytic activity is well correlated with the present advantaged surface adsorption oxygen species,Mn^(4+)species,Ce^(3+)species and the enhanced reducibility of Fe-Mn/Ce1 Al2,which is superior to the Fe-Mn/CeO_(2)catalyst.More importantly,we further demonstrate that the amount and strength of surface acid sites are improved by Al-doping and more active intermediates(monodentate nitrate)is generated during NH_(3)-SCR reaction.This work provides certain insight into the rational creation of simple and practical denitration catalyst environmental purification.Lulu Li Jiawei Ji Wei Tan Wang Song Xin Wang Xiaoqian Wei Kai Guo Wanyu Zhang Changjin Tang Lin Dong 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,9:2
17A template-based knowledge reuse method for generating multitype 3D railway scenes显示文摘Constructing 3D railway scenes helps improve the railway information construction ability and the comprehensive railway management level.However,the existing modeling methods have disadvantages such as low flexibility in scene configuration,weak extensibility of scene objects and poor reusability of modeling knowledge.To enable multitype 3D railway scenes to be automatically constructed,a template-based knowledge reuse method was proposed in this paper.First,based on parsing of modeling operation characteristics and modeling knowledge expression,a modeling knowledge template was designed to store modeling knowledge and modeling operations in a parameterized way.The contents of this template were described in terms of semantic information,geometric information,topologic information and reference system information,and the method for instantiating the modeling knowledge template was proposed.Second,a scene configuration template was designed to organize the instantiated modeling knowledge files and scene objects.By the use of a flexible tree structure,the scene configuration template enables extensibility of scene objects.Finally,the two types of templates were parsed in terms of scene organization,linear referencing information,geometric and topologic relationships,and semantic descriptions.In this way,different types of 3D railway scenes were generated automatically.After a prototype system was developed,experiments on automatic modeling of two 3D railway scenes were carried out to verify the template-based knowledge reuse method.The experimental results show that the proposed method can be used to generate multitype 3D railway scenes automatically.With this method,model combination can be configured,model types can be extended and modeling knowledge can be reused.Heng Zhang Jun Zhu Qing Zhu Hua Qi Changjin Wang Zujie Han Ya Hu Xinwen Ning 2018International Journal of Digital Earth2018,11,2:2
18FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF AN ANALYTICAL STUDY FOR CYLINDRICAL HELICAL SPRINGS显示文摘The free vibration analysis of cylindrical helical springs is carried out by means of an analytical study.In the governing equations of the motion of the springs,all displacement functions are defined at the centroid axis and also the effects of the rotational inertia,axial and shear deformations are included in the proposed model.Explicit analytical expressions which give the vibrating mode shapes are derived by rigorous application of the symbolic computing package MATHEMATICA and a process of searching is used to determine the exact natural frequencies.Numerical examples are provided for fixed-fixed boundary conditions.The free vibrational parameters are chosen as the number of coils(n=4 ~ 14),the helix pitch angle(α=5 ~ 30?) and as the ratio of the diameters of the cylinder and the wire(D/d=4 ~ 18) in a wide range.Validation of the proposed model has been achieved through comparison with a finite element model using two-node standard beam elements and the results available in published literature,which in these cases indicates a very good correlation.Aimin Yu Changjin Yang 2010Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2010,23,1:2

20On-line controlling system for nitrogen and phosphorus removal of municipal wastewater in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR)显示文摘The objectives of this study were to establish an on-line controlling system for nitrogen and phosphorus removal synchronously of municipal wastewater in a sequencing batch reactor(SBR).The SBR for municipal wastewater treatment was operated in sequences:filling,anaerobic,oxic,anoxic,oxic,settling and discharge.The reactor was equipped with on-line monitoring sensors for dissolved oxygen(DO),oxidation-reduction potential(ORP)and pH.The variation of DO,ORP and pH is relevant to each phase of biological process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal in this SBR.The characteristic points of DO,ORP and pH can be used to judge and control the stages of process that include:phosphate release by the turning points of ORP and pH;nitrification by the ammonia valley of pH and ammonia elbows of DO and ORP;denitrification by the nitrate knee of ORP and nitrate apex of pH;phosphate uptake by the turning point of pH;and residual organic carbon oxida-tion by the carbon elbows of DO and ORP.The controlling system can operate automatically for nitrogen and phosphorus efficiently removal.Jun LI Yongjiong NI Yongzhen PENG Guowei GU Jingen LU Su WEI Guobiao CHENG Changjin OU 2008Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2008,2,1:2
