| 4 | Xp11易位性肾细胞癌和免疫组化TFE3强阳性的透明细胞性肾细胞癌:形态学、免疫组化和FISH分析显示文摘TFE3是诊断Xp11易位性肾细胞癌的良好标志物。然而,TFE3在其他类型肾细胞癌中的意义尚不清楚。作者利用自动化Ventana BenchMark XT系统采用免疫组化法检测了1 818例肾细胞癌组织中TFE3的表达情况,并用TFE3分裂探针采用荧光原位杂交和RNA测序技术检测了TFE3强阳性病例。27例免疫组化TFE3强阳性的肾细胞癌中,20例诊断为Xp11易位性肾细胞癌,7例诊断为透明细胞性肾细胞癌。作者进一步分析了形态学和临床病理特征,以及免疫组化标志物(CK7、CD117、CD10、P504s、vimentin、CA-IX、CK(AE1/AE3)、EMA、HMB-45、Melan-A和组织蛋白酶K)的表达情况。暗淡至嗜酸性絮状胞质及砂粒体样钙化仅见于Xp11易位性肾细胞癌( P <0.05)。4例pT3a期Xp11易位肾性细胞癌均发生肿瘤性坏死,3年内出现局部复发和远处转移(其中2例死亡)。vimentin、CA-IX、CK(AE1/AE3)和EMA在这两种肾细胞癌中的表达差异有显著性( P <0.05)。 | 魏建国(摘译) 方三高(审校) Yang B Duan H Cao W | 2019 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2019，35，8： | 11 |
| 5 | Epstein-Barr virus-encoded latent membrane protein 1 modulates cyclin D1 by c-Jun/Jun B heterodimers显示文摘In our recent studies, we found that LMP1 encoded by Epstein-Barr virus could accelerate the formation of active c-Jun/Jun B heterodimer. We studied the regulation of cyclinD1 by c-Jun/Jun B heterodimers by laser scanning confocal influorescence microscopy, Western blot, luciferase activity assay, super-EMSA and flow cytometry in the Tet-on-LMP1 HNE2 cell line, in which LMP1 expression was regulated by Tet-on system. c-Jun/Jun B heterodimers induced by LMP1 could up regulate cyclin D1 promoter activity and expression. | 6 | Power management unit chip design for automobile active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display module显示文摘A power management unit (PMU) chip supplying dual panel supply voltage, which has a low electro-magnetic interference (EMI) characteristic and is favorable for miniaturization, is designed. A two-phase charge pump circuit using external pumping capacitor increases its pumping current and works out the charge-loss problem by using bulk-potential biasing circuit. A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply to reduce the layout area. The PMU chip is designed with MagnaChip’s 0.25 μm high-voltage process. | 8 | Retrograde embolization technique of the right gastric artery during the implantation of port-catheter system for hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to introduce and evaluate a new embolization technique for the right gastric artery(RGA) during percutaneous implantation of a port-catheter system for hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy(HAIC).Methods:From January 2013 to January 2017,159 patients with unresectable advanced liver cancer underwent percutaneous implantation of a port-catheter system.In 86 of these patients(56 men;aged 28-88 years;mean:60.6±12.0 years),in whom the RGA was obvious on arteriography,embolization of RGA was attempted using microcoils to protect the gastric mucosa during HAIC.In the first phase(first three years),antegrade embolization of the RGA using a 2.7 Fr microcatheter was performed in 55 patients.In the second phase(next two years),embolization of the RGA was attempted by combining antegrade embolization and retrograde embolization through the left gastric artery(LGA) in 31 patients.The success rates and the incidence of acute gastroduodenal mucosal toxicity(AGMT) in these two groups were compared.Results:The total success rate of the RGA embolization was 70.9%.The success rate was 83.9% in 31 patients who underwent combined antegrade and retrograde embolization,which was significantly higher than that of antegrade embolization alone(63.6%) performed in 55 patients(p=0.047).No complications related to embolization of RGA were documented.The incidence of AGMT was 29.1%(16/55) in patients in the first phase,which was significantly higher than that in the patients in the second phase(9.7%,3/31)(p=0.037).Conclusion: A combination of retrograde embolization via LGA could increase the success rates of RGA embolization and reduce the incidence of AGMT after HAIC. | Jungang Hu Guang Cao b Liang Xu Kanglian Zheng Xu Zhu Renjie Yang Xiao Wang Xiaodong Wang | 2021 | Journal of Interventional Medicine2021，4，1： | 3 |
| 9 | 全颗粒饲料对奶牛生产性能的影响显示文摘饲料中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量和饲料颗粒直径是影响瘤胃功能的重要因素。试验评估了以颗粒饲料为主的奶牛瘤胃健康情况、NDF消化率和生产性能。选取8头荷斯坦母牛(336±30 d,体重346±35 kg),随机分配到交叉重复试验组中,奶牛安置于牛栏,自由采食。试验期为3周,前两周是适应期,最后一周为数据收集期。各组饲粮原料相同,但物理形式不同,分为全混合日粮(TMR)和颗粒料(直径=8 mm)。两组间物理有效NDF(pe NDF)不同,TMR组为39.8%,颗粒料组为11.8%。在试验过程中,干物质采食量(DMI)、饮水量、瘤胃反刍时间、瘤胃温度和pH情况均记录。3周后收集粪样,确定潜在的可消化NDF总消化率(pdNDF)。每阶段结束后计算平均日增重和饲料转化率。颗粒料组的DMI、DMI/体重和饮水量更高。而两组间平均日增重和饲料转化率无显著差异。颗粒料组的瘤胃反刍时间为241 min·d-1低于TMR组的507 min·d-1。饲料的不同物理外形对瘤胃温度、瘤胃pH无显著影响。TMR组的pdNDF总消化率为90.25%高于颗粒料组的86.82%。试验结果表明,动物易接受完整的颗粒饲料,DMI较高,且反刍时间减少,但瘤胃pH无显著变化。TMR组的pdNDF消化率显著增加。尽管两组奶牛在DMI和纤维消化方面表现不同,但总体表现相似,两组饲料的保存时间与其物理形式有关。在短期内,提供能满足NDF需求的完全颗粒饲料可改善瘤胃健康状况和动物生产性能,而较长时间的数据则需要进一步试验。 | Wang J Yang M Cao M Lin Y Che L Q Duraipandiyan V Al-Dhabi N A Fang Z F Xu S Y Feng B Liu G Wu D Bonfante E Palmonari A Mammi L Canestrari G Fustini M Formigoni A | 2016 | 饲料博览2016，0，12： | 2 |
