Effect of acupuncture plus conventional treatment on brain activity in ischemic stroke patients: a regional homogeneity analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To determine differences in cerebral activity evoked by acupuncture and conventional stroke treatment, and identify the treatment targets.METHODS: In total, 21 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Group A(11 patients) received both acupuncture and conventional treatment, while group B(10 patients) received conventional treatment only. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI) was performed on each participant before and after treatment. Regional homogeneity analysis was performed to investigate the potential mechanism of acupuncture treatment by comparing differences in cerebral activity between treatments.RESULTS: Group A showed higher Re Ho in the frontal lobe(BA6, BA46), supra-marginal gyrus(BA40),middle temporal gyrus(BA21), cerebellum, and insula. Group B showed higher Re Ho in the frontal lobe(BA6) and parietal lobe(BA3, BA7).CONCLUSION: Acupuncture and conventional treatment triggered relatively different clinical efficacy and brain responses. Acupuncture treatment more significantly improved the symptoms of stroke patients. More marked changes in sensory, emotional, and motor areas(including the frontal lobe, middle temporal gyrus, cerebellum, and insula) might reflect the specific acupuncture mechanism. | Wu Ping Zeng Fang Li Yongxin Li Ji Qiu Lihua Qin Wei Luo Lu Yin Canxin Xiong Yan Bai Yu Wang Dan Zhou Yumei Liang Fanrong | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,5: | 3
CrN films deposited by ion source-assisted magnetron sputtering显示文摘CrN coatings were deposited on Si(100) and piston rings by ion source assisted 40 kHz magnetron sputtering.Structure and composition of the coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.Mechanical and tribological properties were assessed by microhardness and pin-on-disc testing. The ion source-assisted system has a deposition rate of 3.88 μm/h,against 2.2 μm/h without ion-source assistance. The CrN coatings prepared with ion source assistance exhibited an increase in microhardness(up to 16.3 GPa) and decrease in friction coefficient(down to 0.48) at the optimized cathode source-to-substrate distance.Under optimized conditions,CrN coatings were deposited on piston rings, with a thickness of 25 μm and hardness of 17.85 GPa. | LIU Chuansheng TIAN Canxin LI Ming HE Jun YANG HuiJuan YANG Bing WANG Hong Jun FU Dejun | 2010 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2010,21,5: | 1

Effect of Annealing Temperature on CrN Microspheres Synthesized by CAP Technology显示文摘CrN microspheres were synthesized by using a cathodic arc plasma source system. The obtained samples were annealed in air at temperatures of 300-800 ℃ for 60 min. The influence of annealing temperature on the microstructure and surface morphology of the CrN microspheres was investigated. The CrN microspheres were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the CrN nanoparticles arranged into leaf-like structures before annealing. With the rising of the annealing temperature, the size of CrN crystal nanoparticals became larger. When the annealing temperature exceeded the oxidation point(500 ℃), the CrN was oxidized and the leaf-like structure was broken. With further increase of the annealing temperature(700 ℃), the arrangement of CrN nanoparticles was changed from leaf-like structure to be discrete. | TIAN Canxin YAN Shaojian HAN Bin FU Dejun | 2014 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2014,19,6: | 0
Panoramic Insights into Microevolution and Macroevolution of A Prevotella copri-containing Lineage in Primate Guts显示文摘Prevotella copri and its related taxa are widely detected in mammalian gut microbiomes and have been linked with an enterotype in humans. However, their microevolution and macroevolution among hosts are poorly characterized. In this study, extensively collected marker genes and genomes were analyzed to trace their evolutionary history, host specificity, and biogeographic distribution.Investigations based on marker genes and genomes suggest that a P.copri-containing lineage(PCL)harbors diverse species in higher primates.Firstly,P.copri in the human gut consisted of multiple groups exhibiting high genomic divergence and conspicuous but non-strict biogeographic patterns. Most African strains with high genomic divergence from other strains were phylogenetically located at the root of the species, indicating the co-evolutionary history of P.copri and Homo sapiens.Secondly, although long-term co-evolution between PCL and higher primates was revealed, sporadic signals of co-speciation and extensive host jumping of PCL members were suggested among higher primates.Metagenomic and phylogenetic analyses indicated that P.copri and other PCL species found in domesticated mammals had been recently transmitted from humans.Thirdly, strong evidence was found on the extensively horizontal transfer of genes(e.g.,genes encoding carbohydrate-active enzymes)among sympatric P.copri groups and PCL species in the same primate host. Our study provides panoramic insights into the combined effects of vertical and horizontal transmission,as well as potential niche adaptation,on the microevolutionary and macroevolutionary history for an enterotyperepresentative lineage. | Hao Li Jan P.Meier-Kolthoff Canxin Hu Zhongjie Wang Jun Zhu Wei Zheng Yun Tian Feng Guo | 2022 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2022,20,2: | 0
Influence of Target-Substrate Distance and Sputtering Power on Chromium Oxide Films Prepared by Medium-Frequency Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘Chromium oxide films were deposited on Si(100) substrates by medium-frequency(MF) unbalanced magnetron sputtering at different target-substrate distances DTS(60,100,120 mm) and sputtering power(2.8,5.6,11.2 kW),respectively. The structure, surface morphologies, and microhardness of the chromium oxide films were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM),and microhardness tester. The results indicate that elevated MF sputtering power can improve the crystallization of the films; The DTS value affects the structure of the films by changing the preferential orientation from CrO3(221) to Cr2O3(116);The microhardness of the chromium oxide films is found to increase with the sputtering power. For preparing the Cr2O3-dominated films with comparatively high-performance,the optimized condition is the target-substrate distance of 100 mm and MF sputtering power of 11.2 kW. | YANG Huijuan,HE Jun,TIAN Canxin,LIU Chuansheng,FU Dejun School of Physics and Technology,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430072,Hubei,China | 2010 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2010,15,5: | 0
