1GEOMETRICALLY INVARIANT WATERMARKING BASED ON RADON TRANSFORMATION显示文摘The weakness of classical watermarking methods is the vulnerability to geometrical distortions that widely occur during normal use of the media. In this letter, a new image- watermarking method is presented to resist Rotation, Scale and Translation (RST) attacks. The watermark is embedded into a domain obtained by taking Radon transform of a circular area selected from the original image, and then extracting Two-Dimensional (2-D) Fourier magnitude of the Radon transformed image. Furthermore, to prevent the watermarked image from degrading due to inverse Radon transform, watermark signal is inversely Radon transformed individually. 4MicroRNA-132 in the Adult Dentate Gyrus is Involved in Opioid Addiction Via Modifying the Differentiation of Neural Stem Cells显示文摘MicroRNA-132(miR-132), a small RNA that regulates gene expression, is known to promote neurogenesis in the embryonic nervous system and adult brain.Although exposure to psychoactive substances can increase miR-132 expression in cultured neural stem cells(NSCs)and the adult brain of rodents, little is known about its role in opioid addiction. So, we set out to determine the effect of miR-132 on differentiation of the NSCs and whether this effect is involved in opioid addiction using the rat morphine self-administration(MSA) model. We found that miR-132 overexpression enhanced the differentiation of NSCs in vivo and in vitro. Similarly, speci?c overexpression of miR-132 in NSCs of the adult hippocampal dentate gyrus(DG) during the acquisition stage of MSA potentiated morphine-seeking behavior. 5Distinct Roles of Dopamine Receptors in the Lateral Thalamus in a Rat Model of Decisional Impulsivity显示文摘The thalamus and central dopamine signaling have been shown to play important roles in high-level cognitive processes including impulsivity. However, little is known about the role of dopamine receptors in the thalamus in decisional impulsivity. In the present study,rats were tested using a delay discounting task and divided into three groups: high impulsivity(HI), medium impulsivity(MI), and low impulsivity(LI). Subsequent in vivo voxel-based magnetic resonance imaging revealed that the HI rats displayed a markedly reduced density of gray matter in the lateral thalamus compared with the LI rats. In the MI rats, the dopamine D1 receptor antagonist SCH23390 or the D2 receptor antagonist eticlopride was microinjected into the lateral thalamus. SCH23390 significantly decreased their choice of a large, delayed reward and increased their omission of lever presses. In contrast,eticlopride increased the choice of a large, delayed reward but had no effect on the omissions. Together, our results indicate that the lateral thalamus is involved in decisional impulsivity, and dopamine D1 and D2 receptors in the lateral thalamus have distinct effects on decisional impulsive behaviors in rats. 6Wireless/wired integrated transmission for industrial cyber-physical systems:risk-sensitive co-design of 5G and TSN protocols显示文摘The growing popularity of intelligent manufacturing is driven by deterministic transmission demands of applications in industrial cyber-physical systems(ICPS).However,the ossified shortages of industrial wireless communication such as diverse quality of service(Qo S)and complex signaling processes incur a severe long tail of transmission delay distribution.As a solution,the 5th generation(5 G)wireless communication technology provides ultra-reliable and low-latency communication(URLLC)for industry scenarios.Moreover,the newly proposed time-sensitive networking(TSN)standards guarantee the transmission determinacy by gate mechanism.In this paper,we propose a heterogeneous time-sensitive network(HTSN)co-designed by 5 G and TSN.We first develop a predictive multi-priority wireless scheduling mechanism based on semi-persistent scheduling(SPS)to reduce signaling delay by reserving resources in advance.Then we propose an adaptive data injection mechanism for TSN based on per-stream filtering and policing(PSFP),which dynamically adjusts the priority of data for queue injection in TSN.To further reduce the long tail of delay,we employ a risk-sensitive learning method to improve the worst-case delay.Simulations on a hot rolling production scenario demonstrate that the proposed mechanisms under HTSN achieve great performance in terms of integrated delay and resource utilization.Yajing ZHANG Qimin XU Xinping GUAN Cailian CHEN Mingyan LI 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,1:1

9Isolation and Identification of a Porcine Pseudorabies Virus Strain in Taizhou City显示文摘In this study,the liver,kidney and spleen tissues were collected from pigs with suspected PR in a pig farm in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City for virus isolation and identification. The isolated virus was inoculated onto PK15 monolayer cells. The virus culture was collected to extract genomic DNA for PCR assay and indirect immunoinfluscent assay. The results showed that the isolated virus was porcine pseudorabies virus,which was named TAIZ130417. The growth titer of the isolated virus reached 108. 12 TCID50/ml on PK15 cells. Rabbits inoculated with the isolated virus soon exhibited pseudorabies symptoms such as itching and eventually died. 19Acupuncture-related techniques for the treatment of opiate addiction:a case of translational medicine显示文摘Drug addiction is a chronic brain disorder characterized by withdrawal symptoms that occur during drug abstinence and a high tendency of relapse.Compared with the currently available pharmacological interventions,acupuncture therapy has the potential to help drug addicts stay away from drugs without major adverse side effects.It has taken decades of research to optimize the parameters of electrical acupoint stimulation for detoxification and for relapse prevention,as well as to establish a safe and easy procedure by which drug addicts can use it on themselves.The discovery that acupuncture can trigger the release of opioid substances from the brain in the 1970s provided the inspiration.Following this,basic research on animals made it possible to understand the mechanisms of action and establish the procedure for treating drug addictions.This article reviews the past,present,and foreseeable future regarding the use of acupuncture-related technique for the treatment of opiate addiction from the perspective of translational medicine.Jisheng Han Cailian Cui Liuzhen Wu 2011Frontiers of Medicine2011,5,2:1
