| 1 | 用Amplatzer房间隔封堵器堵闭边缘不足的房间隔缺损效果观察显示文摘目的 探讨用Amplatzer房间隔缺损封堵器经导管堵闭部分边缘缺乏或不足(<5mm)的房间隔缺损的可行性。方法 1999年7月至2 0 0 1年9月对芝加哥大学儿童医院的2 3例边缘<5mm的房间隔缺损患儿试用Amplatzer封堵器进行堵闭,其中男10例,女13例,平均年龄10 7岁。2 0例经食管超声心动图或心内超声心动图测量的房间隔缺损前缘0~4mm ,2例下缘为2mm ,1例后缘为2mm。同期,4 8例房间隔缺损边缘>5mm的患儿作对照。结果 全部2 3例边缘<5mm的房间隔缺损患儿和4 8例对照儿均成功安装了封堵器。两组间年龄、缺损大小和所用封堵器大小差异无显著性意义(P >0 . 0 5 )。2 3例边缘<5mm的患儿中17例(73. 9% )即刻完全堵闭,对照组4 4例(91 .7% )即刻完全堵闭(P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 4h复查边缘<5mm患儿及对照组的完全堵闭率分别是91 3%和93 8% (P >0. 0 5 ) ;6个月复查两组完全堵闭率分别是95 7%和95 8% (P >0 . 0 5 )。缺损边缘<5mm患儿及对照组手术时间分别为(72 . 5±2 6 .5 )min和(6 1. 4±2 1 .9)min ;X线暴光时间分别为(12 .6±7 .0 )min和(9. 8±4 . 2 )min ,与对照组比较手术时间稍长。两组患儿术中和术后均未出现并发症。结论 前、后或下缘<5mm的房间隔缺损仍可以用Amplatzer房间隔缺损封堵器经导管堵闭。 | 杜忠东 Cao Qiling Ziyad M Hijazi | 2005 | 中国实用儿科杂志2005,20,3: | 8 |

| 3 | Role of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in mitral valve repair显示文摘Background and objective Pre-operative assessment of mitral valve (MV) anatomy is essential to surgical design in patients undergoing MV repair.Although 2-dimensional (2D) echocardiography provides precise information regarding MV anatomy,RT-3D TEE could increase the understanding of MV apparatus and individual scallop identification.We aimed to investigate the value of RT- 3DTEE in MV repair.Methods RT-3DTEE was performed in six patients with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) by using Philips 1E33 with X7-2t probe.Preoperative RT-3DTEE studies were compared with surgical findings in patients undergoing surgical mitral valve repair,and quantitative evaluation was performed by QLab 6.0 software before and after surgical mitral valve repair.Results RT- 3DTEE could display dynamic morphology of MV,the location of prolapse,and spatial relation to the surrounding tissue.It could provide surgical views of the valves and the valvular apparatus.These results were consistent with surgical findings.The quantitative evaluation before and after surgical MV repair indicated that anterolateral to posteromedial diameter of annulus,anterior to posterior diameter of annulus,perimeter of annulus,and area of annulus in projection plane were significantly smaller after operation compared with those before operation (P<0.05).The length of posterior leaflet,the area of anterior and posterior leaflet,the maximal prolapse height,the volume of leaflet prolapse and the length of coaptation in projection plane were significantly reduced after operation (P<0. 05).Conclusion RT-3DTEE is a unique new modality for rapid and accurate evaluation ofmitral valve prolapse and mitral valve repair. | Cuizhen Pan~1 Xianhong Shu~1 Qiling Cao~2 Chunsheng Wang~1 Wenjun Ding~1 Haozhu Chen~1 1 Department of Echocardiography, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Shanghai 200032, China, 2 Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, USA | 2008 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2008,5,3: | 1 |

| 5 | Design and experimental verification of a monolithic complete-light modulator based on birefringent materials显示文摘This paper presents a method to design a monolithic complete-light modulator(MCLM) that fully controls the amplitude, phase, and polarization of incident light. The MCLM is made of birefringent materials that provide different refractive indices to orthogonal eigen-polarizations, the ordinary o and extraordinary e states. We propose an optimization method to calculate the two relief depth distributions for the two eigen-polarizations. Also, a merging algorithm is proposed to combine the two relief depth distributions into one. The corresponding simulations were carried out in this work and the desired light distribution, including information on amplitude,phase, and four polarization states, was obtained when a laser beam passed through a 16-depth-level microstructure whose feature size is 8 μm. The structure was fabricated by common photolithography. An experimental optical system was also set up to test the optical effects and performances of the MCLM. | 6 | Preparation and characterization of pH-responsive metal-polyphenol structure coated nanoparticles显示文摘In this paper,tannic acid(TA)and Fe~(3+)were added to form a layer of metal-polyphenol network structure on the surface of the nanoparticles which were fabricated by zein and carbon quantum dots(CQDs)encapsulating phlorotannins(PTN).pH-Responsive nanoparticles were prepared successfully(zein-PTN-CQDs-Fe-~Ⅲ).Further,the formation of composite nanoparticles was confirmed by a series of characterization methods.The zeta-potential and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy data proved that electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding are dominant forces to form nanoparticles.The encapsulation efficiency(EE)revealed that metal-polyphenol network structure could improve the EE of PTN.Thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry experiment indicated the thermal stability of zein-PTN-CQDs-Fe~Ⅲnanoparticles increased because of metal-polyphenol network structure.The pH-responsive nanoparticles greatly increased the release rate of active substances and achieved targeted release. | Qile Xia Yan Liang Ailing Cao Yan Cao Luyun Cai | 2024 | Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,3: | 0 |
