1照顾者负担的概念分析显示文摘目的照顾者负担被广泛运用于护理文献中。本研究旨在明确阐述照顾者负担的概念。方法检索Medline,CINAHL、EBSCO、中国知网及谷歌学术中2010-2020年以英文和中文发表的文献。采用Walker和Avant的理论框架,分析照顾者负担的定义性属性、前置因素、后续影响和应用。结果﹐共纳入33篇文献。照顾者负担的3个定义性属性分别为自我知觉、多方面的压力和时间关联性。照顾者负担的前置因素包括财力不足、多重责任冲突,社交活动缺乏。照顾者负担导致的后续影响包括日渐减少的护理措施、下降的生活质量和逐渐恶化的身体和心理健康状况。结论研究阐明了照顾者负担的定义,并确定了用于衡量照顾者负担的实证工具。本研究的结果可广泛应用于护理实践、护理教育、研究与管理。刘竹 Catrina Heffernan 谭洁 2020International Journal of Nursing Sciences2020,7,4:6
